Do not use this service, they rob you

Firstly they failed to collect on the designated day, they then ‘lost’ my package, a large armchair, and after 2 days refused to pay either compensation nor continue to look for the chair. Which is obviously languishing in NB a depot, where nobody has bothered to look for it, or been delivered to the wto f person or ‘borrowed my by a courier. Shockingly por or service from a company whose only remit is to deliver items safely. Avoid at all costs. And Don’t pay for insurance as they don’t honour it.

I wish there was a -1 for this service. Not the customer service team, they are helpful. How effective the customer service or claims teams are I can't comment but they currently get a -1 also. I sent two separate parcels at the same time. Parcel on clearly addressed. Was delivered within 48 hours. To the wrong address. I was then found on the doorstep, contents broken. For this I have been told a refund has been issued and should be in my bank soon. Parcel 2. The address I gave has ALL you need for an address. The correct name, house name, street, town and postcode. They came back with.. 'Insufficient address'. Seriously, the postman has found them before. Why didn't I post it.. cost.. Well next time.. eh.. So I used their chat system.. (hard to find.. it's not obvious but a tip to anyone wanting to chat.. go on claim refund, and the chat option appears. I gave the correct address (again). They told the courier, they told DX. (I will never ever use DX myself directly. ) I waited.. no reply.. no action.. I then get a message saying it's all been dealt with. Check with my friend.. no delivery. So I go on chat. for the 4th time, (I've spared you the other chats ref the broken items). I'm told they will email the courier again. They don't phone couriers it's all e-mail. They don't have a phone number, the couriers don't have a phone number. I ask can it be returned to me so I can post it. NO because.. here's the punch line folks.. 'It's still in transit!!!' Oh my days.. So they can't deliver it, or won't, probably because they've damaged that one too, and don't want to admit it. But they can't return it to me. Where am I at .. waiting. Where is my customer.. waiting.. Would I use DX no. Am I out of pocket for post, package, time taken to contact these people yes. Do I have to remake an order at my cost yes so it seems at the moment. They assure me I could have a credit note .. to use again with them. DO NOT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE.

I have sent 11 boxes from UK to sweden, I was at home waiting for the boxes, they never came and they never called me. It was very difficult to get in touch with them, I had to pick them up although I paid for home delivery.Never again

DO NOT USE. My parcel was "refused by sender" when sent through Parcelforce despite the sender saying they did not receive it. Now the package (which is 23kg) is being returned to me. There was no warning as to why and no attempted redelivery made. Apparently the returns process cannot be cancelled and could take up to 14 days to come back to me. Considering I paid for 48hr delivery how is this ok????? Awful customer service from Parcel2Go who say they can't do a thing and can't even offer a new label. They apparently can't even contact Parcelforce to investigate. Parcelforce obviously say "talk to Parcel2Go". Overall a useless service and I highly recommend you avoid it at all costs. They will do everything they can not to help.

Avoid at all cost I have send a international courier to India which has not been delivered since last 3 weeks due to excessive custom charges. This was sent via DPD which was our preferable courier company but they gave it to another third class company ARAMEX which has very poor reviews. Now the custom charges are based on 4 times the actual cost of the items. On our request the revised cost is submitted but no follow up and when I try to contact parcel2go they donot have any tel no and emails are not answered with out several reminders. I am now stuck up as ARAMEX is threatning to return the parcel.

AVOID Parcel2Go!!! I booked a next day home collection through Parcel2Go. Unfortunately, although I waited in all day, the courier did not show. So I had a webchat with Parcel2Go who sent me a DHL label I could use for drop off and told me that I could take my parcel to Bina News (over a mile away) - which I did - but having dragged it all the way there, they told me that they don't take DHL I was on foot, by the way, with a heavy parcel. So I lugged it all the way to Robert Dyas in North Finchley - (well over another mile away with my bulky, heavy parcel) - as they definitely do DHL But at Robert Dyas, they told me they couldn't send the parcel because there was no 10 digit waybill number on the label. So I took it to another shop in North Finchley that does parcels - and the guy there scanned it but said his courier doesn't do DHL anymore. I had to send the package that day because my buyer was expecting it. I could not contact Parcel2Go because they do not appear to have any published phone number - and I can't do a webchat on my phone. So, in the end, I had to take it back to Robert Dyas, where I had to repackage the item - because they needed to see what it was apparently, and pay them a further £19.95 to get the thing sent. This fiasco meant I had to stay in a whole day and then waste the whole afternoon the following day. Parcel2Go would not refund me the extra £19.95. Time, stress and money. AVOID Parcel2Go!!! I'm told that Packlink are pretty reliable.

