Avoid at all cost! The item Insured, worth 105£+ 24.42£ the cost of the shipping. The parcel lost in transit- they offered me 24£ of the compensation! Waste of money and time. Misinformation, no proper investigation. Horrible experience! Contacted many times to inform that something is wrong with tracking- no support at all!

devious way of making profit, almost every single parcel gets damaged. They let you insure but once damage turn around and say " oopsie! that's on our no compensation list" even when IT IS NOT .Speaking of their "restricted items- it seems like the only thing they can ship is the air. Disgusting customer service. Profit oriented only. Neighbour witnessed several collections- "fragile" all over yet they chuck boxes like unwanted scrap.Avoid like the plague.

Let's hope that following their latest investment it will take less than two months to resolve a lost parcel. They lost my parcel and requested proof of the contents. Still waiting for my compensation claim to be settled more than 3 weeks since the proof was provided. Being told they are waiting for a decision by senior management due the high value of my claim. Its £100. Extremely poor customer service so far. Beware!

We booked a guaranteed delivery - what a waste of money that was. After 7pm on Friday as I type so won’t get delivered until Monday now. The parcel is just 4 miles from the delivery address but they won’t allow the recipient to go and collect it. Some service - not! Avoid these people.

Would give no stars if possible. AVOID AVOID AVOID. They collected a heavy returns item with full knowledge of what it was. The parcel arrived like it had been just thrown around with no care. Packaging was broken everywhere. No surprise The item was damaged. I had taken insurance out so thought it would be taken care of but Oh no, iv heard every excuse over the last 33 days why the can’t pay out. From insufficient packaging to oh we can’t see your pictures clearly. We rectified all that to be told management need to ok the £160 As it’s a high value item. Today they finally said after 90 live web chats (no telephone numbers available) we are sorry your item was a prohibited so we can’t pay out. Furious is an understatement as I told them exactly what the item was when booked in And through the whole process. 33 days of rude staff and bad customer services. Nothing but a Bunch of thief’s.

Worst courier service ever seen, I had to book 7 slots in a row for my parcels to be collected. No refund for that and online chat not very helpful. I found this unacceptable, expecially since I had already left my accomodation and had to wait in the city for them to collect my parcel. I had to hat with 3 different customer services employees to resolve the problem. I will never use this website again.

If I could leave no stars I would. Without doubt the worst company ever. No joke. Customer service is a joke however as are the "promises" they often cannot deliver on. But you pay peanuts, you get monkeys.... however monkeys would do a better job than these donuts. (parcels either get lost, damaged, dont turn up or never get picked up...and they never seem to care)

Incompetent staff at times rude unhelpful staff. Very difficult to get any useful information from the online chat, which is often the only way you can communicate. My parcel was delivered on time but no one could tell me where if was delivered too, not the address on the parcel!!! It was taken to a collection point in the next town in Finland, 4 online chats could not tell Me where it actually was, relatives in Finland had to track it down by visiting all the places in that postcode . The parcel contained Birthday presents for grandchild,which she did not receive until two weeks later when her parents tracked it down, outrageous poor service and no compassion for the distress caused. I will never use this company again and I advise others not too, UPS is the way forward will always use them in the future fast delivery 5 working days and delivered to the address on the parcel.!!!!

parcel weighed with digital scales, then you get an email stating its underweight and they demand more money, they are crooks. I got my local post office to validate the weight as well, basically to corroborate my scales and theirs so I KNOW FOR A FACT my scales are correct. I've got a new supplier now - Avoid like the plague.

Paid for the g'teed delivery by 15/8 and it got delivered on 25/8. No refund given as I'd amended the address details a few hours after sending the parcel in - it was still in the UK sorting hub . Apparently this caused a 12 day delay! Shocking customer service to not even mention that this would impact the claim given I'd have accepted a day or 2 delay. I paid for a 1-3 day service that got delivered in 15 days!!! Buyer beware when you use P2Go

The parcel was damaged and thrown away without asking me. As it was a heavy duty item it's a worry how it's been handled. It was also a rare item.

I sent my iron for repair. The company posted it back to me via a supposed 24 hour service with Parcel2Go on Thursday 30th August. It should have arrived here yesterday, 31st August, and I am still waiting for my parcel. According to the tracking my parcel has been sitting in the delivery depot since the early hours of this morning. The Online chat people are useless and all they can say is sorry but my parcel will not be delivered until Monday 3rd September. Sorry is not going to get my son's stuff ironed ready to go back to college tomorrow! Totally unreliable and a complete waste of space. Would NOT recommend.

No one came to pick up my parcel, I waited all day yesterday, I even waited all evening for collection at work address, started to stress, but couldn't find any customer service number to find out if anyone is coming and what to do, what to expect, no collection tracking or notifications about estimated collection time. I bought an extra service - delivery guarantee to make sure my parcel will be delivered on time. I'm very frustrated, this was definitely the last time of few I used this useless parcel2go.

Failed to turn up for collection and when I complained, they said collection was not guaranteed??? No use when you've had to take half a day off work. No compensation, attitude was simply "tough". Would not recommend unless you can wait in, don't mind spending time rescheduling, then waiting in again on the off chance they might turn up when it's "not guaranteed"

Paid for collection and the courier refused to collect the order. I booked a collection for 4 boxes of 20kg each, I have an infant to look after and i live on a 3th floor flat without lift. When the courier arrived for collection he was very rude I informed him about the situation and he refused to pick up the order stating that i should have had brought all packages myself downstairs!!!!!! I used different companies before and anything similar happened to me before. Wouldn't recommend it!!!

Initially all fine as relatively straightforward to use, however, the package was lost and the aftercare and customer service is appalling. Can't speak to anyone on the phone as online only, and that takes ages to get through and they don't appear to have many records so have to go through it all again. I've spent hours waiting to be cut off and the progress has been really slow over 2 weeks later. Waiting for my refund - just glad I took insurance, so will see what comes of that. Do not use.
