Thay dont post my letters always leave it outside why I don.t have a dog or even a gold fish lazy thay need to do the job right or leave am sick of phoning and telling them thay have cost me money in loss of jobs and thay leave stuff on the bin stupid need sacking give the job to someone who will do it right I have cctv showing them leaving it outside then ring my bell and walk off

Had a parcel due to de delivered on Friday sent to the wrong Place was immediately rerouted should be with you Saturday..... nothing it’s no Monday afternoon no sign unable to track parcel absolutely useless. Just received an e mail about another parcel with track and trace and surprise surprise can’t track that either!!!!

I just do not understand why the post man has to try and deliver next door when both our cars are on the drive, country lockdown and never even attempts to ring the door bell. I am watching the app on the stages of delivery but how do I know that the numpty that is delivering is devoid he does not know a door bell is used to make the occupant aware that someone is out side. Seems other charges are an agenda, but it's so stupid all the tech but the one called ameba hired to deliver

Royal Mail are not worth even a start. I have lost hundreds of pounds and a lot of credibility in front of my suppliers because they have repetedly failled to deliver my parcels to my building which is located in central London. All parcels went to a different unknow address. I have raised dozens of requests with them and none was sorted. After 1 year they have not updated the address in their systems. All I can do now is order online only from suppliers that have other delivery methods than Royal Mail. I had to apologise to all my neighbours for knocking at their doors and suppliers for requesting for refunds. Terrible experience. Never trust Royal Mail with delivering important items.

Waited for parcel 10 days , checked tracking and it had been delivered and signed for . This was now news to me as I had signed nothing and had no parcel, phoned sender they said check neighbors and around house to see if it was left somewhere. I did this even went to next street incase was put in same number door as mine by mistake no result. I spoke to my regular postman and he took tracking number and said he would check back at Depot he came back with a map showing tracking of parcel to the other side of my estate where it stopped. So I complained to Royal Mail they sent me an email saying basically that they had done all they could and the matter is now closed. So now it is coming up to Christmas and according to RM no parcels need to be signed for because of Covid 19 so this is going to be a free for all to help themselves to our Christmas presents and there's no recourse it's not their fault. So if you want a load of free presents this year they are taking on temp post people for the season fill your boots RM are not bothered. Don't buy anything if they are delivering you won't get it.

ordered a package through amazon and was shipped with royal mail. came to deliver the parcel to my house twice but were unable too because it was too large. First time was 7am, no knocking. Second time 6pm, no knocking. Now I cant collect the parcel Monday. Terrible service, how can they mess that up?

Shitty service. Sent by 'next day delivery'. Still waiting 3 days later. Fraudulent tracking says we will attempt redelivery - and shows yesterday's date. No card, obv. Will not buy from anyone using royal mail to despatch goods again. Pitiful shambles.

After all the hassle below I filled in a form online they wont accept cause I haven't contacted the royal mail!!!!!! I'm ready to scream Only got one star so I could post a review ZERO STARS really! Trying to find a delivery that I expected yesterday 5-11-2020 Still waiting today and honestly dont want to raise a complaint as such but it is IMPOSSIBLE to contact anyone, I have been on hold for 38 minutes and gave up. Tracking says delivering today Are you still likely to deliver? How many more days do I have to sit in a room watching out the window? It would not be too bad if you hadn't already sent one delivery to the wrong town on Monday! That took me till Wednesday to get, I could have walked to the town in an hour. The automated help (or no help) line couldn't understand what I was saying mixing letters and numbers. If the deliver arrives today thank you if not any ideas??? 1731 friday 6-11-2020 evening even taking COVID into account this service is pants.

How can this company carry on trading. The service is absolutely rubbish. No delivery for days now and I'm waiting for critical medication to be delivered. Tried calling them and all you get is automated replies. Covid is just a way for them to cover their backsides. It's about time that the hierarchy took a real long look at what they are running. Track and trace is a waste of time (information will be available when we attempt to deliver). Why bother paying the extra to track.

