“Ok I have to slate Sainsbury’s , they are either very stupid or just being facetious, the later I believe to be true.
I bought some flowers £6 (& this is not about the money) . They had a five day guarantee, within the 5days all the buds went brown so I called the shop.
“Answer “next time you are in the store bring them back , so I did. Oh no receipt or packaging so nothing we can do(why did you not say when I called ). Fine I leave the store ....I then realise I need to go back for a car park ticket , I get back only to hear the woman who served me telling another customer how rude I was ... WOW... she saw me and shut her mouth so quick going red.
I then go home & find the packaging but don’t want to drive back because I was upset with the assistant so I emailed head office explained the above & attach image of packaging. Their reply .... you need to contact the company on the rear of the packaging... So I ask why their staff do not know this & do you not guarantee the flowers in your stores ... their response (the facetious one) if you don’t have the packaging or receipt there is nothing we can do. They did not answer either of my questions & they have the image of the packaging... also appears they are not worried they have rude staff .
Sainsbury’s star rating I had to hit 1 star but I actually rate it 0 ....”

I occasionally shop here but today 1 out of 4 staff I asked for help was helpful the others appeared disinterested one told me what a bad day they were having and couldn't get home quick enough. Also sent to wrong part of store twice for goods . Security own security unhelpful attitude needless to say will not be returning as there is plenty of competition out there”

“My partner and myself visited Cramlington store yesterday 13/11/19. After doing a shop we decided to call into your cafe for lunch. I have to comment about how dissatisfied we were concerning the service we received and the meal itself. The customer service was nil. We were ordering and the assistant while speaking to my partner decided to have a long conversation with another person while keeping my partner waiting . Our order was not completed until my partner asked if she could take our order now please. No apology was given for the time he waited. After our order was taken we found a table which because the hall was full decided on a small table af back of cafe. The table was dirty and asked an assistant could she clean the table , this she came back and did. Our food arrived my partner bacon sandwich, myself fish/ chips/ peas. Bacon wasn’t cooked properly and was cold . My meal was cold and chips burnt the pease were cold but very nice. Our tea wasn’t very nice as coffee wasn’t. Our overall experience with the cafe itself was pleasant but the service we received I’m afraid doesn’t make us want to go again. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the whole experience we will go elsewhere in future.”
“My first online delivery and I couldn’t of asked for a better company to deliver my groceries I had a polite driver that explained about stuff with it being my first shop He was lovely and I was given 4 money off coupons with my receipt to spend Which is great as Christmas is just around the corner one of my coupons includes triple points on clothing which is fabulous and also £12 off the next £50 shop which will come in handy for a Christmas shop i also love how they add nectar card points to each time u spend so it’s a big bonus I didn’t get any of this with my ASDA shops unfortunately I will definitely be ordering again thanks Sainsbury’s :)”

“I am disabled I was shopping in Sainsbury’s in Pinhoe Exeter. I stopped one of your staff Shani to ask where an item us as I was struggling getting around with the pain she not only showed me where the item was she pushed my trolley. Shani unpacked all my shopping she got Jade to help me pack and Jade then took it to the car and packed it in the boot. Abbi on the till was really helpful too so thank you Sainsbury’s for your fab staff Shani,Jade and Abbi x”

“The delivery service is the worst in the whole earth. I ordered my shop the night before due to arrive morning next day. They sent me a message very early in the morning saying everything was on board. They kept me waiting the whole morning...I called the service and they said the driver was round the corner. The shop arrived but nothing of what I ordered was there. Such a random shop came in with lots of things of the same kind... Never gonna buy online through Sainsbury’s.”
