Pathetic service...unprofessional support staff...I made a refund request on 3rd Dec and on 4th Dec noon rider took the shipment back to warehouse...till date my refund is not done...every single day I recieve blank calls from noon support...nobody speaks...this shows how serious they are...when call connect staff says your refund will be done in next 24 to 48 hours...same statement from last 7 days...there is no follow up...nobody cares to response or take responsibility..worst experience....wont buy or recommend anything from noon

Very disappointed orderd an item on 4th Dec was expected to receive it by 21 Dec, I received a call today (22 Dec) saying the supplier doesn't have the item and your money will be refunded with a 30 dhs coupon as a apology wasted my 18 days and now ill have to wait another 7-14 days to get my money refunded what a joke

Absolutely horrendous experience i ordered an xbox series s a WEEK AGO and still haven’t received anything, today was the expected delivery date, the item is still “processing”, i called the support and they said they will “file a complaint” to assist me and i dont know why that is even needed, all i want is my product to be delivered if by chance anyone from noon sees this the order number is NAECC0032927854 i want my product ASAP Worst shopping experience EVER

THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE BEEN GOT FROM NOON . NO TIME SENCE NO MANNERS I HAD A CONVERSATION WITH ONE OF NOON AGENT THEY SAID ME TO CANCEL THE ITEM I HAD ORDER MY I9TEM BEFORE TWO WEEKS TILL I HAVENT GOT THAT I JUST GOT AND CONFIRMATION THAT U ORDER IS CONFIRMED. AFTER THAT THERE IS NO CALL LETER I HAD CALLED THEM THIS IS WAT THEY REPLIED WHICH I HAVE WRIITEN ABOVE THEY MUST BE SHAME ON THEMSELF IF THEY CANNOT PROVIDE ATLEAST THEY CAN CLOSE THE ONLINE SERVICE I REALLY RECOMMEND TO USE AMAZON IF U REALLY WISH TO BUY ONLINE

Greetings, This is an update on how Noon handled my case with them (Return ID: RNEGCC00085067). 5 days ago, I posted here on this site that I am trying to return defective product and how Noon dealt with the whole situation. 2 days after my post here, an agent contacted me, it was on Wednesday afternoon and she apologized for the delay to pick up the defective product and promised once again as I mentioned in my previous message that an agent will contact me in 48 hours to pick up the product. I asked her, kindly what should I do if after 48 hours none contacted me and none picked the defective product, she didn’t know what to say, she told me to do whatever I want to do. I told her, you are a big company, you must have a protocol for such cases, she said, "Inshaa'Allah" in 2 days someone will pick up the defective product. I believe that "Inshaa'Allah" is followed protocol by Noon. Same day and exactly at 7:23 PM I got an SMS stating that: "We've collected your return RNEGCC00085067 and will soon update you about its status." So, I updated the form "How would you rate the support you received?" and wrote a note about this SMS and wondered: "What "collected" means in this context? does it similar to "picked up"? because obviously none collected the item as I am looking at it right now! I hope to get an update about what does this means, please. Thank you Shrouk, it was great talking to you on the Phone today!" That was my exact message and till now 3 days later none contacted me and none picked up the defective product and there is no protocol to be followed by Noon except "Inshaa'Allah" and really have no idea what to do! I am stuck with a product that doesn’t work as advertised and none from the company seems to care, perhaps they are hoping I will get bored with time and drop the case! Hopefully I got a real reply from Noon instead of the copy paste message they are posting here on the site as a reply to all posts!

This is a very bad company. They are selling fake electronic products. The labeling machine that we just purchased is fake and not functioning and they refused a return because we lost the packaging that by mistake our cleaner have thrown away. They are aware of their fake products in the first place. They are not fair with consumers that is why be careful of this greedy company. Better order from other trusted suppliers not through this online fake seller.

Hi all. I had the worst online shopping experience ever. Whole my life I never see something that awful. My order number NSECB0024576548. Was made in 29-Nov. Until today-18-dec still IN PROCESS. Not even shipped. Yesterday I received a call from noon supervisor cortana and she told me that my item has to be deliver by saturday but when i chat with customer service that man imrna told me that cancelled the order and make now one this is totaly maskhara

Hi all. I had the worst online shopping experience ever. Whole my life I never see something that awful. My order number NSECB0024576548. Was made in 29-Nov. Until today-16-dec still IN PROCESS. Not even shipped. Yesterday I was chatting on your customer service this man told me to cancel the order and place a new order and I received my money after 7-14 days in my credited card which has already been deducted. As I paid to noon why should I cancelled this order and select the new seller it is noon responsibility to arrange this item and deliver on time to customer. If your customer service is good, then you already arrange this and deliver to me on time. As per the delay in delivery you should compensate and give me the item up to Friday with the free installation. In future I will thinking about shop with noon. After this review i received a call and supervisor promise me to deliver my order by Saturday but when i chat with customer support he is saying to cancelled the order and make the new order.

