Absolutely terrible experience! I purchased a phone from them, and the app clearly stated that it would be delivered in 2 days. However, nothing was ever sent out, and the order status kept saying "delayed." I contacted customer support four times, and every time, they assured me it would be resolved within 24 hours—but nothing ever happened. Finally, they emailed me saying I should contact Three for help, but just five minutes after that email, they cancelled my order without any explanation. This was a complete waste of time, with zero accountability from their side. I wouldn’t recommend buying from them at all!

Pathetic service from Samsung.com and delivery service. Ordered TV 12/11/24 and still have not received it. Have had multiple emails saying it was delivered but still not received. No real communication from Samsung beside scripted responses from online service.

HaHaHa. I have a Samsung refrigerator with an ice maker that doesn’t work. I chatted on line with a rep. She advised my warranty was expired (I was already aware of that). She told me Samsung would fix my fridge no charge anyway. I was elated and surprised. She set me up with a repair ticket. There was a link for a review. I filled it out, giving her and Samsung a great review. Minutes after sending this I was sent an email stating my repair would not be free as my warranty was expired. I was dumbfounded. I replied back about my confusion and got an apology. I guess Samsung must be in financial trouble. The cost of my repair would put them out of business. What a two faced company and agent. I’ve been a loyal Samsung customer. I have two Samsung tvs, a fridge and surround system. I will be very hesitant to purchase any Samsung product in the future. It will cost me $200.00 to have their repair people just to walk in my door.

Samsung s90d 77 inch failed 3 months in. We are hitting the month mark. They have the tv and I haven’t been paid for it. They have lied multiple times and given me different stories on what’s going on with the refund of the tv. This is not to mention the expensive sound bar of theirs I bought and it failed in the first 2 weeks of owning it. I gave up on receiving any help on it after being passed around till I threw it away. I used to own multiple expensive Samsung monitors and tvs. I will no longer be using Samsung ever again. Their products no longer last and their customer service team is not up to the challenge of resolve the issues their quality control department creates. Bye bye Samsung I’m going to take my money some were else because your competitors specs may not be as good but atleast they are honest and they make products that last longer than a few months. Thousands of dollars down the drain. Never again.

Customer service is a joke. I was given a gift certificate of $100 and rewards of $29.99 for purchasing a very expensive Samsung bespoke fridge. I could not place an order to use the $ on Samsung order page and customer service cannot find a way to do it either. All I want to order is some filters for the new fridge, but NO! I’m told they cannot do that! After an hour with 4 different people, none of whom spoke understandable English I asked for a supervisor or department head and was told they could not do that either.

Logged in to purchase a S25 phone. The system fell over 3 times. In the meantime I was charged $55 (trade in) and $1138 from my credit card - it took 9 phone calls to get them to reverse it. Seriously this is really poor Customer service. Noone took ownership of the problem

We purchased a new Samsung washer and dryer on Black Friday from Lowe’s. It was installed December 1st and on December 20th we had a technician come out because it had stopped turning on. The tech said that there were signs of burning on the wire, but may have just been loose so if the problem continued we could buy a new chord, but that Samsung doesn’t cover it under the warranty… not even a month old. The dryer starts working again although Lowe’s said that they would send a new power chord they never did. When the dryer stopped working this weekend we grabbed a new chord ourselves, opened the back of the unit and realized the wires, connector and power chord had all burned through. We are so lucky that the unit itself did not burn and catch our house on fire. We call Samsung and after being on the phone for 3 hours they tell us there is nothing they can do until a technician comes out to look, regardless of the fact that they connected to my camera and saw the damage and that there is nothing left to fix as the wires are burned into the machine. I get a call today saying someone else will call me in another 24-48 hours to schedule a time to come out and look at it. Samsung customer service was heartless, didn’t care about the fact the house could’ve burned with my whole family inside or the fact that I have two toddlers and am 35 weeks pregnant and just want a new dryer because this one is 2 months old and clearly has something wrong with it. They just keep stalling to place blame on Lowe’s instead of fixing the problem. Lowe’s also told us they would call us back in 24 hours and did not so we have tried that route as well. We have Samsung tvs, a refrigerator and a washer and dryer and will never buy another Samsung product again. They have the worst customer service and clearly do not care about the safety of their customers from their faulty products. Highly do not recommend! And then when I try to upload photos of the burned wires and machine, it says they can’t be uploaded because Samsung doesn’t want you to know how awful they and their products are!

Big scammer !! They purposely make a super trader and make us all invest in it, and then he goes trade on GBD to raise during the last minute of 2023 Britain election day! Isn't very obvious?!!! I traded in my Samsung Z fold 4 to get a Samsung Z fold 6. After resetting my 4 to factory settings it was opening to bios, I sent it in and Samsung decided to no longer honor my trade in despite the phone turning on before being returned to Samsung. When trying to come to a deal or understanding they denied any kind of support, and simply said they would not be honoring the trade in.

