They lost my parcel. The online retailer had to post a new one as I never received the first one . Now the lost the second parcel. I order 2 months ago this shoes and I had to contact retailer and hermes so many times to find out what's going on with my parcel . Still no parcel but I paid for that . RUBBISH COMPANY

Absolutely dreadful ..lost parcel..cant contact them ..so frustrating..they don't care..but heyho my grandsons birthday present had gone missing...wont yes again

I have not received 5 parcels in the last 6 weeks with My Hermes. It is an absolute disgrace. I follow the tracking and then I receive notification that they will resend it in the next 24 hours. NEVER happens it does not arrive. impossible to contact them to get answers. Today after weeks of trying different avenues of contact I was told they don’t have a courier covering my postcode ludicrous. So frustrating and time consuming. Terrible company.

I HATE HERMES!!!!! I am always nervous when I see my parcel is being delivered by Hermes, because your drivers are so terrible and lazy!! I had a parcel delivered today which has arrived broken because your driver thinks that it is acceptable to chuck my parcel over the banister (my door is roughly 3m+ from the stairs) the parcel was no where near my door, they didn’t knock to let me know that the parcel is there - I understand social distancing and the current situation but that is a perfect recipe for my parcel to be stolen if they don’t even knock you aren’t aware the parcel has arrived? When opening this parcel the item is broken! I don’t think this is fault of the supplier but actually the driver because of where the parcel was situated it’s clear they chucked it from the stairs. The same happened with a parcel about two weeks ago chucked right by the stairs, again no where near my door, in the middle of the landing. I have had numerous bad experiences, and honestly try to avoid ordering online from companies that use your company, unfortunately I didn’t dodge the bullet with these orders. Hermes are so unreliable, lazy drivers, irresponsible. I would never post with them!!!!

My trainers were photographed at the point of delivery on 7th July 2020 only problem was the photo was taken at 23 Cobner close gossops green my address is 23 Colne walk gossops green when I went to that house they denied having the parcel even when showed the photo .hermes not interested trainers cost £120 not the first parcel that theyfailed to deliver but won’t use this courrier again so will be the last

i ordered a front wiper motor for my car which should have came by next day delivery on Wendesday 7th July. so i check the tracking. the parcel is with your driver and will be delivered in 4 hours time. 8 hours later the message reads IN TRANSIT. Today 9th July it reads in transit estimated delivery Tue 7th July. so, i am off for the week with no car and a holiday home booked for the glens of Antrim. Dont even bother phoning the automated help line. they have recorded a screeching noise to deter you from trying to get through. the web site never gets back to you, its so bad that they have a bot that is supposed to answer questions but sends you around in circles. oh, e.t.a. has changed to next Tuesday. But hey, we can blame it on the corona virus, or sun spots, or the breeding season of badgers. Simply pathetic operation.

It is the worst delivery company in the UK. I have had several goods bought in Ebay or Amazon and delivered by Hermes. There is always delays, but more important they left my parcels in a shop near by...without ringing the bell in my flat.. they dont even try to deliver it to the address that is posted to... they would just leave the item where ever they want... and then, there is no customer service... you cant talk to a person... now, my last item bought from Ebay appears as delivered... but i didnt get it... it is somewhere that only God and the stupid delivery guy that doesnt bother to go to the right address knows...simply... dont use Hermes

The wors delivery Company .They lost 2 parcels that I send couple months ago which was covered 20£ each. After that I send a claim form witch was declined from them becase was a spray and non perishable food. They gave a long list for prohibited items that make is seem like it impossible to send anything through.

claimed they had delivered package .. but had not sent email AFTER claimed delivery to give estimated delivery time. followed up with email claiming it had been delivered. We were AT HOME at that time. Our house number is clear. Tried to find help via website. Absolute total frustrating waste of time. Repeats lie about having delivered the package. Their auto responder as others have found is a time wasting useless nonsense. Why they waste so much money on developing such utterly useless so called artificial intelligence bagfles me. The onlybtesult is to send a message to customers saying clear off we dont care. Dont bother us we want to run a rubbish service..id you dont like it tough luck..we are NOT here to help if you have a problem. Wr are happy to lose your package..how dare you complain...thats the messagecthst comes across loud and clear frim their useless wrbdite. I would NEVER trust Hermes to send a package and will look catefully at online retailers in future and avoid ones who use Hermes. DPD and Parcelforce are good.

Hermes claim to have delivered my parcel at 15.09, yesterday. The photo 'proof' is not of my house nor of a 'safe place', but of the bottom of a bus stop on a main road some eighty yards from my house. There is no parcel in the photo, nor anywhere else. On the map above, the location pinpointed is on the other side of the road, yet further from my house. It seems impossible to contact anyone over the phone. Needless to say the one star is only filled in to enable me to send a message.

Do not use hermes for delivery and most important do not buy from companies that use Hermes for delivery. They will throw it next to the garbage bin and claim successful delivery and when it gets stollen you want get any refund nore replacement.

Hermes get it wrong right from the start. For some inexplicable reason they take down your name as your first and middle names, not your first and surname. From that point onwards you may as well give up as their online help system is a robot who can’t handle simple questions/instructions.

I am forced to give a star when in fact Hermes should get minus stars. Their service is appalling and over the past few months their couriers have lied on 3 separate occasions. Stating they attempted delivery when they had not and then said the parcel was refused. Utter rubbish. I have just had to re-order an item they did this with, as they sent it back to the retailer and it cost me £20 more. They should compensate me for this and all the hassle and aggravation in trying to sort out what was happening. You can’t speak to anyone and their whole service is absolutely appalling. I would NEVER use them by choice.

If I could I would give 0 rating. I've been waiting for my parcel for nearly 40 days and yesterday, after soo many times calling emailing pressuring the lazy non trustworthy CSTeam, they declared my parcel has been lost, what I call Stolen!!!. I was desperately waiting for the moment to open my parcel that contains lots of gifts from my family and friends for my newborn baby as well my personal clothes and home decos that I purchased during my stay in Germany. I'm very heartbroken and disappointed that hermes could not promise what it says and failed to deliver a single parcel although it received many calls and emails from my family in Germany and from us here in the UK. I still can't believe that I lost all those valuable memories I collected in Germany. It did upset me very much that I could not enjoy my days and weeks all this time. The value the parcel contained was clearly above 500 euros now we are fighting to get the compensation where hermes is still giving us hard times to get it. It is like they are punishing us to choose hermes. It is clearly the last time that we go for hermes as we had some similar experiences in the past with them. I I am now very certain that we will do our future businesses with DPD, as we never had a single issue with them. This is truly heartbreaking to me when I think that I lost all clothes of my baby and mine that I got and purchased. I still check my Barcode 0618388278906280 if by any chance there's an update. Every single time I get hope but I lost it all as we were told yesterday after soo many calls and emails that the parcel has been lost. HERMES is definitely the worst company for me for having this terrible experience and reading bad reviews from other people. Now let's hope that we can get our compensation which will never hit the actual value of my parcel.

"There's a probems with your address" No there isn't, and there's been no delivery van anywhere near here all day. Par for the course, in my experience.
