Avoid. Having same problem as others. Bought a TV which they tell me they don't have in stock and they can't give me an indication of when it will be in stock. Requested a refund and now they have stopped replying. I've had to raise a dispute with my credit card company to try and get my money back.

I bought a coffee machine of Nigel ohara they took the £52 from my account,I never received the said coffee machine or have I received my refund or anything I've emailed many time but not heard anything very bad not happy at All

Nigel Ohara make you feel uncertain if your order is even being processed. I sent a nice email just asking if my order is in process and if I could have an update, but still no answer and no update? I have doubts that I'll ever see my order and will have to get my money returned via PayPal, as long as PayPal help me and not the fraudulent sellers.

Do not touch thesee guys with a barge pole. Even given the poor reviews I gave them the benefit of the doubt and placed my order for £900 worth of graphics cards. Like with everyone eles when I ordered these items they were shown on site as available, but as soon as I started chasing up where my 2 orders were I got the usual, "Oh it will be here next week and then the week after" and "then we can't confirm when your item will arrive" after weeks of chasing I got another message back to say in fact there had been a pricing error and I would have to pay almost another £200 to get both of my items. I am not playing the waiting game with trying to get my refunds. Do not order from these guys they are complete crooks. It seems to me all they do is take your money and sit on it for as long as possible to either buy stock for their store or to make money out of the interest and have no intention of actually fulfilling the orders they take. Yes you may get your order if you order something they sell in their shop, IE jewellery, but don't be fooled in to thinking you will get anything else you order.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE !! Kept me waiting for two months for a kettle, consistently ( four times) advised me it was in stock and would be delivered within days and then admitted it had never been in stock. ie they lied to me !.. then tried several times to persuade me to cancel my refund requests. I had to rudely insist before they refunded me. Truly a bunch of shysters

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! Want to see evidence that this company keeps you waiting for 2mths and still no sign of my Casio Gshock watch then check out the screen shot images of messages from me to N'Oh and the dates (when I placed my order) and the response I received on 11:7:15 still awaiting my order and also a response from Casio themselves. I have since raised a dispute with N'Oh and also contacted Casio asking why their good name be tarnished by this bogus company. I'm sure Casio will stop supply soon, so at least some items won't be on the authentic website. Proof (screen shots) can be seen on my Instagram account @ stevejervisprice. See for yourself before placing any orders. All other posts on here are too short in comment to be obviously fake! Why would I take the time to write all of the above if I wasn't bothered?

AVOID AVOID AVOID! After 2 mths after placing my order of a Casio GShock watch at £375, I still haven't received the item. I have now contacted PayPal to reclaim my money. This Company is a SCAM!!!! Don't buy from them as you will have a load of unwanted hassle with communication from them and getting your money back. PayPal should not be promotion their logo on the website as it is giving a false impression that this company are legitimate. BE WARNED!!!

Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Many companies work hard to provide the best possible customer service, Nigel O'Hara are either having some major continued problems like under-staffing or simply don't care. First of all, their 'Live Response System' does not work. I've lost count of messages I have sent to them with no responses. It comes up with response times which are fake. Its either not manned or doesn't work but I can assure you its rarely 'live'. IT NEEDS FIXING!!! They took my money (£257), then left a voice-mail message a week after my purchase to say there was a 'mistake' and that they had under charged. They would need at least another £100 but will email me the options and begin refunding the item. This is pretty poor service alone but it doesn't end there. No contact details were left and after numerous attempts to get in touch I've simply not been able to. Weeks later and I still couldn't get in touch! The phone requires an extension number they don't provide otherwise just cuts off which is a genius way to never speak to customers (you have to hate customers always wanting to buy things from you...). I wanted to pay the difference as I really need the product asap. However, when I finally got through to them, I asked some simple questions to make sure they weren't selling me something different and they simply couldn't answer. Said they would email after the call and phone the next day - guess what... they didn't! The worst thing of all is they have my money. I have nothing and they have my money. Its quite frankly disgraceful, daylight robbery. I've since requested my money back and heard nothing. No refund, no response. I'm going to have to involve the finical ombudsman - all of which has been a huge waste of my time and money, for which I will probably get nothing for but at least I will get a refund for a product I don't have. Its over a month since "purchase" and I'm out of pocket. Best advice I can give is AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! End of story? Not entirely, until last week they were still advertising the product at the wrong price allowing other customers to purchase it. Presumably ringing after purchase to say its a mistake and ask for more money. False advertisement and breaking trading regulations. Shocking. Infuriating. I'm not sure how companies like this are allowed to trade.

Please do not buy anything from this awful company. I have never been dealt with so bad from any other company, Avoid at all costs. I gave them the benefit of my doubts after dealing with them before and experiencing problems and having to cancel my order. I put in a order for a TV on July 1st and financed it through pay4later. I had confirmation that my order was successful and that pay4later had instructed Nigel O'Hara to release my goods. After a few days I contacted Nigel O'Hara about my order as it wasn't showing on my account. They told me that they had not received any instructions for the finance company. They promised to following this up and then decided not to respond to any of my inquiries. After a week of frustration with this awful company I decided to contact pay4later who responded excellently. They contacted Nigel O'Hara and e-mailed me straight away to say that someone would contact me from Nigel O'Hara. A few minutes later I had an e-mail to say that the retailer had cancelled my credit agreement. I e-mailed pay4less who were very apologetic and said there was nothing they could do. So please before you press buy or enter into any agreement with this awful company. Look elsewhere. It may be more expensive. But it will be a lot less painful. How this company can trade like they do is beyond me. STAY AWAY.. THEY ARE A AWFUL COMPANY!!!!

