So this is the 2nd time I'm writing a review about the same problem ... After my 1st review, customer service got back to me very quickly, i was very impressed with the level of empathy from them and i could feel that she cared ... they resolved the issue by refunding me and adding an alternative supplier for the Oakley sunglasses i ordered and assured me that all will be well ... I ordered the same type of sunglasses with no hassle whatsoever ( orange colour ) but the very next day i went to check up on my order if its been shipped or not and to my surprise i see that the colour of my sunglasses are all of a sudden BLUE ???????? I truly don't understand how on earth this happened ?? Aaaaand on top of that i get a notification that my order will be delayed ???? I understand that the product must be in high demand cause they are really cool sunglasses but seeing that my order after i paid for it miraculously changed colour ?? Like what the actual F**k ... Please ask this person that reached out to me (customer service) to find out more detail cause I'm shocked +966118280934 ... I would love to upload of screenshot of the difference but its not allowing me to do so.

Hi all. I had the worst online shopping experience ever. Whole my life I never see something that awful. My order number NSACC0020569519. Was made in 7-dec. Until today-15-dec still IN PROCESS. Not even shipped. I called several times to explain that I need it asap as I will be traveling but nothing happened. Customer service doesn't have a clue when it will be shipped. ALL AVOID SHOPPING FROM NOON

Second complaint, same item, more issues... It is sad that i have to resort to online complaints every time i need Noon to take action, this highlights the customer service and marketing deficiencies, a structure they need to revisit but that's not my place to discuss. Noon: In my last review i complained on the terrible "delivery" service which is basically your only task. In your response you vowed to handle the lack of info RE delivery time yet didn't give me a time. Now, that same SAMSUNG i bought for 3000 DHS is defected, and you once again can not confirm the time of pick up...?! Although it is needless to say this, but maybe NOON needs the reminder that mobile phones are extremely important to users and are costly items that need to be handled with the urgency they deserve, your call center once again cant help, but the fact that your managers couldn't care less is quite concerning. I am not going to start on the fact that the phone i bought from you less than 10 days ago has so many issues... This is my last attempt with Noon. RECTIFY YOUR PROBLEMS AND COLLECT MY PHONE AT A CONFIRMED TIME!

Its been 8 days since my 65inch qled samsung TV has not been working, no home visit by the technician and I had to pack the malfunctioned tv again which was wallmounted, and they pick it up, another 3 days no reply and when called they say to wait for another 14 working days. NOON CUSTOMER SERVICE should be ashamed of doing this to a customer

I was reading through all the negative reviews and I found that really annoying. I had the pleasure to buy multiple items from NOON and not once were they late or provided a defective, opened, or counterfeit product. Their staff whom I once called because I wanted to cancel an item were very friendly and offered a lot of assistance. Please do not give negative reviews just because you think that that's what the reader wants to hear. The truth is that I will continue to buy through NOON simply because they are the quickest and most reliable online store in delivering my items.

Greetings, I ordered a halogen heater (NEGCC0090279692) on Dec 3 and I received the order on time which is amazing service I thank Noon for it. Unfortunately, the second day I used the heater, its turning function stopped working, since the product has a guarantee for 1 year, so I decided to make a return order (RNEGCC00085067) on Dec 6. For couple of days, I didn’t hear from Noon till on Dec 8 at 7:19 AM, I got an SMS saying “The pickup for your return request RNEGCC00085067 has been rescheduled for the requested date”. While in fact, none contacted me before that time and I DID NOT request any change in pickup date because there is no pickup date. I contacted Noon customer service on (16358) on Dec 8 at 4:18 PM, I told them about what happened, the agent asked to be sure if there is none from Noon contacted me, I confirmed to her that none did and I didn’t ask for any rescheduling. She said that she will issue a complain and this problem will be solved as soon as possible and someone will contact me to pick the defective product. After this call, a number start to call me in the weirdest times very early in the morning and keep calling so many times in short period of time, this number is (02 35363224), many times I answer and none is replying, just silent then the call ends, no wonder this number is identified to Noon customer services and marked as spam by Truecaller and similar apps. Another agent called me on Dec 9, he asked if the problem is solved, I said no, still none contacted me to pickup the defective product and I told him about the annoying calls from this number (02 35363224), he said that his colleagues were trying to call me, and there might be a problem with the network, which doesn’t make any sense because of the simple fact that I answer and none replying me. Anyhow, the agent said that someone will contact me to pick up the item in the two following days, I asked if we could agree on certain time now during our call, he told me from 10 am to 10 pm. (As if I am supposed to abandon my life and just wait for Noon call). So far till this moment on Dec 14, none contacted me and none picked up the defective product and I haven’t heard anything from Noon. I am wondering, if the overall scheme here is to make the customer tired and bored till he gives up on returning the defective product or what!

