Had a parcel to be picked up a week ago in all day no one knocked but by evening a blank card with no info on it put through the outer part of letterbox and today received an email saying a delivery between 12-4 good I think can also return parcel open the door to put rubbish out and parcel laying on the path outside of the door you cannot contact this company and speak to them will now stop using any company that uses this delivery service

worst company in the whole entire world. have used them plenty times (only because i had to return items and this was the company's chosen courier) and have had issues EVERY SINGLE TIME! (serious issues - like driver not turning up at all despite several promises and had to end up returning at own expense) COMPANIES, TAKE NOTE: me and many others potential customers are avoiding your company altogether since you use Hermes as your courier. might be a good idea to reconsider!

There was no house number on my parcel They tried to deliver 3 times with no number without contacting or trying to resolve the problem The customer services is very poor and is computer generated When you ring it is a machine I still have no parcel

Apparently delivered my parcel to my shed except it’s not in my shed and they don’t know where it is! Worlds worst courier service They do not care where my parcel is and try to fob me off! With so many bad reviews surely they should be shut down!!

I had a parcel delivered to my VIA HERMES. Which I then had to return (weight and dimensions stamped on the box by sender) I paid for the return delivery and sent it back via Hermes in exactly the same way entering exactly the same weight and size of the package. A few days later they send me an invoice via PayPal telling me to pay a further sum doubling to cost saying it was oversize and over weight. Absolute joke of a company will never use again had too many problems receiving items and trying to get them delivered with this company now. DO NOT USE!!!

Very bad service, I got an email that my parcel was delivered and signed, the phone service said my delivery was failed and the chat couldn't say anything where my parcel was left, who signed it. The driver must have been really blind because he didn't realize he didn't leave my parcel in a flower shop, what was clearly stated on the postal address!!!

Disgusting and vile service no care for ther customers at al they just don't give a dam about any think but take your money and disappoint you they have destroyed 2 of my parcels and chucked them in the bin with out even asking me, I had payed for compention in case anything went rong is well and they said im not entitled to compention because i should of read the small print im still waitin on refund for delivery money over 2 mouths now and carnt get through to any one. ther ant no management to speak to at all just get told sorry so basically deal with it i had to let 2 costumers down and I am out of pocket 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

They just never deliver anything! Why does anyone use them. People are losing business if they use Hermes. I would not buy from anyone that uses them

delivered to completely the wrong address. waited in for an entire day. absolute joke of a business. never use them. good rating on trustpilot, but clearly hundreds of thousands of bots are posting positive reviews. simply appalling.

your parcel coming by Hermes means that it will take much longer than by Royal Mail. A very low grade, slow service.

Email "we've got your parcel and we're processing it for you" " we've received your parcel" Monday 3rd feb. Now 26th feb. still not delivered no change on tracking number. Cannot speak to anyone just robotic service which is a dead end. Absolute useless customer service, can only assume one of their employees liked the look of my parcel and stole it. They should be shut down. Will never buy from a trader who uses these cowboys. If they were a phone service they would be regulated and fined is there no regulation for cowboy couriers? Zero rating would be too much to give.

They keep saying it is going to be delivered today,the day passes-the parcel is not delivered,nor the second day,nor the third..chat to the robots ,they give you the same rubbish -nothing!Avoid at all costs!!!

On two separate occasions I have had parcels left at my back door when I explicitly requested that the parcels be left with my next door neighbour. To add insult i received a message to say that the item was delivered and was signed for at the address. Strange, as no one was at home. I also didn't receive a parcel when they they said it was delivered and singed for. Luckily I have CCTV at my house to prove that the driver did not deliver. A company is only as good as the reliability and honesty of their drivers.

Absolutely shocking service. Parcel due to be delivered on a Monday, for which I missed. I was told parcel was to be attempted between 12-2 on the Tuesday. I decided to take time from work to make sure of receipt and arrived at flat at 1150. At 1310 I was sent a message in Hermes App that driver had tried to deliver parcel and no one was in. Complete fabrication. I phoned hermes and was informed by automated service that phone call would cost me £6?? I went through options was told by automated service the exact same answer that I was told via the app?!? £6 clearly well earned. I then ‘spoke’ to a virtual agent who again offered me what I already knew and said driver would ‘attempt’ delivery on Wednesday. I explained that Unfortunately I was unable to leave work the next day due to a meeting. The answer was as expected, that that driver would attempt delivery on next day. Great. I have no option other than have parcel returned to sender as this will be the 3rd attempt of delivery for which I have no chance of being available for, and to be honest wouldn’t hold out much hope of delivery even if I was. Complete joke of a courier. I for one will never use Hermes again.

I’m not one to usually go out of my way to complain, but the service provided by Hermes has been ridiculous. The driver only gave his name, no contact information, and took no note of my requests after the first attempted delivery. My parcel is now being sent back to the sender, which was completely avoidable. I thought I would go online to contact customer service to help assist me with getting my parcel, to be met by an automated service that basically told me what I already knew...followed by a request for a survey on how they had done! Laughable service.

I was expecting a delivery yesterday and got a message saying no one was at home so they could not deliver it. I was home all day, it was Sunday and I have my ring bell to prove no one came. Today I got another message saying they could not deliver as they had an issue with my address and to get in touch with them which is impossible as could not find a number to talk to a human and no email address found on their website. I have had parcels stolen from Hermes in the past and they took no responsibilities for them. They told me they will ask the company to send me another one and claim it from the insurance. I also had drivers who forged my signature and never delivered the parcel. They are stealing the parcels from what I have heard from friends. This company needs to be closed down as they are not fit for business at all. Such a disgrace and awful company to deal with. They deserve zero star. I wish companies stop using them so they can close down ASAP

If its possible to give 0 i would they are sooo bad a shambles delivery service, on the website i diverted my package to be given to neighbour twice 2 , they didn't even bother going to them..: Customer service is a joke can t even get through to a human.. all automated robots. They should be fined for being so bloody bad