Not even shipped. I called several times to explain that I need it asap as I will be traveling but nothing happened. Customer service doesn't have a clue when it will be shipped. We are selling products in noon. And we are selling our own brand in noon. But other sellers are selling different products on our listing. There is no brand protection in noon

So this is the 2nd time I'm writing a review about the same problem ... After my 1st review, customer service got back to me very quickly, i was very impressed with the level of empathy from them and i could feel that she cared ... they resolved the issue by refunding me and adding an alternative supplier for the Oakley sunglasses i ordered and assured me that all will be well ... I ordered the same type of sunglasses with no hassle whatsoever ( orange colour ) but the very next day i went to check up on my order if its been shipped or not and to my surprise i see that the colour of my sunglasses are all of a sudden BLUE ???????? I truly don't understand how on earth this happened ?? Aaaaand on top of that i get a notification that my order will be delayed ???? I understand that the product must be in high demand cause they are really cool sunglasses but seeing that my order after i paid for it miraculously changed colour ?? Like what the actual F**k ... Please ask this person that reached out to me (customer service) to find out more detail cause I'm shocked +966118280934 ... I would love to upload of screenshot of the difference but its not allowing me to do so.

Second complaint, same item, more issues... It is sad that i have to resort to online complaints every time i need Noon to take action, this highlights the customer service and marketing deficiencies, a structure they need to revisit but that's not my place to discuss. Noon: In my last review i complained on the terrible "delivery" service which is basically your only task. In your response you vowed to handle the lack of info RE delivery time yet didn't give me a time. Now, that same SAMSUNG i bought for 3000 DHS is defected, and you once again can not confirm the time of pick up...?! Although it is needless to say this, but maybe NOON needs the reminder that mobile phones are extremely important to users and are costly items that need to be handled with the urgency they deserve, your call center once again cant help, but the fact that your managers couldn't care less is quite concerning. I am not going to start on the fact that the phone i bought from you less than 10 days ago has so many issues... This is my last attempt with Noon. RECTIFY YOUR PROBLEMS AND COLLECT MY PHONE AT A CONFIRMED TIME!

Its been 8 days since my 65inch qled samsung TV has not been working, no home visit by the technician and I had to pack the malfunctioned tv again which was wallmounted, and they pick it up, another 3 days no reply and when called they say to wait for another 14 working days. NOON CUSTOMER SERVICE should be ashamed of doing this to a customer

I was reading through all the negative reviews and I found that really annoying. I had the pleasure to buy multiple items from NOON and not once were they late or provided a defective, opened, or counterfeit product. Their staff whom I once called because I wanted to cancel an item were very friendly and offered a lot of assistance. Please do not give negative reviews just because you think that that's what the reader wants to hear. The truth is that I will continue to buy through NOON simply because they are the quickest and most reliable online store in delivering my items.

Greetings, I ordered a halogen heater (NEGCC0090279692) on Dec 3 and I received the order on time which is amazing service I thank Noon for it. Unfortunately, the second day I used the heater, its turning function stopped working, since the product has a guarantee for 1 year, so I decided to make a return order (RNEGCC00085067) on Dec 6. For couple of days, I didn’t hear from Noon till on Dec 8 at 7:19 AM, I got an SMS saying “The pickup for your return request RNEGCC00085067 has been rescheduled for the requested date”. While in fact, none contacted me before that time and I DID NOT request any change in pickup date because there is no pickup date. I contacted Noon customer service on (16358) on Dec 8 at 4:18 PM, I told them about what happened, the agent asked to be sure if there is none from Noon contacted me, I confirmed to her that none did and I didn’t ask for any rescheduling. She said that she will issue a complain and this problem will be solved as soon as possible and someone will contact me to pick the defective product. After this call, a number start to call me in the weirdest times very early in the morning and keep calling so many times in short period of time, this number is (02 35363224), many times I answer and none is replying, just silent then the call ends, no wonder this number is identified to Noon customer services and marked as spam by Truecaller and similar apps. Another agent called me on Dec 9, he asked if the problem is solved, I said no, still none contacted me to pickup the defective product and I told him about the annoying calls from this number (02 35363224), he said that his colleagues were trying to call me, and there might be a problem with the network, which doesn’t make any sense because of the simple fact that I answer and none replying me. Anyhow, the agent said that someone will contact me to pick up the item in the two following days, I asked if we could agree on certain time now during our call, he told me from 10 am to 10 pm. (As if I am supposed to abandon my life and just wait for Noon call). So far till this moment on Dec 14, none contacted me and none picked up the defective product and I haven’t heard anything from Noon. I am wondering, if the overall scheme here is to make the customer tired and bored till he gives up on returning the defective product or what!

Worst customer care and noon express is a failure, we are paying additional money for express delivery and they keep changing the delivery without informing nor asking the customer one of worst service ever I experienced in my life from noon, they don’t deserve any rating’s

Just as I had expected, noon cancelled my order again! This is after I already reordered the keyboard from eXtra when they claimed that it was out of stock. I was able to reorder it just to prove that it wasn't really out of stock. I emailed noon and inform them to never cancel my new order. They agreed and even confirmed that my keyboard " is in the process of being shipped and it is expected to be delivered on Dec 16, 2020." One day after sending that email, they cancelled it! And mind you, the item is still available until today! This is now the 4th time that they cancelled my order from the same seller-eXtra! And the 2nd keyboard! They are too afraid to even held eXtra responsible for not delivering the item! With other companies, out of "goodwill," they will just reorder the item again and give it to you for free! That's accountability. But since noon has a very low customer satisfaction rating, they will not do that. They do not know the meaning of accountability. They will instead ignore you. The best you will get is an "apology" saying that "it will never happen again" but it always does! It happened to me 4 times! Apology without accountability is useless! Your customer care is basically useless! Your customer care needs to be renamed "seller care." You care for your sellers, not your customers!
