“The work carried out was extensive and required several disciplines, yet each part was executed with a high standard of professionalism. We were impressed by the obvious dedication to excellence by each member of the work force. On completion we experienced the "Wow" factor and are delighted to have the opportunity of expressing such feelings to others. Plumbing Force have certainly proved their worth to us!”

“Unable to reach a plumber in the area, all too busy, I rang Plumbing force. The lady who answered was very calm, took my details, told me the cost of labour and said someone would be available in 1-3 hrs. A very efficient and pleasant engineer came within the allotted time, repaired the boiler, noticed one or two omissions from previous service and put them to rights. So after 4days without heat or hot water Plumbing force came good. Expensive charges maybe but problems were sorted efficiently and quickly. Well done to all staff involved.”

“Problem not fixed on first visit of Plumbingforce ... plumber thought possibly hot tank needed draining in order to correct problem at estimated cost of £800-£900. Not happy with this, so located local plumber who fixed problem in about 30 minutes. Seriously unhappy as I've spoken to Plumbingforce asking for a partial refund which has NOT been forthcoming.”

“I was given a morning appointment but due to unforeseen circumstances the engineer did not arrive till 6:40 pm but I was kept informed throughout the day. The engineer was apologetic, he also volunteered to remove his shoes. His knowledge was excellent identifying the problem quickly and rectifying it to a high standard. Will use again.”
