received text to say delivery between 12.33 and 13.33, never arrived, no contact from company, so when I called them, they could not help. still do not know what has happened to parcel. shocking service.

all previous comments are correct!! avoid! they dont bother calling you if you are not home and they expect of you to stay all day home to take the parcel.. This company is going down and I am happy with this. I am WARNING you NOT to use parcelforce

Avoid like the plague. You're told one thing on social media, another on the phone and yet another face to face. They ignore your requests in regards to collection. The poorest excuse for customer service I've EVER encountered.

I sent a parcel from the UK to South Afica on 12 September with a promised delivery date of 3-5 working days. It is now 5 October and the parcel has still not arrived. What makes matters even worse is that the best Parcelforce in the UK can do for me is to tell me to phone the agent in South Africa. ABSOLUTELY USELESS!

After sitting around and waiting all day for my parcel, I saw a Parcelforce van drive into my street and park outside of my flat. The driver then literally sat inside his van for 1-2 minutes before leaving the street, making no attempt to deliver the parcel, no attempt to contact me by phone and no attempt to leave behind a calling card. This was around 1745hrs so it was near the end of the driver’s shift and it was rather clear to me that couldn’t be bothered doing his job. I’ve seen many similar complaints to this one. It’s hard to put into words just how pathetic Parcelforce are. Please avoid Parcelforce and use a proper courier firm like DPD who actually value their customers.

I had a very bad Parcelforce experience in July, when my father's birthday present which had been sent as a next day delivery turned up two weeks late and I was only given a 50% refund after much form-filling/calling different people. Yesterday, I waited in all afternoon for a parcel that was supposed to be delivered between 15.40 and 16.40. Still no sign of it and the second delivery slot this morning that appeared briefly on the tracking page has been and gone. Really shocking service.

This is a horrible scam of a company and should be shut down. I am going to see if a class action suit can be filed against them to reimburse all the people they have ripped-off and shut their doors for good. USE FEDEX -- NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I also paid for express service, then was stunned that the parcel didn't seem to be expediting as it should be. I called their customer service. Although I paid for express service, they said it had been "downgraded" to priority service, and no-one could tell me why or how this happened. This was something that absolutely positively had to be at its destination for a closing. Just one piece of paper. I got 2 different stories when I called twice. One said it was tied up in customs "could be 10 minutes, could be 5 days. I have no idea." And would be delivered by FEDEX. Another said no it wasn't tied up in customs, it was "one of thousands being sorted, and they would get to it." He didn't know when. He didn't know why it was downgraded. They should be put out of business.

Paid for excess delivery of an important package! Should of been delivered within 48 hours! Took a week! Cost £13! They refunded us £2!! Don't use as a bunch of incompetent morons operate this service! Promise everything but can't deliver! Funny for a courier service!!

Courier just forgot to take our parcel. I was waiting all day at home, called them one hour before he finished work and I found out he had already finished and it was too late. I was moving house that day so I had to move all my stuff. Very bad experience. Tracking number provided by email wasn’t working so I couldn’t track my parcel.

Delivery took 5 days.. no updates given. Tracking your parcel is an absolute sham they never update the tracking so you do not know when your parcel will arrive. Resorted to asking the customer service to intervene on the 5th day which finally achieved a result.

Paid extra for parcel to be collected from my home address and for a certain time been waiting 2 hours of the time slot and still not been collected emailed to complain and was told I have to wait 4 working days for a reply!!!! Not happy at all!

Absolute joke of a company. They can't even manage to pick up a parcel from a clearly marked building, their customer call handling is terrible with wrong information and unfulfilled promises of calls back. Would actually leave zero stars if that was possible.

This company is a joke . I had 2 parcel ordered from the united states as soon as they get in to Parcel force the problem started. One of the parcel is still missing , nobody knows where is it they telling me to call customs because is with them i call them customs telling me thay have nothing to do with this parcel . Parcel force are washing there hands with customs , and i my missing parcel is with them since 18 of sepmteber today is 28 so yeaaa. About my second parcel again problems .... the website saying that there is wrong address so they can't delivered it. I was calling them every day since 1 week ago , to repeat the address every day because the message in the website never change. And the most funny thing is that when someone answer the phone from customer service they aways have a different answer !! 7 days every day different answer it was a joke seriously , this company is absolutely horrible and losing peoples time. And look all this reviews i am not surprised at all , this is happening all the time , you need to be ashamed as a company , and the managers of these place need to train the staff. So rude , and so don't know what they are doing. The most horrible experience i ever had in my life with a delivery company . What a shame !

Various problems, from driver's not bothering to leave a card, to putting wrong collection details on the card, rudeness when delivering a damaged parcel, asking me to sign for damaged good, poor customer services when I tried to complain.

I sent a parcel to Florida, 17th of July . Today is the 26th of September, the battered box was delivered back to me today !!!! Disgusted !!!! I can tell someone has been rummaging in it !!! I paid £43.00 delivery !!!! For what !!!! So angry!!!!

The service provided is a appalling!!!! I have waited days for my item which they tried to deliver once, then kept going to the wrong address to try to deliver. The management is in it to as they could not be bothered to call me back. Some of their staff tried to help but could do very little. They even lie that they tried to deliver only for their complaints depart to confirm twice that the parcel never left the depot. All lies, very shoddy service. Please use another company as they also make you feel they a doing you a favour even though you paid for the service. NEVER, EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! SHAME ON YOU PARCELFORCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Second delivery from this company in three weeks and exactly the same problems exsist. Waited at home all day for a delivery of central heating radiators - heating engineer left in total frustration after waiting some five hours for radiators to arrive. Calls made to supplier and Parcelforce asking for delivery time - unable to give time even down to AM or PM, told it could be up to 8.00pm. Call back promised but as usual, no call received. In these days of advanced technology, just why is this company unable to give an approximate delivery time?? Why is it possible for Courier companies such as DPD to supply a one hour time slot and a meaninful tracking system where you can actually track the driver on a map and yet Parceforce can not!! Simply awful service, can not understand why businesses use them.

I paid for next day delivery. The parcel was dispatched on Wednesday the 20th of September and now it's the 25th and the parcel has still not arrived after being sent to the wrong delivery depot (at the other side of the country). i would advise everyone to steer clear of using parcelforce as the service is shocking. I will be getting back the money I spent on next day delivery.
