AVOID!!!! Read reviews before booking please! I was so happy to buy sweets and chocolates a jewelery for my mum and dressing gown from m&s for my dad for Christmas probably spent around £100 on it bit it was ok I thought what could have happened it's only couple of little pressies for Christmas no biggy!!!!! But no!!!!! It is biggy because I've put in that parcel the photo of my children!!!!!!!! Now where is it?!?!?!? I didn't even think that the company wouldn't even have a number!!!!!! Yes they paid me £23.46 to cover costs of sending but I want my kids photo back at least!!!!!! What a scam!!!!! I don't uderstand why they're on comparison sites why no one check this company!!!!! Why people do these things!!! I've never been that upset! What a bunch of thievs! What a bussiness to refund for what you paid for parcel and take the parcel for youself which contains goods say over £50 but really sweets and dressing gown! I want my kids photo back!!!!!! Morons

Very back service. I booked them to deliver the return parcel but they didn't come to pick from my address. I re-booked and pinged there chat room three times to make sure somebody come but unfortunately nobody some to pick the parcel. very disappointed. when i did the live chat this girl said we never say that the delivery will be confirmed :) I guess they are running a scam i hope they will send my money back

Do NOT use this company! They are thief’s! I’m waiting since the 5/12/18 for my parcel to South Africa to be delivered! They have no call centre & you can’t speak to anyone to resolve an issue! They have stolen my items.

Avoid this company. They do not deliver parcels in line with contract. Refuse to honour guaranteed delivery cover. Apply extra charges, with no additional service in return.

The longest time to collect, and longest time to deliver. Wont recomend it to anyone. Lots of money payed for "guaranteed eelivery on time" had to rebook it 4times as noone actually came to collect it... you just been canceling the collection slot. I have waisted days of waiting for collection!!!! Terrible terrible terrible

I would give them zero stars if that were an option. Beware! They do not provide a phone number, and the customer service provided via chat, is pathetic. All i received were platitudes and empty gestures. Do not use this company.

delivery to italy- lost in transit- 3 weeks- they find it- try to re-deliver-lost it- now sending it bak to me (alledgedly) this takes 8 weeks- so far 6 weeks and i have had to refund the customer- and now i gave to wait 8 weeks for a delivery which cannot be tracked. and if it is not delivered they will look into it....i paid £25 protection on delivery, but will take around 16 weeks to actually get that money- assuming i can get it, they take no responsibility for parcels at all, they are middle men.

One of the worst companies I have ever used, categorically. They do not have adequate support, with no phone number whatsoever to contact. Instead they have a very useless live chat system that uses generic responses, and simply lie to your face. My package was sent from London to New York, and a package which should have taken 10 days, ended up taking over 5 weeks. There is no remorse from the company, and when asked if there is any compensation, they simple reply it is my fault and they will not provide anything. Please head my review and go to a different company all together, or direct to a reputable courier service.

Useless!!!! Arranged collection of a parcel. 2 failed collection attempts later, no contact number, no way of contacting p2g. Spoke to supplier. No attempt made at any point to collect the parcel. Going elsewhere to collect my parcel

Do not trust or use this company!!!! They are a scam!!! I booked and dropped off a simple package. Didn't arrive! After 2 weeks I contacted the company and they said they will look into it. 2 weeks later still nothing so I had to pay for a new delivery (obviously with another company) and new products and it arrived 2 days later as advertised! 2 month later I get an email saying the case has been closed and the parcel has been tracked as delivered! Yes it was delivered after 5 weeks all broken and smashed up! I had paid extra for the contents insurance and guaranteed delivery! Little did that help! And now there is no more live chat so stuck. Please I implore you DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Used P2G to estimate a delivery price to send a Alloy Wheel & tyre. All details input correctly, price, weight, sizes, extra insurance cover. Quoted £9.56 inc. VAT via DHL, fine methinks! Sold the wheel, came to order - price £15.69!!!! 64% more!!! What is the point of getting a quote when it is so far removed from the reality?!?! No way of contacting P2G, classic scam artist technique! Unbecoming of a company of their supposed stature.

***** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ****** ***** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ****** I don't usually write reviews for companies but this is the most dis-honest, scam company I have ever used. Disgusting customer service. Have to jump through hoops just to get a refund on a damaged parcel let alone get a claim approved. Gave me a premium service number to phone up to sort things out. Live chat takes forever because they just pass you from person to person. Always get your chat sent to your email to look back on as they will just continually lie to you. Don't bother insuring your parcel, paying for signature or getting next day delivery because they won't give you anything back if it goes wrong and you will have to fight to even get a basic refund. I will never use this company again.

Absolutely terrible service when there is a problem. Sent a LARGE parcel 6 weeks ago that contained over £180 worth of goods. I made sure to pay the extra to cover it to the value of £200. Took a very long time without delivery. When the customer got in contact with them they said there was a problem with the address. After a couple of weeks trying to sort the issue they admitted the parcel was lost/STOLEN. I am still waiting for the case to be closed. they owe me £210 (£180 value + £20 delivery) which I had no choice but to refund the customer for. As a result my paypal account is negative and I cannot use it until I clear the debt which paypal are chasing me for!! I am in contact with P2G almost daily but they just give me the same scripted response of sorry for the inconvenience and they cannot give me a time scale for the refund. All I can say is be very careful when sending valuable goods because if it gets stolen on the way you will really struggle getting your money back. Will never use again and DO NOT recommended

Absolutely disgusting service picked up two days late when I spoke to them about it on online chat they lied and told me it was picked up on time then to top it all some items went missing and the package was badly damaged and then they blamed us for poor packaging will never ever use this company again

Bunch of scam artists, have not refunded me for missing parcel even though I paid for insurance. Now they said the have refunded me and cut me off when I said I can show my bank statement to prove you haven’t!!! Bunch or robbing clowns avoid at all costs.

Just terrible. customer service is terrible. getting help is terrible, any legitimate claim is dragged out and refused on silly grounds. seriously just avoid them at all costs. If you do go with them, their insurance cover and delivery guarantee isn't worth anything and they will make up excuses not to pay.

Total incompetence! Loathed to give them one star! Sent a box to a Greek island then I went ahead to await it! From the first online chat " You didn’t send it with us?!!”To unbelievable ignorance of Geography, unable to find address ? Can’t be found on Google? I sent a pic of the map on google!"We don’t deliver to Ports!” I enquired how they sent anything across the Channel? To refusal to tell me where it was.’Security!’. Wanting an alternative address? I flew home early & had to have It returned, I presume from Greece?, tracking told me that much! Refusal to refund! To penultimate message from them "Some confusion on my part!”… After yet another furious reply they agreed to refund .. Customer Services Patronising final shot "We are all human & subject to mistakes Angela, no one is perfect & these things can happen”…!!! Needless to say Compensation refused! So if anyone reading this wants to ‘take a chance’ …’confusion, dealing with humans!’ That ‘No one is perfect!! That ‘these things happen’ should be taken into account but God knows where or what will happen to your parcel!!!!!

Don't use Parcel2Go - they break your stuff then refuse to compensate you even though they charged you protection. Their excuse is that it was a prohibited item. (check out their list of prohibited items) literally everything is prohibited. The thing is that when you use the service they ask you what you are sending. What's worse is that they don’t stop you when your item description is one of their prohibited items. so you are left out of pocket and broken stuff They are thieves. Will never use them again.
