“One star is too many by far for this shambles of a company but that’s the lowest you are allowed to give I had two eBay large letters posted to me 1st class signed for on 11th June at Leicester the sender also sent about ten other large envelopes all with same signed for postage to different addresses at the same time. at this point in time 20-30 pm April 27 th not one of the deliveries for all 12 seperate items of post has been delivered and apparently they are now classed as lost tracking info says we’ve got it and tracking number issued 17th April so their website says they’ve got it but when I finally got through to someone on the phone after 70 mins it’s now classed as lost what exactly does lost mean ? Where does all this undelivered stuff go some one must know how can any delivery company in the world let alone these jokers lose 12 large letters from the same sender to destinations all over the uk on the same day do they have any concept of what items posted to people mean probably not they are no more than another privatised company who’s sole aim is to make as much cash as possible everything else especially actually doing the job they are meant is just a hinderance to the overpaid fat cats who are supposed to be running this shambles”
“Appalling service. If i could offer zero stars then I would. Truly dreadful. The voice recognition service is a joke and completely unhelpful. Being able to speak to an actual human being would be something but that seems to be beyond them. God alone knows where my parcel is. Avoid at all costs.”

Even though this is half an hour from where I live they have rerouted it! No other infination for over a week, where is it?! It’s a £125 item should have been a 48hr delivery, gid knows where it is, two more parcels not been delivered either and no tracking info, yes I know it’s a difficult time but other companies are delivery ok.”

The company I’ve ordered from is like 2km away from where I live.
The parcel never arrived.
The company was so helpful and sent second delivery fist class this time to make sure will arrive.
I truck the order and the status was.. we tried to deliver but no one was in.
No card left, nothing. Well they never did come to my door step.
It happened before and it will happen again.
I tried the post office near me and they told me to go to different location. I did tho and my parcel was finally there.
The lady asked me for ID and a proof of address. When I’ve sawed her my flat contact on my emails she said that she want this printed and not in the phone... of course she didn’t give me the Parcel. This is a joke is not a company that the country rely.
It’s a corona virus situation and we should stay at home. Not going back and forth trying to figure where the parcel is.”
“This is a criticism of the website. We posted two packages to Spain in March. One arrived after about 10 days. The other didn't so we made a claim for compensation. Had one of those no reply email confirmations. The parcel then arrived so I tried to cancel the claim via the website. I just went round in circles, nothing I tried let me cancel so I resorted to sending a note to the address for sending more information. Absolutely hopeless.”
“Absolute nonsense from the delivery people just sent me a message saying sorry the address was unaccessible and then they go on to say it didn't seem like there was anyone there. That's rich coming from them considering they can always access the building when dropping letters but parcels all of a sudden are a problem. “I've been waiting for post for 10 days nothing . My neighbour who lives 3 streets down gets all her post on time fro the same postman . Being ban elderly lady I have tablets and health medication sent this way as I have underlying health conditions and have to self isolate
