“Paid for the Express 24 service and was given the option of choosing a collection time. I chose no later than 16.30, the parcel was finally picked up at 18.15. This apparently then meant that it could not be delivered the next day, like I had paid for, and therefore would be delivered the day after.
I sent the parcel Express 24 as it had to be there the next day. When I tweeted @Parcelforce for some assistance and some idea of when it would be delivered, they could only apologise but not tell me what time the receiver could expect the parcel.
I suggested Parcel Force to my client as I've only ever previously had good experiences with them. This experience not only inconveniences my client, but reflects poorly on me. I will not be using them again.”
“Absolutely disgusting, no end of failures to deliver parcels on time and they even refuse to give compensation when they've wasted someone's time and failed to deliver on the correct day. Avoid like the plague, FedEx while far more expensive will always be my number 1 choice from this day forward because I'd rather pay extra and not waste my time.”

Was told that the parcel was delivered to Plymouth depot on the 16 Sept, but for some unknown reason, they then sent it to their Coventry depot. I live in Cornwall. Beggars belief.”

“I ordered a package on amazon using their courier 24hr next day service and while on my tracking page it was displayed as out for delivery, it was not delivered.
I will NEVER be buying anything with parcelforce as a courier, by far the worst service I have encountered. I even had amazon contact the courier who informed me that it would definitely arrive today. Obviously this wasn't the case.
I say to anyone looking for a next day courier, go else where. STAY AWAY from parcelforce if you want your package to be delivered on time.”

“Shocking service. Posted a parcel. Over inflated price. The post office assistant typed in one wrong letter of the postcode on the tracking label even though I clearly wrote the correct address in block letters and large numbers. Should not have been processed for Parcelforce there and then if the full address had not been validated as it comes up on the assistant's screen. But the PO assistant didn't mention anything to me. Item went missing for days. Contacted Parcelforce. Grumpy and impatient customer service. Told me they were returning the parcel as it had the wrong tracking label address. They made no attempt to use common sense and check the correct address written on the parcel. I would have to wait for the parcel to be returned to me. Told to fill out a claims form from the post office. No apology even though it was clearly not an error on my part. Have to pay again to post to someone waiting for an item they need by the following week. Never again.”
“I ordered a car part which was due to be delivered on 18 or 19 August.
At 07.08am on 19 August I received a text from Parcelforce advising my parcel would be delivered 'today'. I made a couple of calls during the day to find out whether I could be given a rough indication of time and was advised at approximately 13.00 that the driver was in my postcode area and he would probably be with me at around 16.00. At 18.00 I went online using the tracking service and saw that the parcel had been returned to the Gatwick depot without me being contacted.
I rang the Gatwick office and spoke to a very helpful lady called Lauren (it was her first day), there was no supervisor or manager available or willing to speak to me. I asked why I had not been contacted and how frustrating it was as my car is booked into a garage at 08.00am tomorrow for the part to be fitted. I asked whether, as Parcelforce, were at fault, they could taxi the parcel for me and was advised this could not be done. Lauren even offered to bring the parcel home with her as she lived very near but this was turned down.
I am apalled at the lack of customer service and 'ownership', I was advised I could drive to Gatwick which would take me 45 minutes (it was now 18.40) and collect the parcel but as I hadn't even showered waiting for the parcel to arrive all day and worrying I would not hear the doorbell, this was not an option.
I am very disappointed at the poor handling of this and the couldn't care less attitude of the company with the exception of the very helpful lady Lauren who could not help despite trying.
I am now hoping the part will be delivered tomorrow morning, too late for my garage appointment but there is nothing I can do.
If I had a choice (the company I ordered the part from used Parcelforce) I would never use Parcelforce again, dreadful service, nobody willing to help or speak to me other than the poor lady who happened to answer my call - shame on Parcelforce !!!!

“waited in all day for something to be delivered between 0800 and 1800 no sign of it at 1815 went on tracking website only to find it had been returned to depot at 1530!!! No attempt to deliver item couldn't get a hold of customer services just a stupid automated voice telling me that my item was out for delivery.Not the first time I've had this problem with parcel force .DPD,UPS etc are miles ahead of this bunch of cowboys the sooner they go belly up the better!!!!!”

“What an appalling service. After missing a delivery because it was early (3 days), I had arranged to collect from depot, only to find another missed delivery card through my door. Having phoned again I was told my item had been delivered to a neighbour and a name was quoted - pure fiction ! I called again and after a while I was told my items had been "found" on the van...... I suppose its easy to miss 2 custom car seats.”

I called the depot many times and sometimes they didn't bother answering, and when they finally dis answer they were rude and kept telling me it was en route to me even though it clearly wasn't.