Used this company to an item via parcel locker, item was collected and never scanned into depot... left me thinking it had been stolen (item description on label as required)... had to wait nearly 7 weeks, countless emails before I got a partial refund... claimed the rest back PayPal who were bang on.... Sadly during this time I used again to post something on 24hr delivery... website showed it wouldn’t be delivered on time so I used live chat complaining and miraculously the website was updated as I typed.... and item was delivered.... Wouldn’t use again, think you’re saving few Bob when really opening yourself up for lots of grief and expense when are lost or possibly stolen.....

Absolutely shocking service with Parcel2Go. I sent approx 15 packages with them at the end of May 2020. 6 were lost. 10 weeks on, multiple phone calls, easily over 100 emails sent and still no refund deposited into my bank account. If you want to experience shocking customer service, incompetence when it comes to answering any queries you may have, lost parcels and extensive delays throughout the refunding process then Parcel2Go is the right company to choose.

Avoid!... sat in waiting all day yesterday and nobody came, tracking suddenly said delivery attempt failed due to access issue! ..There is no access issue. Tracking today said between 10 and 2, now changed to 12 and 4. Customer service don’t know what the access issue was. Tried to update to a safe place or neighbours but it won’t let me change it. Very hit and miss, they should look to Amazon for some guidance.

do not send a parcel with this company. they are the most unhelpful team i have ever dealt with. i paid extra for 48 hour delivery , 7 days later and the parcel still hasn't been delivered. i have been in touch via contact form and live chat to be told delivery is not guaranteed and this is just a guide. no refund issued and overall very unhelpful staff. take your buisness elsewhere. i have wasted 3 hours in 7 days trying to find out where my parcel is.

Avoid at any cost. They can tell you wonderful prices for their parcels but their cooperation with DPD is very unprofessional. On the 31st of July I sent two parcels. One by standard post via Royal Mail the other one which was more valuable by DPD(ordered from parcel2go website). The standard Royal Mail parcel arrived within 7 days from posting it. The courier parcel got stuck in a hub for 14 days and suddenly came back to me. No money has been refunded to me since then. It looks like I Paid and posted a parcel to my own address. How great. Of course before the parcel came back to me I tried to contact Dpd but they couldn’t answer me because I had to contact parcel2go first. I did it. They said I should write to the investigation team (no phone provided only emails). They responded. They said that DPd has 2 days to explain why they returned my parcel and then they will rearrange my delivery again. The two days have gone. Parcel2go still doesn’t know why. No money has been returned. My parcel is still at my house. The recipient is frustrated and disappointed. Parcel2go wasted my time. It’s a modern “theft”. I still have my parcel and they still have my money and they keep wasting my time. Lack of professional behaviour and competence and due care. I understand everyone needs money but I paid for my service and haven’t received the service I paid for. If parcel2go called themselves a charity I would donate, but be professional and do what your terms and conditions say.

Parcel was due to be collected on 29th July, finally collected 7th August and then got an email to say it was lost! Believe it finally reached its destination on 13th August, shocking service and certainly won’t use it again.

Posted a 12Kg parcel - 5 day delivery - never arrived - covered by insurance - sent required documents to prove it never arrived(?) - chased - chased again - chased again(!) - useless call centre / chat - OFFERED TO REBOOK THE DELIVERY! - spoke to claims - ADVISED NOTHING THEY COULD DO AS WITH MANAGEMENT - awaiting call back - NOW 2 MONTHS SINCE ORIGINAL PARCEL WAS POSTED - NOW 1 MONTH SINCE LOST CLAIM WAS PROCESSED - now awaiting some pathetic foreigner to ask another dumb question, like 'would you like me to rebook it' (even though it is confirmed lost and there is nothing to rebook). Maybe it's just me, but does anyone else see the problem here? Perhaps just confirm its lost, admit to being useless, and pay the insurance? That's 1 management day - then they could have the rest of the month or two off. Here's another joke - 'how many P2G managers does it take to establish that they have dropped a bollock and are unable to solve the issue?

Parcel2Go are happy to deliver a service that bares little or no relation to what you actually booked. They will the point out the small print in the t&c’s that shows you’re not entitled to a refund despite paying extra for guaranteed delivery. Don’t do it to yourself. Avoid at all costs.
