This company is criminal. First of all never order for next day delivery with ANY retailer that uses Hermes. I paid extra for NDD and it’s still sitting in their depot 5 days later. My previous experience was even worst. I arranged for a collection and everyday for 2 weeks I had to contact them cus they never showed up. I was housebound everyday until a package came for me and I had to give it to the courier (who never had a scanner because he wasn’t scheduled to take any packages). This company is despicable and the customer service is abysmal.

We'll update your tracking when it's on the way on the next working day Nothing heard since. Tried to contact Hermes Customer Service, which consists of an on-line virtual chat facility that provided nothing other than that above. Delivery not made. This company is a joke and best avoided.

Appalling service, never ever experienced such poor service before - app said packet was out for delivery Monday 3rd Jan, surprisingly on a bank holiday, later in morning, app updated to say delivery between 1800 and 2000 - at 1943 app updated saying packet delayed, will try tomorrow - you cannot deal directly with Hermes, the retailer was absolutely brilliant, best customer service I have ever experienced, I will not name them as I feel they should not be associated with Hermes in this review - suddenly app updated on Saturday morning at 0915, saying packet will be delivery by (name of driver) and packet did arrive at 1045. How Hermes are still in business baffles me - My daughter and her 3 children, who all loved the products this retailer sells, but she now refuses to buy any products, purely because of Hermes - Amazon delivery service puts Hermes to complete and utter shambolic shame.

hermes claimed to have delivered to me but ring camera says otherwise ??? their proof of delivery was a sat navigation image of my road and then totally ignoring all my requests for assistance, 17 residents in my road all commented on our residents what's app group how all our deliveries weren't made ,! I will not use companies now that use hermes shocking company

After 3 weeks and 9 booked collections for returns 8 complaints to online retailers using Hermes and twice promised pick ups at 9 pm . I’m still waiting! And I demanded pleaded with retailers to use another company. All said was we will rearrange for collections with Hermes. How many more days of my life must I waste waiting for Hermes ? Please can anybody help

Still waiting for next day delivery that was ordered on the 28th Dec - its at the depot just not being delivered - seriously what the hell are you playing at ???

YET ANOTHER parcel has just arrived opened, even the box inside had been checked to see if it was worth stealing, this keeps happening! At least this item actually arrived because something was stolen late last year, tracked to disappearing within the Hermes system. Weed out the crooks working for you Hermes!

I've had problems with Hermes on a number of occasions. They are very efficient right up to the point when the " friendly local courier " comes in to the picture, then it all goes wrong. I've had parcels left on my door step in full view, I'm my wheelie bin, thrown over my gate and posted in the wrong letter box. On one occasion they told me there was an address query. To this day I don't know what the problem was and when I eventually received my parcel it was clearly and correctly addressed. The other problem is that Hermes have made it difficult if not impossible for the recipient to contact them.

This company is unbelievable. We have lost seven parcels now on this farm. They send out false messages ranging from ,"parcel too big" to " your parcel has been delivered"..all complete lies. Any future purchases will dictate the carrier from my end

Complete lack of regard for the customer, extremely poor customer service and utter inability to carry out the service they are paid for. After more than 2 weeks, my parcel sent via special next day delivery is still nowhere to be found. Having had to report the issue twice already, I still have no answer as to where my parcel is and when, if ever, it is going to be delivered. Appalling doesn't even begin to describe it.

I sent a parcel since 11/11/2021 and till now the person hasn't received the parcel. This was a return I can't be refunded and I tracked they keep saying on the way. I ve sent complain by email nothing is done and no answer. Could anyone advise me please. The returns time is now over

Parcel due to be delivered between 1pm… Parcel due to be delivered between 1pm and 3pm, no show from courier. Updated at 6.38pm to say they had attempted delivery with a pic of parcel on someones kitchen worktop. Updated again at 6.42pm to say parcel will be delivered between 5pm and 7pm. Still havent shown up. Incompetence at its best. Get your house in order Hermes and tell your couriers not to lie blatantly about deliveries. Folk have cctv nowadays and can prove no delivery attempts have been made. I wish suppliers would state they use Hermes and i wouldnt bother ordering from them. Pathetic non service. Last delivery from Hermes just before xmas was over 3 weeks late

I had it up to here with Hermes .I booked a return to be collect they gave me the date it would be collected .I waited in all day no collection.my first taught due to driver down with covid.So I took it to a drop of point after a few day and had it over I already paid for return .Then yesterday I received a email advising. Me a couriers would be collecting parcel then I check the app and it said my. Parcel wilk be delay and they will get back to me the company is waiting for to his parcel so I can reorder can't believe this is happening.Next time I will tak to it to the post office not very happy with what going on

It's now January 3rd 2022 still waiting for Hermes to deliver my parcel which according to their tracking was going to be delivered to me on 31/12/2021. No updates can't get in touch with ANYONE, why would anyone want to use this joke of a company, i will never order anything online from a company who uses this useless company .

Parcel was picked up before Christmas 3 days after they were supposed to pick the item up and now today day is the 4th of January re and the parcel has not moved 1 bit i will never use them again very very bad service and cost you a fortune if you have to call them when they leave you on hold for a good three quarters of an hour as they say all advisors are busy obviously with all the complaints they had for the Christmas period still waiting for the parcel to be delivered and one to be delivered back to us from our sun Christmas is ruined and if the saying don't open it till Christmas he will have to wait till next year now to open that parcel hermès if I could give a -0 I would wouldn't use you again even if you are free

We have sent out 82 parcels over Christmas with this Company and 7 of them have been reported with empty content at arrival. I have been sent images for all 7 customers where the parcels have arrived torn and ripped open and no content . This is extremely worrying as the contents were Razor sharp Steak Knives, It seems the drivers have been ripping open the parcels and helping them selves to these sharp knives . Its worrying to think these knives are let loose in the public domain . i have made many attempts to report this very serious incident to Hermes and it is extremely difficult to reach them by phone , its seems everyone is using Covid 19 as any excuse to not pick up the phones . Hermes suggests we pay for signed for deliveries when it comes to knives but at the same time they are still posting them without signatures to make parcels contact less free to assure driver safety from covid . This is simply madness and as we can all see , there are endless amounts of bad reviews with Hermes , but they simply dont care , what a rubbish company they are to employ thieves and offer zero customer care.

Hermes delivery service is absymal, I don't know how this company is still allowed to run. I was expecting 2 parcels to be delivered by them both were Christmas presents and they didn't bother to deliver them then they'll send you notifications with some lame excuse. The customer service is rubbish, the so called customer service number just rings out then cuts off, noone ever answers the phone. There is no email just webchat who gives you the same information that you've already received in your notifications. I mean why are they a delivery service if they don't want to deliver parcels. It's terrible, there just causing customers distress, worry, upset and anger!

Absolutely third class courier thst should be removed from this business. Recently ordered few things online and unfortunately hermes were delivering. Most recent from joom and notified 3 times and they still can't deliver it to a selected locker. They are a bloody joke with no customer service where you could talk to some one. Just added some pictures as well.

When the hell will companies stop using Hermes as their go to courier. You can't speak to a human and nothing arrives and you get no information it's disgusting. It's not the drivers fault but I'd be embarrassed to work for such a company. They're unreal. Never seen anything like it in my life.
