“Two dire experiences with Parcelforce Newcastle regarding the same parcel. Last week, they attempted to deliver my parcel to an address other than mine... ...and one that wasn't on the label either! They reported it as 'refused by addressee', even though they had gone to a school on a different street with a separate postcode, and had been advised by reception where they should be. I rearranged delivery for today, waited in - no parcel. However, I found from tracking that they had 'attempted delivery' at 1610. Clearly they hadn't as there was no card. We're not difficult to find - we occupy 150 metres of the main road, have huge red signage and the property has been here since 1831. No doubt the courier was in a hurry to get home for the football. In addition, their website is a poor excuse for a service support - their re-booking is down too. The complaint I made last week provoked a response, but they missed the attachment for the phone number of the Newcastle depot from their email, making it useless. Who would use this lot? No wonder they're in a state... ...and the employees want a pay rise... ...really?”
“Bought a used fish finder £400 ,seller posted with FARCELFORCE 48 last monday-so thats a two day delivery-still waiting-no customer service number just a click and complain email -no response-no having to try and get the funds from my bank -absolute trash-on strike???sack the F++ling lot”
“Awful service. Failed to collect parcel, rebooked by customer service, failed to collect, rebooked by customer service, failed to collect. Parcel sat for so long it got collected by wrong courier and now lost but apparently that was my fault, not Parcelforce for not collecting it.
No one will investigate the driver, you just get copy and paste customer service that doesn’t actual address your concerns. Will never use again. Avoid at all costs if you actually want anything delivered. This service has really gone downhill.”

if it wasn't for our cctv and the clearly visible boxed items logo i would never of known there was an attempted delivery and would of gone back to the ebay seller saying i never received my goods! and all because of a LAZY LAZY driver!! and you lot reckon you need batter pay!!! you don't deserve nothing if that's how you treat your customers who actually indirectly pay your wages!!!!
I had to play detective and go to the local parcelforce centre in Bristol and ask if they had a parcel in my name and address... and proof of who i was...i did the hard work!
In my profession if i do a shoddy job i would be struck off...I maintain aircraft”

Absolute useless and no integrity at all. Completely disgraceful as they said couldn’t have made delivery as there was no one at home even though I was waiting all day just to receive the delivery and when I rang, they absolutely not able to come up with an answer about the delivery!

“Hi I ordered and paid the import duties on a piece of badminton equipment from France dispatched 4th October, held up at Dover customs when it should have just gone through (as sealed secure), three packages (one box arrived at my house mid October, then late October a letter from parcelforce demanding £228 vat before letting me have the second parcel, I paid, the french suppliers have said they will refund me.
3 rd package apparently is in Parcel forces main depot at Coventry, I expect another ransom letter. This country is a mess thanks to ideology.”
“It’s the second time with 2 different parcels they fake a delivery attempt.
I work from home so I was expecting the delivery when I got an email saying that I missed.
They had no customer support, just a bot so good luck.

“Parcelforce is really rubbish!! They always change the delivery address on their system and thus the delivery address is totally different from the waybill info. And this is not the first time I have seen this serious mistake! I truly don't understand why they still got 5-star reviews! I would give 0-star review if I could. Don't go on strike all the time! Improve yourself first. You don't deserve a pay rise, guys!”
“Bad service. Bad customer service. They act like scammers. I sent four packages to Cuba. I paid for the service, after a week they returned the packages to me but they never informed me of the reason for the return. I have contacted the agency and after 6 months I still do not have my money back and no response from them.”
“Sent on the morning of the 28/10 a letter through the local postoffice. They said it should take 2 working days. Paid close to £50. I checked the online tracking today, still hasnt reached the collection depot. I called them they said that the post office hasnt given it to them. They said they actually went there but the post office employees didnt give it to them. I went to the local post office and they showed me paperwork that they collected it on Friday. I called Parceforce again, now they are telling me that the did collect it but they have been affected by strikes. So the lied the first time. £50 for the letter to be floating around somewhere. Useless and fraudsters, these two often go together.”
“5 days and counting on an 'Express 24' delivery service. Been sitting at my local depot for 3 days: "Your parcel has been assigned to its delivery route in preparation for our driver taking it out for delivery." Must be an awful lot of sorting and preparation involved...”
“Absolute disgrace of a company. (Medway Depot). Sent my item out one day not delivered. Then sat in the depot for 3 days for no reason awaiting delivery then delivery today over 1.5 hours late. Contacted depot which was useless then when parcel did arrive spoke to driver who said that the people running this depot are mad sending the drivers out with far too much parcels to deliver per day with only 4 YES 4 drivers to cover south east Kent. Utter ridiculous.”
“Awful!! Services. Since 18th showing prepared for delivery but the preparation is still not finishing. I am shocked that this company is on strike for a pay rise. WHAT A JOKE!! Just replace all the lazy and incompetent staff. A group of irresponsible and fake people!! The parcel cannot be collected from the depot as per LAW they said. LAW SERIOUSLY. Where does it says in British Law that a customer cannot collect the parcels before a delivery attempt when the delivery company decided to prepare for the delivery for about a week over on a next day paid services parcel?”