The driver didnt bother to call me even if he didnt know where my address is and now my parcel is being sent back to the sende.I went to the mail office today, there were two people sitting inside the reception but the door is locked.I tried to call them on phone after I went home but they say they are unable to pick up the phone due to coronavirus on line.Why the f are you sitting inside the recption if you are not going to pick up calls.What the f you need my phone number for?Call the customer if you cant find his address.It's the most simple thing and your lazy ass driver didnt bother to call for 1 minute. Dont ever order from royal mail, the way they speak is rude,impatient an the service is also bad.

Useless Radstock postman didn't even knock on the door with my special delivery just lied that he'd tried to deliver left a card so no birthday present! Got to my door he drove off! No covid excuse here!

Appalling customer service. They lose parcels and claims don't even cover the full amount even though you send proof of the items value.When complaining to customer service all you get is automated emails. Absolute joke.

Only gave 1* because I had to. Posted a letter on 24/10/20, finally got through on phone after 50 minute hold only to be told it has been lost, it did say on receipt delivery aim 24 hrs 🤣🤣. Used to have faith in them but not any more. Told to put in claim online tomorrow, to replace it. They should sort it they lost it. 🤬🤬

Two issues the last two times I have used their website. First to buy prepaid postage - which I queued up at two local post offices but after going through the scan and typing things into their tills, said they couldn't take it. I had to go to a main post office. Its miles away and now wasted time and energy. Ended up buying prepaid postage with another company and asking for a refund from Royal Mail. To which their reply was - awaiting a decision - still no decision. Then this week, awaiting a delivery, missed it and now trying to book a redelivery. Website easy to navigate, buy says click on an option below - and there are no options for pick up or redelivery!! madness.

Parcel send Royal Mail 24 on a Friday, on the following Weds still no receipt or any information on tracking. Same with other parcels in the past. With all modern suppliers like Amazon you can track it all the way to your house. They need some new leadership! I also had a note to pick up a parcel that couldn't be delivered but the collection office was only open from 7am to 9am and I don't have time in the morning. What rubbish service. Other services have alternative drop off points and re-deliveries etc. I won't be using them again and I'll probably not buy if a supplier uses them for deliveries.

I'm getting to the point where if royal mail is the nominated delivery company, I hesitate to go through with the order. In the last 4 months, they have either failed to deliver or they have delivered so late (7 weeks) that it's causing no end of problems. I contact suppliers to say I haven't received the order, they either refund me or send a replacement and then the original order turns up weeks later. Their service is absolutely awful.

Was due to recive a tracked parcel from them, knowing i was going to be away monday i kept checking the tracking to see when it was due to arrive and have it delivered on a different day if it was going to be the monday. Item was sent thurday, no tracking updates no ETA. Monday comes and the first updaye i get is delivery attemped ok no problemnwill collect. Look at my collection iffice opening times. 8-10am on tuesday........ completely useless. Closed on wednesday, country wilp be in lockdown on thursday. Complete joke on RM part. How can EVERY other courier be working fine over the pandemic but Royal mail are yet again completely inept and not fit for purpose. I have a issue with royal mail EVERY SINGLE TIME i use them. I can count on one hand the amount of times i have actually been handed my (usually late) parcel from Royal mail and not have to go and collect myself. May aswell just liquidate them or have them delivering letters only. I activly avoid buying somthing if its delivered by royal mail. Hermes are far better and thats really saying somthing !

Haven’t received mail in 10days in spite of a number of items being sent tracked mail. I live in North London. Royal Mail advisor acknowledged they haven’t attempted delivery and there is no facility for me to collect my mail. After 10 days I can complain to sender and they can apply for reimbursement which takes 30 days. Meanwhile I don’t receive what I paid for. This is ridiculous. I can’t depend on Royal Mail during this time when we are mandated to stay at home. I no longer have any trust in Royal Mail.

I’m a regular Amazon customer and my heart sinks when my parcel is to delivered by Royal Mail. You were the gold standard for parcel delivery but no more. The independent courier companies have left you wallowing in their wake for professional service and reliability. Here I sit yet again waiting for another late delivery from you.
