“Delivery showed on tracking to be due between 12.30pm and 1.30pm.
After waiting till 6pm called to investigate.
Was told the delivery guy had been overloaded by 40 parcels and had to return them to the depo with no delivery attempted on any of those extra parcels.
WHAT IS THE POINT OF THIS?
They must know those parcels won't be getting delivered.
I would prefer to be told straight it will be the next day due to staffing levels or whatever their logic for this was, rather than sit around wasting a day off.
I would rather eat my own innards with a rusty spoon than use these jokers again.”

its got to be the managements attitude towards the workers. most probably low
grade pay and a dead end future.I have just waited over two weeks for a next day delivery. my parcel has vanished that can only mean one thing in my book.

“I purchased something off eBay from the UK and seller sent via Parcelforce. Item arrived super fast from the UK to Canada. Seller told me 3-4 business days however it was shipped last Friday and I received and signed for it today (Monday). Technically 1 business day for international shipping! Amazing and very happy with delivery.”
“I paid for a 24h delivery and it took them 144hours to deliver my parcel! They failed the first collection and failed a number of times the delivery. “What a rubbish service. On two separate occasions I have waited for the delivery in vain, taking a day off from work. They send you a text message with expected delivery time which is completely meaningless. I rang customer service and was told the driver couldn't trace my address. I asked why they couldn't call me as I was waiting at home, was told they don't contact customers. Meanwhile their online tracker says the driver attempted delivery. You couldn't make this up. Unbelievably dreadful service. I will specifically ask the companies I buy items from not to use parcel force. Pity there is no option for half a star rating”

“awful service i was waiting a next day delivery and tracked my order it was out for delivery everyday for FIVE days not including weekend in between so really it took a week to arrive. parcel forces' excuse on tracking system failed to find but how come every other delivery service finds my address.

“I paid for next day delivery from Parcelforce as I am moving home and urgently need packing boxes. Have just checked with the company I purchased then from to be told that they are held up and will come tomorrow. What sort of service are you providing because it is rubbish. “Absolute joke of a company. My parcel should of been delivered in between the hours of 19:00 & 20:00 and then Driver returned back to the depot and marked my item unable to be delivered at 17:00. I was then promised my item would be delivered the following day before noon only to find out that it has still not left the Depot the Company has now cost me a day and a half wage thanks to the negligence of there drivers that are too lazy to finish off their delivery routes. All I can say is that I will not be using this company ever again.”
