I have had an ongoing claim since February 2021, which is unresolved because of bad communication and lack of a decent website. This company make it as difficult as possible in order to deter you from making a claim. When you do they refuse to answer emails or communicate with you. PLEASE do not use this service, they are completely unprofessional and useless.

Do not use this company. They damaged the contents, threw away the damaged part and re-boxed the remainder without notifying me. All told I lost £67 as I wasn’t refunded for the missing goods. It wasn’t that they lost my parcel, it was the fact that they damaged my goods and threw 1/3 of the goods away and then tried to cover it up. They cannot be trusted

AVOID P2G! P2Go booking website seems to me to be designed to con you by putting 1Kg default in the weight indicator slot instead of leaving it empty so you put your own figure in Then they say Hermes weighed it and they add a figure plus £2.50 admin for the pleasure of telling you that they are adding the surcharge THEY HAVE DONE IT 6 TIMES TO ME.

So it begins ..... First email from parcel 2 go, the courier company has an issue with my address... baffling I checked , its got my name address, postcode and contact what more do they need ( I'd drive the van if need be) Messaged them back with directions and another contact number just in case. Tracked my parcel for Days , then all of a sudden DX48 updated there tracking as delivered and signed for, no delivery here waited in all day, no calling card just incase its with anyone else, or maybe its gone to the moon they wouldn't have trouble finding that !!!! Contacted parcel2go ... there looking into it ! Contacted DX48 and there about as much use as a chocolate fireguard! I asked them to speak to the driver ask where he's left it and if need be I will drive around to find it and pick up myself ..... I think he couldn't find us and more than likely its been tossed into a hedge !!!! It really just isn't good enough, a courier who can't get the job done, they only have one job and they fail at that . Now I'm trying to contact parcel 2go via live chat ... God give me strength before you can chat there's a bunch of irrelevant multiple choice questions... so bloody frustrating... I want to speak with a Human .... not a chance . So I don't recommend parcel 2 go and especially DX48 , I'd of been better off starting off on my Bike and delivering the parcel myself ....waste of time !!!!!

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE !!! Don't Use these CLOWNS, they know nothing. The package stuck for months and no delivery has been made. I wish I would have read reviews here before using this company. Avoid at all cost!!

I would give zero stars if possible. They lost my Amazon return package and its been 4 months since I have received any feedback. There is no human to talk to and if you are lucky to reach one on the web chat, they are useless with no help but blabbering standard unhelpful statements.

I had a very bad experience using parcel2Go. I booked my parcel that is my suit for return worth of £103.99, i was in a rush so I didn’t take extra protection for my parcel because normally we don’t take extra protection for reliable companies. That was my first experience for this service so they lost my parcel & when I contacted them, they replied with answer you didn’t take extra protection so we cant refund you. My question was that with them if no one do extra protection its mean you have a right to lost the parcel. Out of 100 people i think hardly 10 people do extra protection so its mean the rest of 90 people parcel are on risk & they can do any thing.My second question was with them i booked my parcel in the month of December & I contacted them in the month of May so parcel2Go didn’t feel any need to contact with me that your parcel has lost. So this company is not reliable. Even i was giving them all proof that my parcel was suit instead of satisfying their customer they stop answering me & didn’t contact me again. I suggest everyone dont take their service if you don’t take extra protection for expensive or cheaper things they will not refund you & even not contact you. Your parcel will not in safe hand.i will go every forum for my right because they didn’t need to inform me about my parcel has lost.

ROGUE ROGUE ROGUE. Very dishonest company. Time f**kin wasters. My parcel (worth £180) was damaged through one of their courier partners. Contacted the courier company directly and they had paid compensation to Parcel2Ggo to a tune of my item cost. Guess what this rogue Parcel2Go offered me £20. You will get what is coming for you. Happy to take peoples money but when something goes wrong, no one is available to help. No even a contact number.

I couldn’t find the way to contact the company. All they do - charging money without solving any issues. Shouldn’t be this way.

Courier (ParcelForce) clearly messed up by putting my label on someone else's parcel. They'll eventually deliver it a week late. Parcel2Go refusing to refund the full postage.

i would never ever use these shambles of a company ! They lost a parcel back in February but found it only to lose it again ! after weekly emails and live chats still waiting for my cash ! waste of time so please stay away !!

terrible. Shipped my laptop cable i left at a friends house. They delivered it, two weeks later they said I owe them money as it was 31KG not the 1KG i said...How can a cable be 31KG!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have been waiting for my parcel to be delivered within UK. Its well over 2 weeks and enquiries opened but no answers! It was supposed to be next day delivery. Very disappointed with the service of this company.

Do not use this company. I booked a UK collection to Qatar on Monday 10th May. The parcel was to be collected on Tuesday 11th May. The first part of the problem was that the address in Doha was reproduced incorrectly for the label printing - it is essential to give a precise address in Doha. After ages on their online chat, I was assured that the scanner would read the address correctly at the delivery country. I was also assured that, with only half an hour of the collection window still being left, that the courier would indeed collect. Guess what - nobody turned up. Today, I have spent a long timeline again, and this operator seemed to think collection had not been organised. I have paid nearly £60 for this 'service' I have now requested a refund, which needs to be approved first.....why do I wonder quite what will happen here....... I am now waiting to speak to the credit card company whose card I used to pay this money.

Worst company I have ever dealt with! Sent a parcel to Malta in January and still don’t have it and it has taken till 2nd May for them to finally request to be sent back to me! Can only speak on live chat and they advisors do not have a clue!! Honestly please avoid and find a better courier…shouldn’t be hard! 😥

Appalling experience, courier refused collection by cancelling order twice! Parcel2Go were unable to help at all, plus they didn't issue a full refund for the service either. Sounds like a money making gimmick to me. I am sure to never use them again or recommend to anyone.