Worst customer care and noon express is a failure, we are paying additional money for express delivery and they keep changing the delivery without informing nor asking the customer one of worst service ever I experienced in my life from noon, they don’t deserve any rating’s

Just as I had expected, noon cancelled my order again! This is after I already reordered the keyboard from eXtra when they claimed that it was out of stock. I was able to reorder it just to prove that it wasn't really out of stock. I emailed noon and inform them to never cancel my new order. They agreed and even confirmed that my keyboard " is in the process of being shipped and it is expected to be delivered on Dec 16, 2020." One day after sending that email, they cancelled it! And mind you, the item is still available until today! This is now the 4th time that they cancelled my order from the same seller-eXtra! And the 2nd keyboard! They are too afraid to even held eXtra responsible for not delivering the item! With other companies, out of "goodwill," they will just reorder the item again and give it to you for free! That's accountability. But since noon has a very low customer satisfaction rating, they will not do that. They do not know the meaning of accountability. They will instead ignore you. The best you will get is an "apology" saying that "it will never happen again" but it always does! It happened to me 4 times! Apology without accountability is useless! Your customer care is basically useless! Your customer care needs to be renamed "seller care." You care for your sellers, not your customers!

Hello, i would like to keep this as short as possible. about a month ago i ordered an electronic device from noon, an iPhone 11 to be exact. when the product arrived i noticed that the packaging was not the same as the one that you get if you get the device directly from the Apple Store. I thought maybe it was opened for a check-up. later on I get the phone out and yet again, it was covered in a faux & cheap material. yet again, i said maybe it was opened to be checked. after that i started up the phone and booted it up. Now here’s where things started to make me feel suspicious of the phone, all Apple devices come with a one year warranty when you put your account into the phone, it said to me that the warranty was expired which raised a lot of red flags, bare in mind i still ignored the fact it was used before although it didn’t say it was used or refurbished. The phone kept having a lot of problems such as turning off on it’s on and etc. First thing i do is contact noon for a refund & return the device, and little did i know that this is going to be the start of a stressful journey. One of the employees told me information that was FALSE and resulted of me loosing 300 Dhs due to the false information that i was given. second thing is that i got in contact with a higher administrator & told me that he’ll try to resolve the case for me and i should be expecting a call back from them the next day, it’s been weeks now and i haven’t heard anything from them. To sum up everything, Noon’s service led me to an apoplectic state and made everything way more harder and complicated for me even though it’s their fault for sending me a used device, i would rate my experience a 1/10, and i wish that i could rate it a minus. customer service was the worst & so untrained and unprofessional, the fact that they told me they’ll give me a call back and just ignore it is pathetic. nonetheless, i will be sharing my experience on social media just to show what kind of company we have. am sorry, I am not satisfy by your service I will not tell to everyone don't buy anything by noon, very bad company,.. Today I received call by noon waranty team they again make excuse, it's strange they don't have their seller no. Or they suggest me I have to call them form warranty soory I but from your side you have to find the way to give service.. But soory I am very sad by your service . I am not recommend to anyone.

My Experience with Noon is terrible, frustrating. I am very distressed with the poor service. Order placed Nov. 20, 2020. 3 Items: First item was delivered but returned as it doesn't fit for my GoPro hero 5. If there was only full description of the item that the item is Only for Hero 3&4 same info in the item box, I wouldn't bought it. The amount was refunded but they less an amount 20.94! But i let it passed! it was NOV. 30 when I received an SMS that my other items are out for delivery. I always keep my phone open but But no one called me. I called to follow up but allegedly said I was being called but I did not answer the call. That is not true because I do not have missed calls. In fact tried to call the mobile number of Delivery associate person available in SMS that i received but the number is not working! Again, I let it passed and I waited again but there was still no Delivery associate calling me. However, i received AUTO/answering machine calls from 04 522 7334 which i know that it was Noon phone number. It was in Arabic (I don't understand Arabic, I am not Arabic) and gives repeated instructions that I do not understand, there was no English instruction struction. I called customer sevice hotline few times to follow up. You will see in your record. They even confirmed to me that the Auto machine calls was to verify my phone number. I stated all what happened they assured me that my orders will be delivered to me but they just gave falls hope. More to that i received an email Dec 10 that delivery will be December 12 but when i checked order status today, my orders got cancelled! I waited 22 days from days of order then just got canceled? Unbelievable! I thought Noon is Okay but with this experience? I can say that it's just very frustrating, poor service! It feels so heavy that I just waited for nothing, I wasted money, time and effort.

Worse experience with Noon.com Pathetic service. It's 2nd time, I ordered something and after waiting for 15 days they sent message on delivery date that your order is canceled. Please never buy through noon.com its terrible!!!

The best market place in UAE, the support is awsome even during on a massive sale day, products are shipped and delivered on time(mostly ahead of time even), was amazed as a customer manager called me to ensure my issue has been solved with the offer i supposed to get. Awsome, noon rocks as always.

