Received a phishing text asking for money before delivery. Which leads me to believe that the drivers are giving details to corrupt organisations not 4 days after receiving a genuine delivery.

The one company that will come all the way to your door, not ring, take a picture saying you were 'not in' and fail to deliver another three times. If there were a way to negatively rate them, that is what they would deserve. Unless there is a ploy to purposely be the very worst service in the UK, I do not understand how they keep getting business

Just the worst company in existence. The couldn't give a damn about their customers. They have an automated phone system that just drives you crazy and their online chat portal is even worse. They are clearly just interested in cutting costs and not dealing with their many angry customers. I cannot believe they are still in existence given how terrible their reputation is.

I took a parcel to a collection point for Hermes to return , the parcel was never received by the retailer, Hermes refused to take any responsibility of this by dodging questions asked .. The retailer obviously wouldn’t refund me as the parcel was never received.. and Hermes took no action on finding out where my parcel was and why it hadn’t been picked up .. therefore I lost £52 .. of no fault of my own .. this is so wrong and should be stopped.. I will never use Hermes again with no morals whatsoever

I sent a parcel with hermes on 31 st August, I waited for tracking information and nothing there. I paid £5-80 for delivery of the parcel only to have it returned to me today 8th September with no explanation as why it was returned to me. So I paid £5-80 for nothing. I have tried to ring them and get a ROBOT on the phone, I have tried to email and yet again a ROBOT. It would be nice to be able to speak to someone and try to solve what has happened. Very bad service and customer relations . I will not be using them again

Ordered a Lenovo tablet from eBay seller, on day of delivery waited in. I checked tracking again at midday only to find it said delivered and signed by neighbour at 11am. I have 3 neighbours of which 2 at work and other neighbour didn’t receive it. Now waiting for seller who has contacted them for more info which can take 7+ days. I will never use this company again

The company is not contactable. The robots are rubbish and don't work, neither does the phone line. Worst customer service ever experienced.

Faliure to deliver again to a large established business premisis. Hermes are only intereasted in POST CODE and no other part of the address. Have checked with Royal Mail and the postcode IS CORRECT. You cannot get intouch with them and end up with no parcel.

Courier did not ring the door bell or post the package through the letter box!!!!!!!! Needed this item urgently for tomorrow, it's my graduation dress which is TOMORROW. Can't get through to speak to anyone!!!!!!! USELESS

Terrible. Not only did they turn up 3 days late to collect my parcel, they lost it. Two weeks later it is still marked as 'at depot'. Had to refund the customer her £67 order. luckily I had insured the parcel but unless Hermes declare it lost then I doubt I'll get anything back especially as the claim form wants me to put in a photo of the box and contents (er... I don't have these and I can't photograph every customers order!!) This is not the first bad experience with them but the parcel was outsize and heavy so my usual DHL wouldn't collect from me. I will NEVER use them again.

Unlike other Courier providers Hermes offer a zero customer service. You cannot speak to a real person when your parcel is scheduled for a 2 day delivery and 7 days later states it's on it's way and is still being processed with no whereabouts location to it's progression. All that's offered by this company is an automated service that does not provide details or answers to people's queries. Still no delivery and still left in limbo. Contacted person who posted item as my contract is with them and not Hermes to chase it up. Still awaiting a response from them as to it's whereabouts.

Once again parcel not delivered when said it would be and haven't heard from Hermes when.it will be for 3 days. White Company looking into it but item I ordered now out of stock!! Why do companies use Hermes? Another delivery by them left at night by throwing over my gate without pressing buzzer and proof of delivery picture was unclear and didn't show parcel at all.

Two deliveries delayed for over a week, sender said lost then resent, here we go again delayed, out for delivery, then problem with address complete lies, waste of time courier company. wake up large company's pay cheap, pay twice.

My delivery arrived as an obviously cut open and empty envelope, how on earth can Hermes send me an email saying "hermes has successfully delivered your parcel "? It was blatantly obvious that it was opened and empty!!

Hermes hides itself in digital land you can't access to ask a simple question, my questions are not covered on their help section. The chat bot is disgusting. All I want to know is why when they deliver a parcel don't they make sure the person is in to receive it??? Like a knock at the door? and if couriers actually do knock what if the person inside doesn't hear a knock? Courier didn't knock on my door today I just happened to hear the parcel being dumped on door step why not stand and wait for the person to come to the door like some other courier services do? What do they do if person not in and parcel gets stolen because yet again parcel has just been left on door step on pavement edge?? or round the back where other people also walk in some circumstances and it gets stolen?? then what? who is responsible the driver? us? Why not just wait a minute for someone to come to door??? There are some courier companies obviously not the rubbish Hermes that you have to stand with your door open to show receipt of parcel or part of you be in the picture with parcel... equals they know you are in and they are protecting your parcel...not Hermes just dump and run...as once again today... I manage to catch driver for second time in a year to question this only to be told I was yet again telling them off ... rubbish I was asking why this and why that... which they refuse to answer and just get in a tizz and into van and go and also telling me this time... just won't deliver to you any more... so be warned don't ask questions .... but also don't bother trying to get in touch with Hermes as you can't ask them questions either, well not random ones like mine to do with who is responsible if my parcel gets nicked you left outside my door without me even knowing it had arrived and you checking I knew it was there... as those questions don't fit the digital rubbish they have on their rubbish bot like digital phone intro. And neither are the answers on their help page... so I hope no one ever gets a parcel nicked or you're stuffed. It's not their money they've spent is it on buying something and the delivery, they are being paid to provide a quality service... which I have yet to see...I much prefer the other courier companies out there even if they cost a little more.... and sending a email to say your parcel has been delivered is not enough!! we don't sit staring at our emails all day....

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERMES! THEY DONT CARE. Chose next day delivery as I needed something ASAP as I was leaving the country in a few days. Been 5 days now and still hasn’t been delivered, though I’m trying to get a refund now as I can no longer get the package as I’m not going to be here to get it. tried contacting customer service 100 times, firstly using a stupid “holly” bot which is a stupid way to make you think your getting help when you’re not, you can’t even contact a real person. You just get the same limited options and answers every time. It’s hopeless. Secondly, you get the option to call the support team. This one actually made me laugh, they think they’re so smart. Had the audacity to put up a customer service line, but when you try yet another robot first ask for your tracking number, and even when it is 100% correct it annoyingly says “sorry I cannot find this tracking number”. What is the point? It’s hopeless. They simply put it up to give you a fake sense of security and make you feel as if there’s help when you’re all alone. This terrible, lying, scam and disgrace of a service has caused me to miss something I needed and I can’t get where I am. If I could, I would give them -100 stars. I’m not mad at the fact that my parcel still has not come, that’s a common mistake in delivery services. Sure, sometimes parcels get missing, bit other services actually try and prevent and make up for these. In fact, With Hermes, these aren’t even mistakes. They simply know what they’re doing but just don’t care. This is just a lie and a scam and such a service should never exist. Please don’t do anything to do with Hermes, you’ll regret it.