I bought a Galaxy Book 4 notebook because it was heavily discounted. I do like the notebook itself but it was loaded with useless Samsung apps that were not needed. I also found it disappointing that support was so pathetic that finding drivers or firmware updates manually was not even possible. Also any real access to support seems to require you registering a user ID in order to even get access for base tier support for any questions. Their US forums seem to have more questions from users then proper answers. Seems everyone complains about support. This will definately make me question future Samsung purchases. The products are very nice but better hope you don't need any service support.

The T7 external SSD arrived without any firmware. It was dead on arrival. I discovered this was a ruse and intended to force the purchaser into installing the Samsung Magician. The Samsung Magician steals your unique computer ID. Samsung is part of the Google Spy Ware network. The Samsung Magician is a software Trojan camouflaged as a real app. If you install it Samsung and their partners will have you internal computer information including the brands of your external SSD’s, serial numbers and whether they are genuine. My Windows 10 features a state of the art security system. However it cannot protect a consumer that is duped into bypassing the Firewall and installs malware into their computer. The Microsoft security system is very reliable and will warn you before you install anything asking you if you are sure you want to install this software? Most consumers don’t realize the danger they are in until it is too late. My computers unique computer ID and the serial numbers of my other devices are not any of Samsung’s or Google’s business. Google and Samsung can track you across the internet using your unique computer ID. My best advice is to avoid Samsung at all costs as Samsung can not be trusted. If you purchase any Samsung external SSD without the firmware already installed take it back to the store and demand a full refund. My background includes over 30 years in Information technology including management and the actual writing, testing and installation of computer software. My responsibilities included the evaluation of canned software before we made the purchasing decision.

Your new phones don't come with charger USB, or charger. Excuse of environmental and waste reasons are not acceptable! It's a cut back at the cost of the consumer....and it stinks! It's like buying a car with no battery! Are you people hurting that bad for money? Also what if I lost my phone and charger on a trip! Now you're saying I have to buy one on my own? Oh my!

I purchased a 7.5 cubic ft smart stackable washer and dryer. It was installed by professionals and worked great. After about 3 weeks of use, the dryer stopped working. It was only a month old with the outside of the machine in perfect condition. I made an appointment for a technician to come because it is under factory warranty. The technician didn’t show up on the first appointment. He came days later and could not communicate with me. He took parts of the dryer apart and found “physical damage” on the inside. I never saw the damage. He left with no answers given because we spoke different languages. Samsung will not do anything to help me. They will not cover it under factory warranty. I am being forced to buy another dyer. It will not be a Samsung dryer! Do not purchase from Samsung. All of their customer service representatives do not care and were very unhelpful. Samsung does not stand by their product and does not care about their customers. Stay away!

I ordered the T7 shield external ssd on a Sunday. Most business would ship the next day. Not Samsung, these Morons in Arlington Texas waited until the following Friday to ship. This is full five days after I placed the order. Next the shipping department shipped the device 2nd day air in a paper envelope. UPS apparently can’t read and shipped my order by donkey cart from Arlington Texas to Boise Idaho. The package was completely untraceable the entire journey. When the donkey cart finally arrived in Boise Idaho the local UPS store on State Street didn’t notice that this shipment was late. The T7 external SSD arrived without any firmware. It was dead on arrival. I discovered this was a ruse and intended to force the purchaser to install the Samsung Magician. The Samsung Magician steals your unique computer ID. After speaking to Samsung’s Dale who says he is a manager in memory devices he said Samsung would not send me the firmware via email. My only option was to download the Samsung Magician. This Samsung Magician is nothing more then spy ware camouflaged as a real app. The magician harvested my computers serial number, the serial numbers of my other memory devices. My computers serial number and the other devices I use are not any of Samsung’s dam business. I noticed extensive read activity on both my 1TB drives. This was the Samsung Magician stealing my personal information. I quickly unplugged them and uninstalled the Samsung Magician. My best advice is to avoid Samsung at all costs as they can not be trusted.

The sevice tech is canceled 4 times to install parts for my range that is unusable for 3 weeks. Customer service can't get the tech to contact Customer tell us when they are coming. Today. Never ever buy a Samsung product. It is a throw away once something happens.

I replaced all of the appliances in our kitchen with Samsung "Bespoke" products and we also ordered colored replacement panels for the 4 door Bespoke refrigerator which were unavailable at the time. Six month later we find out from a Samsung rep that some of the colored panels were discontinued months before we purchased our refrigerator. The Home Depot salesperson was not aware of this. Best Buy and Lowes were also selling the Bespoke products thinking that the colored panels could be purchase as shown in the advertisement below. We love the product but the colors are ugly.
