wish I also had read the reviews before booking booked a parcel via Parcel2go on Dec 2nd parcel was tracked to a depot and then disappears, Parcel2go basically told me tough, it is impossible to speak to somebody in person and on live chat they cut you off if they don't like what you are saying. This has done our reputation no good and has cost us financially and ethically and basically refused help, please avoid Parcel2go

I sent 2 parcels which the driver left in the rain which distroyed the contents, fortunately I took out insurance , unfortunately they are trying to wriggle out of paying dispite being their foul up .....if only they had the guts to have a contact phone number instead of hiding behind live chat .... I recommend never using this company , very unprofessional......

It s the most useless company wich i ever work with, for the past 3 wks. TRY TO AVOID THEM.  I HAVE TO MANY COMPLAINS TO PUT THEM HERE...  WE PAY FOR "SIGNATURE REQUIRED" SERVICE, FROM COSTUMER SERVICE THEY TELLING ME THAT IS OPTIONS, SO THE DRIVER CAN THROW THE PARCEL AND F...KS OFF...  WE PAY FOR INSURANCE... UNFORTUNATELY ONLY S..IT THEY DON T HAVE ON "PROHIBITED ITEM LIST"... SO IN CASE OF LOSS, DAMAGE OR WHATSOEVER , WE LOSE THAT MONEY. IF YOU CONTACT THE USELESS COSTUMER SERVICE, THEY JUST READING AND COPY/PASTE THE SCRIPTS WICH THEY HAVE ON DESKS... SPECIALLY THE "WE ARE SORRY TO HEAR THAT"....

Wish I had read reviews before using p2go, ruined Christmas by their terrible service, I booked a delivery on the 17th Dec, paid extra for guaranteed delivery, had to rebook for collection on the 18th with delivery on the 20th so still ok for time. Checked tracking and noticed calling card let at unsecured/communal area.....it was a house not a flat for one and second checked with recipient and no card left. Contacted through live chat and told I have to wait until delivery to claim for late delivery......really. Tracking showed delivered 24th Dec and guess what, checked with recipient and no delivery even though they waited in for it. Do not use this shambles of a delivery company, even if they pay the insurance that I paid extra for they totally ruined Christmas and that cannot be compensated. If possible I wouldn't even give 1 star as they don't even deserve 0,

Worst company I have ever dealt with, failed to collect when they said, which is understandable, wasn't made aware we had to Rebook paid for guaranteed delivery this was confirmed in writing that it would still make it by the day I selected this was then delivered 5 days later, I was then informed they moved my guaranteed delivery date without being informed, am unable to get a refund even though I paid extra and still didn't get there, all I get is sorry and avoiding any question, when I said about nothing in the t&c's they couldn't answer, absolutely shocked by level of service. Will never use again, total shambles.

Lost my parcel closed my claim by saying it had been delivered and "proved" it by sending an unsigned proof of delivery. They have refused compensation.

Used parcels2go website and sent a parcel via my Hermes. One parcel contents damaged, one parcel lost proberbly stolen. No help whatsoever from parcels2go they asked for proof that is impossible to give, they know from their own website the parcel has been tracked to a depot and that is wher the track ends. The package is one metre long and weighs twelve keg. It is impossible to contac anyone by phone and the way the website is set up impossible lodge a complaint. Both Hermes and Parcels2go are terrible companies Avoid like the plague.

Was never asked to enter the dimensions of my parcel, and was then charged a surcharge AND a fine for it being too large...! The only message shown was "Important: If your item is longer than 1m please click here and enter the dimensions.” The item was less than 1m long. Terrible experience for my first time using them (at Amazon's request), stay away!

If it was possible to put zero stars I would. I paid £49.70 to send a clock, which was clearly stated on the order, £29.00 of which was insurance for £600 and a bit extra for next day delivery. In my thinking the least amount of time in transit the less likelihood of damage being caused. The clock was packaged very well, it took nearly 2 hours to do. I purchased fragile tape and covered the parcel with it. Well that was a mistake it was like an invitation to treat it with as much disrespect as possible! The clock arrived in pieces, the movement had several broken pieces and the corner of the box squashed and with a big hole in it. After filling out the necessary forms to claim compensation, sending various photos etc I was told my claim had been declined as it was a prohibited item yet they were quite happy to take my money. My advice is to avoid using them at all costs and to think I didn’t want to use Hermes as I’d heard bad things about them!

Absolutely appalling company to deal with. Parcel says delivered to my home, but I have not received. No response. Only a photo of a door with a parcel, which is clearly not my door or anyone in the vicinity. Impossible to talk to anyone at he company. A relatively expensive Christmas gift for my daughter, and now 3 days before Christmas I need to go buy another one, with no refund for the first one.

I have used Parcel2go a few times now and not had any major issues. This time that changed. I sent a large parcel of Christmas presents from London to friends in Cornwall via Hermes. When it arrived, the box had been opened, some of the presents inside had been opened and one has been stolen. Initially I thought the box had been may have been damaged and a small item might have fallen out, but as the biggest item had been unwrapped and opened and the item missing was also a bigger item it is clear staff are opening and stealing from parcels in their "care" Although I paid extra for insurance, from now reading other reviews it seems unlikely I will get any compensation. Very angry and disgusted.

P2G55035467 4 years ago I wrote right here a good review about parcel2go. Today, December 2018, I have to tell you a very different story. I've sent a parcel from London to Spain (using myHermes to Asendia) on the 22nd of November that had to arrive no later than the 7th of December 2018. Today is the 19th of December and the parcel still didn't arrive. I had 6 or 7 chats with people that are like robots, copying and pasting nearly automatic answers for nothing. No real customer service. I opened enquiries *three times* (3!), and every single time they closed it saying: "This enquiry has been closed as your parcel has received new tracking events or has been delivered". The updates I received in the tracking page were like they were laughing at me: in the tracking page they said that "the parcel has been handed over", from one company to the other, allegedly on the 25/11/2018, on the 28/11/2018, on the 06/12/2018, on the 12/12/2018 and on the 13/12/2018. Check https://ibb.co/HCTVxWb How many times can a parcel be "handed over" from the company of the UK to the courier in Spain? This people are not serious, I paid in advance for a service and my client is still waiting… The parcel was never delivered, although they wanted to make it look like that in the "My Orders" page; another lie you can see here https://ibb.co/9y3ZkhD Finally their last lie: they said the parcel was delivered on the 3rd of December with a signature. (!) So now I have another type of claim, a dispute because it never was delivered and as such dispute started on the 14th I have to give them 14 days more until having an update (!?!) A shame. Never use this company again.

Absolute awful company , again with all the other reviews , parcel apparently delivered but hasn't to make things worse the parcel has been taken by someone who has forged my signature , Parcel to go has not helped what so ever pushing the blame on the sender even though the sender had sent the parcel to Parcel to go they just haven't delivered at all . Would never recommend

Parcel2go says it has been delivered but my buyer has not received it, I have had to give them a refund so I am now out of pocket. Customer services are only live chat! they are being incredibly thick and will only send emails to the buyer as they are saying they are the account holder, I have told them I am the account holder but it is falling on deaf ears yet they can send an email to me saying it has been delivered. I think the staff are paid to lie about everything. As of yet neither I or my buyer has received an email from them. I don't think I will ever get my money back and I will never use them or Hermes again. I wish I had read the reviews before I sent anything.