Please read carefully! Noon, is absolutely pathetic and disgraceful!! My order was expected to arrive on the 5th of December 2020. Order number : NAECB0061144267 I was called on the 3rd of December, stating that it is out for delivery, but the package was in Dubai, Al Karama area when my address is clearly stated as Reem Island, Abu Dhabi! Since then there has been numerous calls made by me to the customer support and no resolution as the package just could not be tracked and scheduled for delivery! After many back and forth calls between Noon and myself I have decided to cancel the order and ask for a refund. This was done on the 9th of December 2020. But the most annoying thing ever.. There are some extremely useless individuals working there. How can you be calling daily asking me if I received the package since I put in a cancelation? Can it not be seen on the system. You are very quick to take the money from the account, now give me a damn refund. Also stop with the unprofessional calls! Daily calls running around in circles and speaking the issue to different people. Honestly, first and last experience with noon. Just refund me, don't call, don't do anything else, it's clear to see that nothing can be done correctly by noon. A total horror show with noon!

My order number : NAECB0048416657-S1 Absolutely hopeless service by noon. I m raising this complaint second time. Give my money back or deliver the product. A phone call and assurances is not helping. I will definitely raise to next level which is the consumer court of Dubai.

I'm really not impressed, i ordered an expensive pair of Oakley sunglasses that i need for work, its extremely important and when it arrived it was a complete different type of sunglasses that wasn't even the same price when i checked how much it costs. Now i see that the item i ordered is unavailable ... I'm thinking to myself now how long is this issue gonna take to be resolved ???? I really am disappointed in noon. Please resolve this issue immediately! This is unacceptable

Very bad.. I purchased a neutrogena water gel in noon. when i received the items I am surprised the bottle was open and the gel its a bit yellow but still I used it. Only once I used after 10 mins I had redness on my face and the next day i had pimples. Now I stopped using the items that I bought from noon. Yesterday I bought a new one from the pharmacy and I saw the big difference. The original one its a clear water gel and its with bubbles. I wanted to show you guys the picture but I guess there’s no attachment here.

If there is an option to give a NEGATIVE rating i would have done so. back story: I ordered several items on the 29th of Nov with the aim to use it for my hubby's bday. Here are the issues: 1. I ordered black/white/gold balloons, noon's supplier sent me Metallic Pink 2. I ordered frosted black goblet, which was supposed to arrive on the 7th of Dec. (Item did not arrived) and still haven't as of writing. 3. Since I ordered several items, I made sure that I placed my request early to make sure that the items are going to make it for my hubby's bday. As early as 30th Nov, all my items were shipped from the suppliers end except for the black goblets. I immediately made a follow up as 2 of the items that were shipped were from the same supplier so it doesn't make sense that those two were shipped and the black goblets were not. The agent who answered my query informed me that there were no problems with the supplies and that I will get my items at the lastest 7th Dec 4. 6th December I have received all my items apart from the black goblets, so I sent an email and communicated by chat. A complaint was raised and I was advised that I will be contacted within 48hrs. Please take note that from my noon account the status of this item still says processing til this day (9th December) 5. Came 8th December, 48hrs after noon claimed that they will provide me with an update. No calls, no email was recieved from them, I had to be the one to initiate the chat just to get an answer from them. Now this is where it got interesting, the agent on the chat told me to wait for 48hrs and someone will contact me (Seriously? 8th of December was my dinner with fam for my hubby's bday) apart from not getting the goblet, no communication at all from noon, the agent wanted me to wait another 48hrs to get an update? 6. The agent then told me that they escalated my concern and that I will be contacted within the next 4-6hrs. (Take note that it's already 9th of December now and the entire day of the 8th passed by, this 4-6hrs call did not arrived. 7. If the above information did not made you feel upset, this one will. I checked my email after my chat with the noon agent (I received 2 emails from noon FIRST email stating they have been trying to contact me but they were unable to do so---I checked my missed call list for the day I have NONE from NOON, SECOND email that I have recieved said that the have decided to cancel my order. WOW) yes, you read it correctly, the item whom noon claimed had no supply issue was cancelled. 8. Please take note that every single thing that NOON agents said never happened. No calls, no email update, no follow ups. *I have all emails, chat and phone record as proof *Your customers does not deserve to be lied to and treated like this, sometimes all you have to do is to be DIRECT and HONEST so your clients can still do some contigency for the items that they may actually need on the day promised.

I checked my email after my chat with the noon agent (I received 2 emails from noon FIRST email stating they have been trying to contact me but they were unable to do so---I checked my missed call list for the day I have NONE from NOON, SECOND email that I have recieved said that the have decided to cancel my order. WOW) yes, you read it correctly, the item whom noon claimed had no supply issue was cancelled. 8. Please take note that every single thing that NOON agents said never happened. No calls, no email update, no follow ups. *I have all emails, chat and phone record as proof *Your customers does not deserve to be lied to and treated like this, sometimes all you have to do is to be DIRECT and HONEST so your clients can still do some contigency for the items that they may actually need on the day promised.
