“The worst company on the market by a mile! Lost parcels, Undelivered items should be written on the sides of their vans. I hope you will close the business soon so I dont have to see you around any more.”

“Waiting in when parcel was alleged to have been delivered. No knock at the door. No calling card left behind. Customer service costs £6 a call and is just a robot that tells you the state of your parcel, nothing else. Doesn't direct you to a human. Absolutely terrible service.”

“The worst delivery company on the market by a mile! They are just unbeatable in being so bad, late deliveries, lies and stolen parcels should be their business motto. I hope you will close the company soon so I wont see the name Hermes any more.”

“I have never had a problem with deliveries in the past,that Is until Hermes came along..Every time I am expecting a parcel from them It is either lost or arrives after the date suggested by the ebay seller..I will be giving the seller negative feedback,maybe that Is the only way to stop ebay sellers using Hermes.”

“Appalling customer service. "Delivered" - to the wrong address with no chance of finding my parcel. Had I known that the seller was using Hermes, I would have never ordered in the first place.”

“Stated that my parcel was delivered at a time I know I was in today. No sign of it anywhere. Not the first time I’ve had problems with this outfit. Would not mind betting that couriers are signing them off as delivered so as not to be penalised for late delivery then delivering later. We shall see. Will be leaving neg feedback for eBay seller as this undermines buyer confidence in couriers.”

“This company steal people's parcels. They stated my parcel was delivered today at 14:06pm, we are in quarantine and have been in the house all day, there was no knock on the door, and no slip to tell me if my parcel had been left in a safe place, with neighbor etc. The company have stolen my parcel! This isn't the first time either. Hermes.. worse delivery company either.”

“Received a parcel today and the box was slightly ripped. I opened it just to find out an item was missing. A soap. I am pregnant and trying not to leave the house for the next few weeks as I am close to my due date, so really sad this has happened. I fully trust the company i ordered the products from and have not received any notification that the soap would not be sent. its a shame they have chosen Hermes to deliver it. Will try to contact Hermes but from the other reviews here I'm not expecting much”

“Received an email at exactly 4pm, which is when they close, stating that they have attempted to deliver my parcel but I was not in to collect so they left. We are in quarantine. Nobody can leave so the fact that they have stated that I was not in, especially when I am of a high risk person, is just plain stupid. This is not the only time this has happened, this is the 6th time this has happened. Worst delivery services I have ever used. It was supposed to be next day delivery every time I have ordered a parcel and every time hermes has been used, it's never been on time. I attempted to ring them but of course they sent the email as soon as they closed.”

“Received a text yesterday saying that my parcel would be delivered between 5pm and 7pm. At 6:50pm I got another text saying it would be delivered between 7pm and 9pm. 4:15pm the next day and there’s still no sign of my parcel, no help from Hermes and no way to get anymore info on the whereabouts of my parcel”

“Honestly the shittest delivery company ever! Parcel lost , not a care by Hermes, if I knew beforehand that they would be delivering, I wouldn't have placed an order. AVOID.”

“Absolutely disgraceful, Hermes have delivered to my house on numerous occasions and have never failed to disappoint... came home to my parcel thrown onto the gate nowhere near my front door just thrown out of the van it had looked like, had a parcel come this morning from Hermes a pair of trainers the box was all damaged and was all battered and broken , unacceptable the worst currier of the uk. Have never had an issue with any other currier , they need to sort themselves out.”

“I ordered a parcel but did not received it as I have been told courier man tried 3 times but I was on holidays . I do reception Job and waiting for it but he did not came .I feel he just sitting at home doing his Job. I am very disappointed from Hermes Service.”

“Their stock excuse for failing to deliver a parcel to my work is 'we can’t locate your address’. Despite the fact they’ve successfully visited and delivered previously on a number of occasions. Maybe hire a human being on customer service instead of an automated voice recording. A shambolic excuse of a logistics company.”

“the emails and app say things have been delivered when they have not. And then you have no way of contacting hermes. So you just end up loosing money and never getting what you ordered because hermes loose everything of steal it.”

“Worst company ever , the courier never ever even attempts to deliver my parcel always puts wrong address so the parcel goes back, complained to managers who assured me it wouldn’t happen again, but it happens every time, just wish companies wouldn’t use Hermes, never have a problem with any other courier service only Hermes”
