I like to make an official complaint. this complaint is for 6 different parcel delivery. all of them I to send it in different days.
1-I had used the services of Parcel Compare to deliver my parcels. I had sent in the last January 7 parcels.
2- In parcel comparison I selected 2 companies to send my parcels. TDT & DPD.
3- I didn't have been advised of the quantity that I could be charged in Aduanas Tax. This point was relevant, because I If I had known, I would never have sent all those parcels. (I make responsible for my decision to use the service because I decided to send the parcels by DPD for a cheap price. If I were properly advised of the final price never I have sent all these parcels.)
3-The Parcels send from TDT (it cost 154.32�)came late but they came. I needed to pay 38,70 Euros more as an aduanas tax.
4-The rest 6 parcels I send with DPD.
5-I had sen the parcels on the following different days:

2- when the parcels were on Aduanas no one has advice that the parcels were there. Thanks, I contacted SEUR many times when at last I was informed, that my parcels were there and the amount of tax to pay.
I had to pay the taxes of the parcels on two separate days. The first payment was the 4/2/21 and the second day of taxes was 8/2/21.
3-I had informed that the parcels will have a delay of 10 days after the Tax payment to get delivered.
4- I had been contacting SEUR Multiple times to Know what is the situation of my parcels.
5-At the same time I contact Parcel Compare, They answer always with the same answer template. But no information where my parcels are.
6-DPD informed me that the recipient didn't accept the parcels and they will return my parcels.
7-Parcel compare send confirming DPD information and that I will be an extra charge if my parcels are returned. (I don't understand because I will specify how many times I contact the company to inform them where are my parcel. I had accepted the delivery therefore I had had pay the Aduanas tax.)

I had received information from parcel compare today 24 I had received another email telling me that I had not accepted the delivery of the parcels. that brings the case at (I don't understand because I will specify how many times I contact the company to inform them where are my parcel. I had accepted the delivery therefore I had had pay the Aduanas tax.

The last information of DPD is that another company that is call delivery plus is the one that must do an investigation. Because is the company that I had the service from.
I don't know which is company is that. Because as I explained before I had started this parcel compare.
The content of the parcels.
All of the boxes are similar content. Books, clothes, shoes, personal items like photos, kitchen items, and others. I can't know exactly what of what I have in the boxes because I didn't write but in all the boxes there little of everything.
Personal comments:
I have anxiety and depression that is why I came to Spain with my mother.
You can't imagine how frustrated is this situation. I had no more money because I had pay this tax that I didn't been advised.
I had to buy cloth because are in the boxes. The problem here is the bad customer service that I receive, from all the companies. Yesterday I had Use The word F++k in one of the emails, as a frustration, impotence and In this time Parcel compare answer me quick "don't use this language because you will lose your case.". I Apologies. But I'm feeling so bad with missing of empathy of the parcel compare. I fill Scam. I"m crying when I write this email, I can't find hope in my life and this. That 3 companies now 4 play with the people like this.
1-I want my parcels.
2-I want a refund of all the money.
3-I want to arise an Investigation for fraud to parcel compare, DpD, and Seur.”

“You should have the option of a ‘Zero Star’ this company just do not deserve to be in business and certainly don’t deserve any stars at all. I would implore people to go direct to the parcel company, these days the pittance you save is not worth the lack of Customer Service you get when required. I would like to say that I first used Parcel Compare a few years ago, I was very impressed then and wrote a review to say so. How things have changed, the service, care and support really couldn’t fall much lower.
I have a very small business, this year was very hard for everyone without any additional trouble. I needed to move my stock from the UK to Bulgaria before the end of the transition period. Through the year I had been sending 2 or 3 parcels at a time, I had a few niggles, but nothing could have prepared me for the last few shipments. Sadly they were all sent in quick succession so there was no way of knowing, believe me I wouldn’t and won’t ever use them again.
I had a shipment of 3 parcels each weighing approximately 29KG and obviously very large too. They arrived and one was missing, the other 2 looked like they had been kicked from the UK to Bulgaria. I got in touch straight away and was told that they would investigate, which could take up to 14 days. In the meantime I had to provide a list of the items involved. This was fairly easy as it was all stock that was to be shown on a TV show. The time passed and I kept asking for updates, cutting a long story short this went on for over 3 months. I had contacted the CEO of DPD by this time.
I was so relieved when I finally got a claim form, I had lost so much by this time, I had to give notice to my design team, as I couldn’t sell much as the items lost formed part of collections. I had continually told them that the longer it went on the more damage was being done. I filled out the claim form. Since then they have disputed ownership my products, despite providing invoices, they refused to accept bank statements which clearly showed payments. I contacted the company and asked if they would provide company receipts, they did, all signed and stamped with the business stamp along with a document confirming all the invoices were paid, this was also stamped and signed. Parcel Compare came back to accuse me of editing the documents. I can prove they were all sent to me by the company by email. I have provided everything they have asked for again and again.
This has gone on and on, they have asked for the same information over and over again. The have declined my claim and as a goodwill gesture credited the account with 15.00, I would never use them again, I would rather get on a flight and collect things myself.
I have been suicidal, it has been devastating, thousands of pounds of stock lost. It’s a very small concern it’s devastating.
The other shipments that I mentioned, there was so much damage in one, nothing could be retrieved. It is a polite warning not to use this disreputable company. If you need any help or assistance you will not get any and going to the courier itself will not help as the contract is direct with Parcel Compare. The only time you will get any help is when it is to pay for a shipment, apart from that they couldn’t care less.
It is totally beyond me how a large parcel weighing nearly 30Kg can possibly go missing, it is complete incompetence and shows sheer lack of responsibility. I was proud of my ‘Craftascope’ Brand of Craft Products, now I just can’t continue, they have destroyed everything. Please don’t risk feeling as bad as I do. They have made me feel like a criminal over the last few months. I never thought I could be affected so badly, but bit by bit they have destroyed my confidence and ruined any chance of recovery. Here is ne of the damaged parcels I mentioned.”

