Worse than one star .My elderly mother because she couldn't have Xmas with her granddaughters ,she sent them a box .Parcels2go lost the box .My 80 year old mother crying. I had to produce proof of pick up an Xmas presents .My elderly mother didn't have but thank you to Next UK they helped within 4hrs.P2 zGo helped after a month after zero help .Contract at your peril...

Ruined Christmas for family. Managed to destroy a parcel I had sent to family (as I wasn’t able to give in person). Amazon had managed to deliver the original gifts safely, to me. I had used the same packaging to send on, however P2G managed to smash all and then refused to payout on their insurance. Read their list of excluded items for insurance - it pretty much covers everything. No point in sending stuff via them - they don’t take care of your parcels

Super disappointed from this company and the lack of customer service. I booked a pick up and delivery of 4 parcels to Italy on the 15th December. I paid for a 7 days delivery hoping at least to have them delivered before the end of the year due Covid-19 I can understand some delays might incur. However, I didn't have any information or any updates form the company regarding the status of my boxes until I have started to write complains online. Currently, the status of the parcels is that one of them is blocked in Florence since 30th Dec and I learned this only yesterday. 2 have been delivered just yesterday (since the 15th dec) and one has been lost with no information at all (P2G82765504). The company keep sending me useless apologetic emails but without any results and I am very frustrated for the whole situation. I definitely will never use the service again!

They've lost so many packages of mine and a month in, still haven't supplied a reason. I'm a small business owner and have already dealt with them breaking 2 packages and providing compensation. Will not be using again!

P2G83256150 My wife send parcel to Latvia 🇱🇻, and it shows on website it’s been delivered but nothing has been received, I will take them to court and I already have lawyer and soon I ll take them to court and cancel there registration in the United Kingdom . WATCH OUT

Terrible company, I paid extra for guaranteed next day delivery, ten days later and the parcel has still not been delivered but they are denying it is lost so refuse any refunds. According to them it is on the warehouse yet they cannot tell me when it will be delivered or even prove they still have it. Appalling. Two parcels I have sent with them for next day delivery, neither arrived, never again.

I posted a parcel on the 7.12.2020 and my buyer did not receive it. The communication with Parcel2Go was poor. It took them 2weeks before they responded to my enquiry, they can’t be reached by telephone. Eventually they acknowledged they had lost the parcel but still asked for proof of postage and proof of purchase which was difficult to obtain as the item was purchased 12 months earlier and only £64.00. They then provided me with a deadline of 25.12.20 which I adhered to only to be informed today they were not honouring my claim for a parcel they have lost.

Lost my parcel don’t care . Show off their profits at the expense of customers . In fact I’m a victim of crime but you can’t make them hear . They don’t want to know .

Awful service. Parcel went missing. Chat kept saying they were delivering it and it was "out for delivery" but it never arrived. They dont accept calls and their chat is useless. AVOID AT ALL COST

VOID terrible customer service AVOID I sent parcel 8.12. Courier in Poland had trouble with reading address from printed label and said address is wrong. I noticed that straight away on tracking, contacted parcel2go to solve issue. 4 chats, every time I was reassured they contacted dpd and waiting for an answer... I contacted dpd myself to hear there was no email from parcel2go and my parcel is on the way back and is too late to do anything.And you know what? Parcel2go is still waiting for an update from dpd. In case of any trouble you will be left without help with web chat with people who don’t know how to email or make a phone call. And now they are blaming Covid and problems on borders which just started AVOID

I booked a parcel delivery with P2g and it was stolen [lost] by Hermes. P2G website is a smokescreen to play out the compensation claim period and to avoid paying out compensation. They will send emails that mean nothing. If you can find a question to answer they ask for the Ref. number they gave you and when you send it back, claim not to recognise it. I won't be using either company again

Order: P2G80994832 Terrible company when things go wrong they don't want to know. I sent an expensive monitor but the item got stolen by Hermes and parcel2go took 2 weeks to say i can have a £20 refund despite the postage to them costing £31 for the label and the item value itself. I declined their offer, and they said they would have another look at it in two weeks, it's been 2 weeks now and not heard a thing. It's disgusting how they treat their customers.

Please do not use this company for anything, even if it is £20 cheaper. Collected a £170 cooker on a 24 hours delivery. Damaged cooker in depot and now i can’t get a answer to what is happening. No telephone number. No live chat.. terrible service !!

I 've been posting about 5/10 parcels every day with Parcel2go for the last 2.5 years. (That's something like 4500 parcels). I only accept the UPS or ParcelForce offers (I always avoid the Hermes option) so there's never been a problem. Nothing has ever been lost. Nothing has ever been broken. I post the parcels and forget about them - as I know they'll just arrive. The only issue I ever has was a parcel to Autralia where they said the Volumetric weight was to high and they charged me £100 (Once they accepted the offer and the parcel was already in Australia) - Very dishonest - Don't any use the DPD offers. There's a lot of poor feedback on this reviewing site for Parcel2Go and I wonder how genuine it is. I am the Jumblemaster 99.6% 102,000+ feedbacks (MEV Spares) Phone me up and I'll tell you Parcel2go is fine. You know this feedback is genuine. Avoid ParcelHero, I sent two parcels with this nest of vipers. They never forwarded it onto UPS. They just took the money and nicked the contents as a bonus. (Jumblemaster) MEV SPARES

Shocking. Set up parcel to be dropped off Monday at Inlockers. Duly did this and found Hermes delivered back to me next morning even though all paperwork correct with customers delivery details. Then stupidly I set up another delivery for same parcel as needed to get it to customer and could t contact Parcel2Go, Hermes or InLockers and after 3 days parcel still not collected from lockers. Avoid like the plague. Will never now use again and had used multiple times.

I have been so far post with them international from London to Taiwan totally twice, and once only from London to rimowa shop to get my luggage repair, They is not easy to reach the customer service, but so far my parcel all arrived on time and only one deal 2 days, I’m shock here has so many negative feedback from here, but I guess I will continue use if them, in least my experience is good with them.

Paid extra for next day collection. Waited in all day. No collection. No way to phone them. 36 in queue for live chat. Parcel2Go have a bad reputation and they seem to deserve it.
