“Just received a text to tell me my parcel has been delivered. Unfortunately not to me. As 'proof', I was sent a photo of a blue Missed Delivery card with the words 'delivered to customer' written on them. Not happy. Not at all.”

“Been expecting a parcel and twice Hermes state they have attempted delivery but I was not home. I'm self-isolating so that is a total lie. I actually usually avoid ordering items that state they use Hermes but had no choice on this occasion. No idea why retailers still use this company as they must have to refund customers constantly.”

“Bunch of thieving pricks . Said that my parcel had been delivered but hasn’t !! Then was told to take up with bank avoid Hermes unless u want your stuff stolen .!!!!”

“Last 2 orders from hermes been lost in warehouse they are useless. If you have a problem go straight to the retailer as hermes have an autobot and doesn't help at all. Won't be ordering any from any retailers that use hermes.”

“We have had good experiences with Hermes, to the extent we sent a parcel with them, which was delivered quickly and efficiently. However, the other day we had a parcel delivered by Hermes which was left just inside the front gate. Our drive is about 10m long and slopes up towards the house, so this parcel was left for about half an hour before we noticed it. In the mean time any passing could have taken it. There notification email from Hermes came a short while later. In the light of our previous good experience with Hermes this particular delivery was very disappointing. I hope this was a single blip.”

“Been waiting since 0800 for a delivery. At 1500 I received an update it would be delivered between 4 and 6. Its now 2012 hrs and still nothing!!!”

“We ordered in store from a retailer for next day delivery. Promised by Hermes and the retailer. 3 weeks later the parcel has still not arrived. Can’t get through to Hermes just a robot with the same information week after week. The retailer can see it’s with Hermes at their depot. Nobody wants to take responsibility and the purchase was over £100 !! AVOID HERMES.”

“This company need to be investigated! They're thieves! Received an email from them today, saying that my parcel will be delivered at 11am to 1pm. I waited and when it was past 1pm , I checked my email and clicked on the tracking. I was shocked to find out that it has been delivered with a photo that I don't recocognised. I did not receive my parcel neither heard any knock on the door. I have checked everywhere and couldn't find any parcel. What is going on with this company? Can someone please help!. The photo that I saw was a picture with someone's feet. It's not my area”

“I dropped the following parcels off at my local parcel shop on Tuesday 20th October between 18.55 - 19.00 and the parcels are still showing as received at the sender's local depot. I have since been to my local parcel shop on Friday 23rd October to drop off another package. I asked the staff at the Co-Op if my parcels that I dropped off on Tuesday were still there and they said that all the parcels had been collected by the Hermes courier. I find this a bit disconcerting as there is no tracking information to confirm where they are and the recipients are chasing me for answers. The parcel shop that I dropped them off at is Co-Op, 98 Franklin Avenue, Tadley, RG26 4EU and the parcels that are unaccounted for are 5655770252923288 5910007248369084 1834477248840181 5857595247755189”

“My parcel has been with them for over a week and still hasn't been delivered. Can't get through to customer services and I've tried holly the digital assistant it's now been 3 days since they were supposed to contact me and I've sent an email which was returned. Won't be using in future.”

“MyHermes generally provides a good and cheap courier service, but it is 100% unreliable for Next Day deliveries. I recently shipped a Next Day delivery package within the UK for a customer who was flying outside the country and she did not receive it 3 days later, hence flew out without the item! USELESS!!!”

“Driver didn’t even attempt to deliver, just pretended to have. Parcel was late— still haven’t got it. No communication from Hermes and impossible to speak to anyone except a bot. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me with them. Use another service if you want your parcel!”

“I find raise for mnda being I’m a disabled hobbyist writer of 73, the first time I used Hermes and one book was late in being delivered and the second never arrived and it was my latest book , I’ll never use Hermes again I fact I’m thinking of pursuing further as they have ruined my reputation”

“I have had many parcels delivered by my usual heroes delivery guy who comes and knocks my door. This week I've had a potential 3 unreserved deliveries. No one has been to my door to deliver these parcels nor have they been left by my door. It appears they may if delivered been left in the communal area of the building which they have been told not to do. This is not appropriate”

“Absolute joke of a service! The amount of times I've had an email at 4pm saying no one was in when they tried to deliver my parcel when I've been home all day waiting for it is unbelievable! This has happened to alot of my friends and people I know as well on multiple occasions! And surprise surprise, trying to get hold of someone to find out what the hell is going on is near impossible! “Everything took them days to pickup parcel and never delivered the GPS on the tracking was either the couriers house or s/ he was having a fling with the person who lived there .....over 8 hours next time I’ll ask who is your courier if it’s Hermes I’ll forget it”
