I brought something from eBay it wasn't collected the day was collected then when it stated that the parcel was delivered a signed for by the customer I took me a while to try and get actually in contact with them I finally did on Facebook they opened a claim then got an email to say that I signed for it I said if I did why would I be trying to track it down really it's rediculous never using them again

Had a parcel collected by DPD from a drop off shop. Taken all the way to the Liverpool depot. It was then cut in half by staff there (taped & strung), one half delivered to the recipient, the second half delivered all the way back to my house. Both halves of the parcel had delivery labels on. Now Parcel2GO say I didn't provide a parcel to their specification. The terms & conditions say that they might be separated in transit and it would be difficult to claim if one half is lost. My parcel isn't lost, they just won't provide the service I paid for. Absolutely ridiculous. DPD should have rejected at the shop if it wasn't to spec. Not wait until it got 130 miles away, then sending half 130 miles back. Not exactly environmentally responsible driving a parcel 260 miles.

Ppl don’t not use this company never pick up my parcel and messed me around twice which then told me we tried to pick up parcel when in fact they lied ( funny that I had a parcel delivered the day they was meant to pick my up ) Just lie and tell u different story’s everytime u speak on live chat and all u get sorry !!! Well now I have reported u to paypal n trading standards I will get my refund

Very poor service, they have had my parcel for a month today, it has been lost in their system for several days, they have tried to deliver it twice out of business hours to a business address, the tracking details haven’t changed for 6days saying delivering today. Management don’t seem to be interested, customer service replies generic, NO PHONE CALL when requested. I am the procurement director for a company which uses Hermes the courier used in this case, we will be taking our business elsewhere.

My parcel was not collected. I waited all day from 8am to 8pm and my parcel was not collected. Nor did I receive any email or other communication to update me or explain why my parcel was not collected. AVOID, This is the worst service I have ever received from any courier/delivery company.

Appalling company. Appalling customer service. Do not use. They take your money and then they simply do not care. Definitely one to steer clear of. Even if you complain, they just stop responding. Worst company I have ever dealt with

This company has the distinction of being the worst company in UK. Trust me once they have your money and parcel gets damaged or missing th n you will see exactly what I mean. Couldn’t give them 0 star for the only reason this review system doesn’t allow it !!! There complaints department is the busiest part of there business!!!

Parcels2go are one of the worst companies to deal with. They have no ethics, they refuse claims. Their agents stick to a script, they keep you online for over and hour going round in circles because they have a script. Will review online, will report to trading standards, and also guys take these people to court it only costs £35 and if enough of us do it, they will be closed and investigated. Report them to your local mps, get these kind of companies discussed in the houses of parliament. Get these companies closed down

Updated review:- We got off to a bad start as the driver was almost 2 hours late but I appreciate that the parcel was delivered well before scheduled to. A few things that your company can consider to improve even more : 1) Have an online chat assistant available so getting hold of you is easier. 2) Have some sort of contact with the drivers to let the customer know if they are about an hour away. This will really make your service stand out. Thanks

Bad company. Steer clear. Shocking lack of care taken with my parcel. Pretty much trashed in transit. Very difficult to claim and once i got through all the hoops i. Registering my complaint the denied the claim. Will never used parcel2go again.

Dreadful company. Buy direct from the courier. Having a middle man doesn’t save money and just causes confusion. They have no contact number or chat facility. If you have problems then you are on your own.

DISGRACEFUL SERVICE I Had a high value parcel damaged by this company, the postage paid was high due to taking the insurance out on the item when I sent it. Total con artists, they are not willing to offer me a refund for the item which is now useless as it has been smashed in several places, probably from high impact such as being thrown or dropped several times. They will not refund for the damages clearly caused by their couriers, I will NEVER use their fraudulent services again DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS! I am now out of pocket a lot of money for something I was supposed to be covered for!

DO NOT USE !! One star to much , Paid for 3/5 day del, saying a min of 10 days now. no tracking service for 3 days don’t no where parcel is . no complaints procedures.blamed the courier which it wasn’t. Make dpd look bad. Will Never use this company ever again . They just shrug you off. Should be struck off ASAP will be contacting trading standards

I have used this service on just a few occasions . You will never receive any sort of support from them so do not expect it, regardless of the error and whos fault it is. No phone number exists neither does any sort of live chat. second time I used them they have lost part of the leaf blower making the other half pretty useless but they insisted I was only entitled to half of the costs! Todays issue is I received an email demanding a payment of £4 plus as "additional charge" to deliver my item. When I booked the parcel the measurements entered were correct and the weight on my home scale showed 5Kg . They claim my parcel was 6.78kg. I went to book ANOTHER parcel with the same dimensions with 7kg weight and the charge was the same as what I paid (around £21 plus which included extra cover to cover the cost of the printer) which means that I paid the correct amount of money yet I am being charged an extra £4 plus ONTOP of the £21 I already paid! so even if my scales weighed it wrong, the same parcel would have still cost the same money with 0.25kg over! do not have anything to do with this company as I feel this kind of attitude are ways of crooks! why in any case wait for 4 days to inform me about the discrepancy? after all the parcel should have been delivered within two days!...not only I was threatened not to deliver the parcel unless excess is paid but parcel has not been delivered in time. I will not be doing any more sending with this joker!..I would have preferred them to have informed me the very first day when they picked the parcel up that my parcel was over the stated weight and not hold me to ransom after 4 days before the delivery day especially if it is a bank holiday time!..obviously they got my money but it does not matter a bit to them when the parcel is delivered, if it ever gets delivered...The law says p2go or anybody must give the customer the preference of the choice if so they wish to carry on with the service if there is a problem!

The service itself is good and prices generally very competitive BUT after Hermes lost a parcel I sent (large and heavy....impossible to lose you would think!!) I found the claims/complaints process via P2G a pain and the support/outcome less than satisfactory. At one point I had to contact Hermes myself to get things moving! Now looking for an alternative service for the regular sending of parcels.

I have used this service for the past 1 year+ spending over £100 per month with it. You will never receive any sort of support from them so do not expect it, regardless of the error and whos fault it is. No phone number exists neither does any sort of live chat. Todays issue is I received an email demanding a payment of £51 as "additional charge" to deliver my item. When I booked the parcel the measurements entered were: 80x40x40 - 10KG. Actual measurements are 81x40x38 - 10KG. As you can see my parcel is 1cm longer but 2cm less in width so I decided to just double check. I went to book ANOTHER parcel with the dimensions they gave me (81x40x38 - 10KG) and the charge was the same as what I paid (around £9) which means that I paid the correct amount of money yet I am being charged an extra £51 ONTOP of the £9 I already paid!

Terrible company! Not once had a parcel collected on the day it was supposed to be collected. So much time wasted waiting in for collections that get cancelled late in the day at which point you can only book a new collection date 4 days on. They have no contact details on their website........ that should tell you something............
