So bad, that they're predictable. Example: Bought an item off ebay. Email arrived from Hermes stating "We have your parcel" So going from past Hermes experience, I went back online and bought the item again, with a different seller. And guess what, the Hermes parcel has never been seen since. Thankfully I got a refund.

conflicting messages on the Hermes tracking. May 26th - collected at your local depot and on its way to you. May 27th - collected at Hermes depot. May 28th - collected at your local depot and on its way to you. Truly shocking

I ordered something on Amazon, delivered by MyHermes. It's marked as delivered but I didn't receive any package... And they didn't leave any cards. No idea where my package is and MyHermes still hasn't got back to me. The Customer service chat is useless.

Terrible. Do not organise a pick up from your house, go to a drop off point, or if you are going out use the post office. They still have not picked up the parcel 3 days after they said they would and I'm still waiting. I'd change to drop off but can't get through to them as you only get an automated voice which is totally unhelpful. I'll not use them again.

What did you do to my package. From a perfect box one end, gets delivered as if you've stabbed it with swords & had a quick game of 5-a-side football. Customer Services are a joke, that's after actually getting hold of them.

Dreadful customer service. Totally uncommunicative and even when they respond, do not understand the issue correctly and mark it as resolved. Hermes told me they had received my parcel on the 13th May and would be delivering shortly. It never arrived. Somehow it moved from HQ to a regional depot on the 16th (11 days ago) and now deny any responsibility for it, and say I should talk to the retailer.....even though they sent a confirmation email on the 13th May. Prior to that, a Hermes driver couldn't manage to deliver a parcel, several times 'having trouble with the postcode' - a postcode that no-one else has trouble with, and being perfectly straightforward. And prior to that, the guarantied next day delivery arrived 4 days later. Difficult times I know, but this company can't even communicate so all one has is frustration.

This is the worst experience I have had with a parcel company. Absolutely shocking. 4 times they were booked to pick up my parcels and they haven't bothered showing up and they have no communication/customer service. They do not care about their reputation or customers. I don't see them lasting much longer to be honest.

The tracking says they have My parcel and it’s on its way that should have been delivered on the 4th may now I am still waiting it’s nearly June cannot get in touch with anyone the store or Hermes so frustrating

Absolutely the worst, got a message for attempted delivery, but I guess they don't teach them how to press a doorbell??? Or do they even know what a doorbell is?

Hermes should not be in business my dog could do a better job. Every time hermes is used there's issues how hard can it be??? Returns also have issues like parcels not getting back and scanners not being equipped for the qr codes. A delivery being delivered from Hermes to my workshop kept getting later was 1-2 then 3-5 then 8-9 in the evaning, i finish work at 5 and had plans for the evening now the parcel is nowhere to be seen and no way to contact hermes. Terrible sevice. I will always ask a seller which delivery service they use from now on before purchasing. ******AVOID AVOID AVOID ADOID AVOID AVOID****

The tracking system said delivered the product. But the item not delivered as I was home because of covid-19. There is no way to track down where it was delivered.

Absolutely awful service with no actual customer service helpline, just a useless automated answering machine. If your questions are not covered by the machine, there is no way of getting any help. 2 months and they are still holding my parcels.

Practically non-existent customer service, and couriers who apparently can't deliver parcels. It's too much trouble, even when (on a dubious re-attempt) I've received a time slot, to actually bother delivering. Courier "couldn't make it" today it seems, even when on their way. I'm doing more work than Hermes are, and getting nowhere: I can't speak to a person, automated call service is useless, and my emails might eventually get a reply but not a useful one so far. I will in future avoid using any retailer who uses Hermes' supposed service.

I have had so many parcels over a long period of time go missing with Hermes , there awful , the ones I’ve been lucky enough to receive turn up broke , damaged boxes , rarely on time , the delivery drivers are also so lazy , I have parcels left in the middle of my path , or garden not hidden , there’s clearly a note on my door advising a safe place at the side of the house but it’s always ignored. ... why do retailers go with this company , there so bad

Tracker says delivered and signed for at 6.14 on Friday night. I was in, and no-one rang. Checked my cameras and no-one had been. Have rung Hermes, can only get automated response that says it has been delivered - Cannot speak to a human on cust service line, even after trying again after bank holiday. Have tried the robot on website. Again, just says parcel delivered and accepts no other comments. No email address on website. Please allow a method of contact to tell you when you have not delivered even though your system says it has been delivered.

Failed to deliver my parcel. They marked it as delivered, I was in all day and I'm certain it was not. They then told me that this was a mistake and the car that was delivering my parcel was stolen and I would have to get a refund from the retailer, no them. I asked for proof of this, and they ignored me for a few weeks before saying that my parcel was in fact delivered "within the vicinity of my house". So it could be with a neighbor or someone near my house now. Long story short they will take no responsibility. This company is SCUM and if a company ships with Hermes I will never buy it because of this CRIMINAL company.

This is literally the worse delivery company in existence how can they deliver my item 2 miles away from my address and then send me a email saying my item was delivered and signed for. Ridiculous this company should not deliver anything first they need to teach all staff how to find the correct street address!!!!!!!!!

Keep sending me emails DELIVERY TODAY BETWEEN 5 7 PM was waiting No one came. Next day new email - WE TRYED TO DELIVER YOU MISSED YOUR PARCEL! ARE YOU SERIOUSLY???? THATS NOT FIRST TIME all the time ! My husband's parcel worth 50£ was missed TRYED TO CALL 1000000 TIMES went to they wearhouse ( 40 min driving ) no one knows NOTHING !!! WAIS OF MONEY AND TIME ! TERRIBLE SERVICE .... NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL !

I dropped of parcel and it got collected 3 days later, since then tracking tells me it has been collected - this was 3 weeks ago, it would be for the best if this company collapses, In my line of business and huge experience with sending and receiving parcels Hermes is in league of its own as a worst courier company. I would never use them or deal with business if I known they use Hermes. This particular parcel was organised to be send by customer because it was cheap - you get what you pay for. STAY AWAY SPREAD THE WORD !!!

I have e mails & text messages telling me my (2) parcels have been delivered to me & signed for I have not received either so to-morrow i will have to make calls trying to sort this out
