Pre-Ordered the New 22 Ultra on 23/02/22 paid for it and chose the 9/3/22 as the delivery date as I knew I'd be home from work for 4 days. Delivery date arrived checked the online tracker, still processing. Rang customer services to be told its on our system to be delivered by 8pm!! 8pm came and went so back online with a live chat only to be told wait another 24-48 hours which is no good as will be back to work for another 4 months. If they can't deliver on time they shouldn't promise delivery on your specified date. I hate iPhone but I'm seriously considering cancelling my order and getting one. C'mon Samsung get your act together!!

Samsung's customer service is awful! It is amazing that a company that makes decent products has dedicated NO time to improving its service department. In addition, Samsung Care Plus is a joke! When using it, you get the runaround by their Barbaric-style employees who are only concerned about the TV show playing in the background. One other thing it is NOT Acceptable to speak in "slang I street language when you are dealing with customers! It is perceived as RACIST and unprofessional. At this point, I will NEVER buy another product from this company. This is gone uncorrected for too long. Hello Apple!!!

Samsung There was a fault with my Z FOLD3, I sent it back to Samsung. I had to chase what was going on with my phone. I was told a replacement would be sent as the screen as the film screen protector cannot be fixed. After being misinformed on the time scales on the repairs. I had to wait another 10 to 14 days for the replacement. I called today to ask when I could expect my replacement? Now I have been told Samsung don't have my model (Samsung galaxy fold 3 512gb) in stock. 🤢🤬. How could you not have this model when you are selling it online, on your store? Could I get a refund? Yes that will take 10 to 14 days more but you need to call back tomorrow 👏 I am sick of calling Samsung, over and over again. I can't even get my money back to get a replacement 😒

I had horrible experience with Samsung. Last June I bought dishwasher. It was working till 4 months ago. I called and I was told the technician will come to fix it. After a month he came and saw my new dysfunctional dishwasher. He came back few days later and changed one part and it didn't work. I called back Samsung and I was told they would change another part. It is been 4 months , the technician come and each time try to change one more part. I am working and I can't stay at home. I was told the would change the dishwasher . The Samsung play with me and I am really frustrated. I said to my friend just do not buy Samsung. Product is made cheap and guarantee is useless.

Awful customer service They don’t respond with a true answer they keep passing you around with faults information. I DONT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYONE. Very very rude customer service

They sent me a S22 Ultra without the Trio Sim Card in the package. Chat online was told will get back to me in 24-48 hours, no response after 48 hours tried again, same answer. It's over 240 hours now still no response. They are driving an over 10 years customer who regularly upgrades every year to Apple now. PS if Samsung people sees this post they can refer to Chat #7198986 and 7272431.

I Have Been A loyal customer a Samsung for Over 15 years Now. Looks like This Relationship Has Ended. My Speak on my Phone is Not Working Properly. So I Decided to Go my Phone Carrier They Were Unable to Fix/Repair. Because They Do Not Provide that Service Anymore. ((RIDICULOUS))) I went Home to See How long I Had the Phone, Looks like My Manufacturer Warranty Expires in a Couple Weeks. So I Go To A Different Location Cellphone Provider. They I'm Form Me that "Samsung" Has Repaired Shops... So I Go to "Ubreakifix" The informed Me that I Would Have too Leave My Phone @ this Location For 4hrs..((RIDICULOUS)) I Tell the Man I will Be Back. I Go to The Car Call Samsung Customer Service , The Rep Basically Tells Me I Would Have To Send My Phone To Them. She Mentioned it Would Take 5-7days in order for them to Fix the Phone. ((More like14 days)) Days without a Phone in this Era we live in Longer. No Think You. INCONVENIENCE Is a Pattern With Samsung! I Have Never Experience Until Now. Don't Buy A Samsung Product!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We purchased a dishwasher, clothes washer and clothes dryer from Samsung.com and paid for installation since we didn't want to mess anything up. We just bought the house in November and moved in this past weekend. The appliances came mid-last month and we had issues straight from the start. They installed the washing machine, partially installed the dryer (they didn't successfully install the dryer vent which is required for a gas dryer), and left the dishwasher in the middle of our kitchen connected only to the water line. I finished installing the dishwasher - I drilled it into the counter myself and hooked up the electric. Then realized they broke the inside of the dishwasher and the second rack of the dishwasher, which is probably why they left it there. So we have one working shelf - the bottom one - and it only partially washes because the middle rack does a lot of water distribution. The first time we ran the clothes washer, it vibrated across the floor, tearing up the linoleum in multiple places, scratching up our door frame and getting paint all across the washer front. The dryer (which was incorrectly installed on top of the washer) was hanging off of the washer by the gas line. Thankfully it didn't break. The top of the washer is completely busted - we can't snap it on anymore and who knows what damage was done to the inside of the washer and dryer. We've been on the phone with Samsung for probably more than 40 hours this past month - first to get the dishwasher fixed and then to get someone out to look at the washer and dryer. I've personally gotten hung up on twice, my partner once. We finally have someone out today to look at the dryer and his first statement was "this dryer looks 20 years old". He's not sure if it can be fixed but also can't guarantee Samsung will replace it. The dryer has literally never been used. Dryer tech came out Friday - three major parts were broken inside - no guarantee that new parts will fix it. Samsung won't replace it. Washer tech came out today - they closed our case because it was the "installer's issue". So now we have a completely broken washer, a probably broken dryer, and a dishwasher with one working rack. We opened a case with the BBB, reported to State Attorney General, and are contacting our credit card company.