“Absolutely appalling service.😡😡 I only wish I had read reviews before I used Parcelcompare. I honestly thought using a carrier service rather than Royal Mail would have been far better but how wrong I was. I meticulously read through all the instructions on the website, going through each step carefully and printing off numerous customs forms and other documents.
I paid £79 for express shipping from UK to Finland - due to be delivered within 3 days. On day 3, my own doorbell rang and I was greeted by the sight of my own returned parcel with absolutely no explanation. After numerous calls and emails, I still had no explanation why it was returned, other than 4 possible generic reasons. After complaining bitterly, I was finally refunded £49.50 but it is absolutely not good enough. They have taken £19.50 for a parcel to be collected and delivered back to the same address. I have lost out financially and still have my parcel. Ridiculous. Go to a carrier directly, they know what they are doing. DO NOT USE PARCELCOMPARE.”
“Steer clear absolutely no point in paying for enhanced compensation as they wriggle out of any claim putting the blame on you. They lost half of my shipment and said I wasn't covered for it. The value of the items lost was over £300. I was offered a £15 credit as a "good will" gesture.”

I paid £28 to send a parcel to my daughter in Canada they then asked her for more 28 Canadian dollars which she didn’t see as it went into her junk mail. They have now said they are returning it back to my address. Disgraceful do not use”

“I used Parcel Compare to book TNT to collect 3 boxes on 5/1/21 and deliver to Portugal on 8/1/21. Two boxes were delivered after many chasing emails on 26/1/21 but one was missing. Again after many frustrating emails it was finally delivered today. I will never use either TNT or Parcel Compare again as you are not given any explanation. They do not have a phone number so you are left angry and frustrated with email. TNT wouldn’t help as I went through Parcel Compare. My advice book direct with a courier so they are responsible and can be held to account. The whole experience was frustrating and unsatisfactory and I wanted to ring their bloody necks.”
“Sent a parcel, was returned to me 10 days later, saying that the delivery address was wrong, which is untrue, as I sent many parcels before to that address without any problems. They told me that it was my responsibility to check where the parcel was and they're asking for return fees on top! There was my phone number and the recipient and no one called, and it's still my fault? I keep emailing the person in charge of my case and he doesn't listen. Really annoyed, terrible service, will never use again and I don't know how to get my money back.”

Went to drop shop only to be told this parcel is collection I can’t take it, as I said I paid for a collection, the man in the email said I’m refunding you go with a different company 😡😡😡 so angry , would nit own up to there mistake 😡 again do not use !!!!!!!”
“The parcel should have been delivered to my daughter who lives a 45 minute drive from airport. They marked it as a 'non-shipper' broker which meant the company who shipped it- who were excellent and helped us a lot to understand and resolve what was going on- couldn't deliver it. My daughter during a pandemic had to drive to customs with 2 toddlers in tow to collect it. Parcel compare offered no advice, lots of platitudes (and an incorrect phone number for the shipping company got off the internet- not even having that to hand!!)via e-mail but nothing concrete. No phone number so you can't contact them. Please don't use as it causes so much stress! We have sent parcels quite a lot over the last year and this has never happened before. Cowboys! Seems a scam company with operatives not in the UK. I'd like to give them 0 stars.....we are taking this further!!”
“Booked a collection service , was informed by email it would be collected Monday between 9 and 5 . Never happened , didn’t happen Monday didn’t happen Tuesday , didn’t happen Wednesday ! I was then told I would need to pay an additional £10.50 to get it collected after they failed to do so !”

“This site is a scam. It fails to display legally required details and therefore you cannot find anywhere to complain. ROGER SUMNER RIVERS is the owner/director and the company is registered at 160 Kemp House, City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX. These are the details I am using for a small claims court case for failure to deliver a parcel and failure to refund or pay compensation. I suggest everyone else with a complaint does. it costs £25 online.”
“As with so many others, my package was lost and Parcelcompare has failed to submit a claim to the courier and provide me a refund. Their poor service has resulted in me contacting Trading Standards and I have made a formal complaint.”
