Spent whole day waiting for collection.. no attempt made by Parcel force
Still no collection 24hr later. Call help desk for assistance.. was told i can drop it at post office (but I've paid for it to be collected for that very reason.. to be collected).
They said they can't promise it will be collected today either.. but the next day probably (that would be 48hrs after it was supposed to be collected)
Zero notification of non attendance or delays.. no attempt to apease customer.. just go to a post office JOKE.
Ps. Their service cost almost £20 for a small parcel.. they were quick enough to take the cash, just not the parcel. AVOID”
“i knew i should not have sent anything with them, worse worse worse, i have ebay shop and sell alot of items and first time ised and here we have broken item (glass) panel heater, i asked for compensation they just say they cant give me any compensation as its an excluded item being glass, so is that means that they can be breaking glasses all the time and never pay for it and have no responsability?? im shocked, item costs £131, i bought with them as it said compensation up to £100 but not only that i paid alot for the delivery, i hope no one ever uses them”

“What a joke. Received a letter Friday 27th January saying Parcelforce had a parcel that required payment of £29.95. Paid this the same day and was told it would be delivered Monday 30th January. Payment was taken from my card on Saturday 28th. No parcel arrived and today (31) have been told that it will take 24-48 hours to check that we have paid before the parcel can be delivered.”
“Sent me a message that my parcel will be delivered today between 09:00 - 10:00 and they didn't for a reason "unable to locate premises ". Reallyyyy? No call,nothing. Losing money because of that. Do not reccomend. Avoid”
“If I could give a minus rating I would. My parcel has allegedly been "out for delivery" twice, but there have been no "delivery attempted" events. I've been home on both days and have comprehensive CCTV, so I KNOW that no delivery was attempted. After speaking to the original supplier, they said that Parcelforce assured them it would be delivered today. Now my package is "prepared for delivery", but not actually out for delivery. This is no longer a failing logistics company - it's gone beyond that. Any person or organisation thinking of using ParcelForce - DON'T. They won't deliver your packages, they won't deliver any service and they won't actually deliver you the truth. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.”
“i booked a parcel delivery , it was picked up and delivered , two weeks later i received a " surcharge " invoice with no explanation as to why , when i inquired about it i was informed that the item was " incorrectly " packed , upon further investigation it seems that the item needs to be in a " cardboard box " to be processed " through the system " , my shipment was indeed a cardboard box but i had due to lack of information wrapped the cardboard box containing the item in black wrap , this effort on my behalf to protect the goods and packaging somehow STOPS the item being processed through their automatic system so further charges are incurred due to the item being " mechanically handled " by a human being . If this is the case why did the collection driver accept the delivery and why did your booking system not inform me of the said restriction ???????”

Driver attempts to deliver once instead of 3 times as states their website, decides to drop off your parcel where it’s convenient for him, not to the nearest post office and lies that specific one was requested. “Charged me custom charges when it was already paid by the company. And 2nd time that I ordered they didn’t do home delivery instead they dropped it to a local drop off point. Delivery driver did not leave any leaflet about it neither got any email from them. I’m still trying to track my parcel.”

Fourth time in a row getting failed delivery attempts (despite no attempt being made as seen on home cctv) while they have “neglected” to leave cards on where to collect my parcel. Next thing I know it’s returned to the sender. The hassle is insane. Imagine getting paid to drive around and do nothing all day…”
