“Hi, for what this shitty company has done to me with an equally shitty customer relationship system that has lost my packages, you can't even get in touch with them on talking to Holly who doesn't do much to help you. Very ugly of them”

“This is a review of the 'light & large' collection services offered by Hermes in the Norfolk Broads area. My experience with this company so called 'the parcel people' happens to be my worst customer experience of any kind ever. For a week I waited for an item to be collected. Five failed attempts ultimately leaving me with negative feedback from an eBay customer. Appalling company.”

“I really couldn't believe what happened with Hermes when I ordered a parcel from the Netherlands. The tracking which began in the Netherlands went well when it was handled by a courier in the Netherlands. Things only went hopelessly wrong when Hermes got a hold of it. The tracking from Hermes stated they had got it on 25th November last year. However, they subsequently advised that they were having trouble finding my address. This was despite my address being shown in full and quite clearly on the parcel - the sender emailed me a copy of his computer-written details. I was asked to help, so I emailed their 'helpline' to confirm my address and I added details which would have enabled anyone to find me. On 30th November, Hermes sent an advice saying 'WE'VE GOT IT!' and on the same day they told me 'YOUR PARCEL IS BEING RETURNED TO THE SENDER'. It was subsequently delivered back to the sender in Joure, Netherlands and I had to pay another courier firm almost £60.00 to deliver my parcel. True, that was very expensive, but at least I received my item without any of the Hermes nonsense.”

“Contents swapped - £300 Segway skates posted and a few miss Selfidges clothes returns delivered to the buyer. As a parcel was delivered its groudhog day with the mega slow email replys. Beyond terrible service. Picutres if collection and delivery and a 7.5kg weight difference but still its back to the “parcel delivered” reply Avoid anything of value being shipped with them”

“Worst customer service and delivery company ever . They said my parcel been delivered but is nowhere and the proof picture is not in my house not even in the building where I leave I had an item of 100£ and few days ago they did pretty much same thing with another parcel so another 26£..if I would now the company I bought from is delivering with Hermes I wouldn't order anymore”

“Spoke to IAN MILLER on the phone told him hermes have mentally Broke down my wife and he could give a toss! Awful £150 worth of goods now gone! Hermes accepted that had took the parcel and accepted they had got it at the warehouse. All of a sudden they have lost it and they are only giving me back £20 🤔 why would they ask what the value of the box is if they only give £20 insurance. Blatantly been stolen!!! Pathetic never go with this company”

“This company is the worst thing to come out of Germany. Third parcel they have lost but much worse when you to claim they just do not communicate. Even Trading Standards couldn’t get in touch I only used them this time after many months hoping they had improved but they are as bad as ever. Forget the contact phone number it just transfers you to the rediculous cartoon help chat”

“Terrible service, they forget you are availing yourself of a service offered and paying for it. 2 parcels returned to QVC on same day, one received one not. No information re parcel since 12th June 2021 . Customer services negligible, online robot who can only stick to a script. Where is it? Am i the only person concerned? apparently so.”

“How does this company get away with trading like this?? I have had to stop using Amazon now as every time they sent orders out with this company they're returned for no reason or lost! I have tried contacting them like many others, but you may aswell bang your head against a wall. Honestly this company is criminal and a joke, why are trading standards not taking them down??”

“Parcel was to be collected from my house on Wednesday. I waited in for 4 days before taking it to a collection point miles away on Sunday. Someone arrived on Monday when I was out and told a neighbour they would return on Tuesday to collect it. Finally at 7.10 on Wednesday morning Hermes arrived for my parcel. I will NEVER use Hermes again.”

“Waited in all day only for Hermes to leave my parcel outside someone else's door and take a photo proving it. Even the number on the door wasn't the same as mine. No customer service and you cannot get hold of anyone. My opinion is they are dishonest and take people parcels because they know people can't do anything. They need shutting down and removing from the UK.”

“Delivery attempted 21 June. Photo of package at back door. Courier did not leave in secure back garden but took back. Have tracked numerous times and expected pretty within 24 hours/next working day but I am still waiting. Now there is no trace of the tracking number. Cannot get to speak to a person and virtual Holly is of no help what so ever. VERY DISSAPPOINTED.”

“Was expecting a next day delivery from hermes.. which took 9 days to come.. when it eventually came I gave it strait back to the courier as I didn need the parcel anymore as it was to late and he never gave me a receipt for the return parcel... which only now 4 days later I am realising... only realised now because the catalogue company have not received my parcel.back yt so this courier thats came to me must have kept the parcel ... also waiting in a 2nd parcel to be collected via courier ... 1st date was the 19th las week and no 1 turned up.. 2nd date was the 20th.. no 1 turned up... so today is the 3rd date for a courier to Come and no has so far .. not a very good review hermes for your service ...”

“This German Courier company is the worst on the planet. Always has been over 15 years now avoid them at any cost but i tried again May 17th. Guess what they lost my parcel £31. im still for a response as all ive got is their cartoon Holly. the phone they show 0330 8085456 is also a scam it simply directs you to cartoon Holly. Over a month on and not a single word phone call email from them nothing even trading standards are struggling. Germany are very good at football p.s this review is short on Q.s it does not provide for lost parcels or failure to respond”