I've never written a review on an online company before, probably because most of them do a reasonable job, but when you come across one as bad as N O'H it is very obvious. I ordered a television a month ago having read a number of reviews it seemed worth taking the risk. The original estimate of delivery was within 2 weeks. Since then they have contacted me to say that they cannot get my original order and would I change it to something else, which I agreed to, but then nothing in response to my 5 queries as to when I might expect to see the replacement product, save one note saying that it was a weekend and that they couldn't contact their supplier but would do so immediately and update me - that was 5 days ago and nothing - I've now asked for a refund and guess what - no response.

Do not use this company if you have any sense!! I purchased a laptop for £1100 from them using their 0% finance option, paying a large deposit of £330. I heard nothing from them for 5 days following signing the credit agreement. Worryingly I tried to contact them and it got worse. You cant call them or email them directly, the only form of communication you can have is via their website. They told me they had priced the product wrong and unfortunately they could not dispatch the item unless I paid them an extra £187 - which of course I refused and asked to lodge a formal complaint. Then nothing, they stopped contacting me. They credit searched me and I have signed a credit agreement, which will affect me applying for further credit. Their customer service is non existent and they made no effort what so ever to contact me and tell me they aren't sending me the laptop. As it stands currently, I have a finance agreement for a product they havent supplied to me and they have avoided all my requests to speak to management. I fear they are advertising products at low prices to entice customers, only to up the price once purchased. This is false advertising. Be very very wary of this company!!!

This company is abysmal and the customer service may as well be non existent for what use they are. I ordered a product that was showing as in stock on 8th May. After numerous emails and raising a support ticket, i still haven't received my refund over two months later. I was promised that the item i ordered would be coming in stock and left hanging for four weeks before i was told that they wouldn't be getting it in stock after all. Then the refund fiasco ensued. I was told that their transaction provider had changed, after i waited over a week for my refund to show and i would have to await a call from their finance team to take my details before it could be handed to their finance team. Every step of the way i have been left waiting days upon days and have always had to chase up my refund with them. I am now in the process of taking steps to take my claim further with them. Beware of this company, you are not guaranteed anything from them and should there be any problems with your order, don't hold your breath in the hope you will get anywhere with the customer service team. Truly awful service, they need closing down.

Had nothing but false promises from this company. Luckily I had payed with PayPal so I just escalated it with them. Spooky thing I had my money back in no time at all. Word to the wise. Do not use this company there is a reason they are so cheap its. Stick with a reputable company ok you may pay more but you do get your goods. Also use PayPal reporting system and it does work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT YOUR GOODS THIS CENTURY.

They cancelled my order after I had to chase them about it. They said it would take 14 days to get the refund processed and I've still not received it yet. Unless you want to spend your time contacting trading standards then I would not recommend using them.

Item not delivered after two weeks, no costumer service phone number provided, all email communication ignored (despite the website bragging about 1h30 response times). Avoid.

I agree with all posts, avoid this company, use them at your peril, I ordered a PC bit on 27th May 2015 I'm still waiting, asked for refund on 20th June 2015, now they are ignoring me completely, and they don't have a phone no' that you can call to speak to anyone, total rip-off merchants, they should be stopped from trading on-line Seaside Sam 24/06/15.

Avoid this company at all costs! Worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.. Ordered several computer components; only one of which arrived. Ended up cancelling the other items as they were taking so long and requested a refund.. Sometime later received an e-mail advising the money would be in my account within the next 48 hours; it's now over a week later and still no sign of my refund! Have tried requests on the status of the refund on their 'Live Support System' but they now seem to be ignoring me.. Extremely frustrating experience, terrible customer service, the company is a complete sham and I am suprised they are even allowed to operate after reading some of the many negative reviews, what a joke!

I wish I had read the reviews on here prior. Delivery times are not realistic. They take your money and then don't respond to your request. A month after the quoted maximum delivery time and i've received no goods, no response from the "live" support, yet they have my money.

Terrible customer service and rogue traders. Placed my order 3 weeks ago. Status still says "dropshipped". Wrote to ask for update three different times, no response. There is no way you can speak to them on the phone as they deliberately make this impossible referring you instead to their "live" chat on their website which isnt "live" at all as nobody is there to chat with you. I have read many complaints from their customers on twitter https://twitter.com/search?q=%40nigeloharacom&src=typd and they dont bother to respond to them or issue them with their refund. I am relieved I used a credit card to pay for my order so I will definitely get my refund back. Never again!

The very worst internet company there is. Don't be conned by cheap prices. I can get no response from their customer services department to a failure to delivery my order placed over a month ago. They ignore my requests to update me or refund me. There is no phone number you can ring to speak to anyone. Stupidly I didn't order on Paypal or a credit card and am left nearly £400 out of pocket. Be very very careful indeed and my advice is to avoid at all costs. I think my only option will be to resort to legal action to recover my money and this is complicated as the company is in Ireland.