Worse customer service ever. I've been waiting for my refund since 23rd Feb 2022, now its 7th March 2022. I rang them at least 5times now and no luck. They owe me £200.99, soon I'll be getting legal advice for my money back. Never have a Samsung product ever again!!!!

Had my last Samsung note for 10yrs. So when I dropped it & it died I decided to order the Samsung 22s ultra note & redeem the free tablet & gift pack. Paid over $1800 got the phone home & realised it doesn't come with a charger. Wasn't told that! Had to go online to redeem the tablet & gift pack but wasn't told how to do that! Wasn't told that you need the IMEI number or how to get it off your new phone. After spending hrs on the phone & internet with Samsung & telstra & finally get that worked out you then have to wait approx. 7 days to be approved. Then if you are approved it will take approx. 60 days ( in my book that's 2 months) before you recieve the tablet. "The Gift Pack", well, you have to wait for another code if you are approved & reedem that separate. Last Samsung I even buy!! Samsung service is discusting!!

To start off with, everything is wrong with Samsung ! Absolutely I care a dame for Customers, I had prebooked an Ultra varient of S22, with a payment of INR 1999, on the 10th Feb 2022, and angina when the booking opend, I had to pay in full for the phone again with no provision to consider what I had paid already! And since then I have Writen 6 mails and 7 call with the support center since 13th if Feb 22, all get to here is " we have escalated to right person" I still wonder who the right person is Yet! Hope they do have one..and the worst is we had to pay for the entire money in full and yet Samsung does not keep us informed on when the delivery will happen..had I kept the money in my account I would have earned some Bank interest! And not the pain and agony I am going with making the decision of buying Samsung S22 Ultra! Guys Lesson learned! Request you to be wise!

Simply put…Samsung’s Customer service sucks!! In fact, there is no service at all. There is no one in charge to speak to, ever! They’ve been giving me the runaround for three months already regarding a refund they owe me for a refrigerator deemed irreparable by a Samsung tech. Their tactic is to get you to the point of such frustration that you just give up. Needless to say, I’ve had a horrible experience. They don’t even deserve one star. STAY AWAY!

ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!!!!!! Purchased a Samsumg 75” tv, after 6 months the picture kept going dark. Phone Samsung customer service and I have never had so much hassle in my life!!!! They were obstructive, unhelpful and dam right time wasters!! They are the worst so called customer service I have ever come across!!! It’s no existent. All you get is women speaking broken English who have no clue what they are doing just repeating time after time the same thing. Rest it, turn it on reset it, turn it off. How many times do you have to rest it before they realise it isn’t working. They then said they would send someone out…..then I get an email saying it’s fixed??? Without anyone coming out!! So I call them again and again the women say…the same thing!!!!! Then they say they will send someone out again. Even get an email saying they will be in touch….. THEN NOTHING!!!!! Then they say send another video of it not working…..I’ve already sent 3 the same!!!!!! I AM NOW STUCK WITH A PILE OF SH*T OF A TV THAT DOESNT WORK AND A COMPANY THEY DOESNT CARE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ventura, CA seniors purchased Home dishwasher from Home Depot, September 2021. The unit is defective and we have been in the circle of hell with 3 hour wait times on the phone, dropped phone calls from them and false emails promising a refund from Citibank. This is the worst customer service we have ever received from any company ever. Finally we have turned this over to our local District Attorney which we should have done 3 months ago. Anyone interested in filing a Class Action lawsuit against them please post here your contact info as I will check it daily. Ed

Awful company, worst customer service ever! Pre-ordered Galaxy Tab S8+ on their website with 256GB / 12GB RAM spec and totally different specification was delivered. Avoiding my questions, not wanting to exchange my product lying that they are unable to change products. Basic retail service and they are unable to do so, liars! Been in touch with CS they responded once and then went quiet... It's more than a week now, three emails in and they still ignoring me (reference 2325291). Shameful! I'd never expect it from the company I use and respected for so many years! Will try to avoid you as much as I can from now on. Not worth the stress and lost time!

I sent my Samsung galaxy in for repairs (stopped working after 3 months) and my phone went missing in their repair workshop. Since then Samsung company has been making excuses in order not to replace my phone. I'm having to drag the whole case to court.
