NEVER EVER buy Samsung Dishwashers they have a definite flaw in the design. Also NEVER EVER buy a Washer or Dryer. Samsung used to be great company and products but over the last 4 years cheaply made and do not last long. Dryer went out in 16 months, going to cost $500 dollars to fix. Now a dishwasher that only lasted 14 months is leaking and parts are not available for repair.

I am a big fan of Samsung products, I own 2 x Samsung Z Fold 3s at £1800 each, I've had dozens of previous phones, Laptop, Tablet, Samsung Fridge, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Microwave, TV's etc. I have always found the products (ordered mainly via John Lewis who I have always found to great from a customer service perspective particularly regarding defective goods) to be good quality and reliable. In January 2021, I decided to order directly from Samsung a QE55Q700TATXXU 55" Smart 8K HDR QLED which at the time was a top of the range TV for £1600. The delivery was on time, it was easy to set up with nice remotes etc. Around 8 months after I ordered the TV the picture started flickering and switching itself off automatically. I called Samsung and under warranty after about 3 weeks a local repair technician came to look at the TV had bought with him a replacement QLED screen advising that he had seen this issue within a similar timescale from the product being new e.g., 6 to 8 months old, on dozens of TV's. I asked him in his professional opinion whether he thought this was a manufacturing issue with the QLED panel and he advised yes this was highly likely as his seen loads of these failures with the same issue on this model. Since then, 9 months of past and I now have the same issue again. I then went online to see whether this was a common issue and found this board and posts regarding the same model with this issue. Despite the TV being slightly out of warranty, by 7 months even the i have the same issue with the replacement QLED panel, I assumed the brand-new part I was supplied with would come with a 12-month warranty. When I called Samsung Support, gave them my account details which so they could see this and many thousands of pounds worth of other purchases (Z-Folds 3’s) etc, I was advised the TV was out of warranty. I was advised the previously fitted, brand new replacement QLED screen was not covered by a 12-month manufacturer warranty which i find completely unacceptable particularly as Samsung are clearly aware this TV / Panel was not fit for purpose with this commonly reported issue when their premium product was less than 12 months old. I was advised I could pay for a technician to come out and I expect replace the QLED panel again at a huge expense to myself, only to find I expect this would last for another 8 months before failing again and having to repeat this process. I then asked to be put through to a manager who was no help at all, I asked whether I could return it for a credit for a new model and I would be happy to upgrade and spend a few more thousand on the latest and larger screen model however, I was advised this was not possible either. I therefore am left £1600 out of pockets with a TV which is not working and clearly is not fit for purpose. This is disgusting and outrageous customer service (Or lack thereof) from Samsung. As a matter of principle, I will never buy another Samsung product again!!! I would be keen to hear from anyone who has either experienced similar or managed to somehow get this situation resolved. Otherwise, I will have to bin this TV and purchase a non-Samsung model!

Samsung is no longer reputable brand, I was a loyal long term customer and trusted this brand and purchased all my appliances for my new house, now I regret a lot. first of all they use very cheap quality materials (plastic, metal) that breaks, crumble and cracks. my fridge drawers got cracks within 6 month. my oven stove which was only a year and 4 month old got broken. it was latest model with smart display which stopped working all of a sudden, because of that now can't turn my oven on. I got estimate for almost $1000 to replace the part which I personally think ridiculous. Samsung wiping there hands of the issue. Internet is full of people with the same issue with class action suits in the US and in Quebec. Samsung knows of the issue but do not take responsibility, Will never purchase a Samsung product again knowing this. and do not recommend anybody to purchase this brand, you will get a lot of unwanted headache for yourself.......!!!

My washing machine less than 2 years old had a stuck door. I couldn't open it. So I called wanting to know how to fix it. I got somebody who had no clue, was reading answers. I was told to unplug the washer for 10 minutes to see if it would reset. And then the customer service agent abandoned me!! 12 hrs later I got a message asking if everything was taken care of and to do a survey. Unbelievable!. I ended up having a hire somebody and spent way too much money on something I could have done myself.

Buyer Beware! If you are considering purchasing a Samsung product, you better pray you don't have any problems with it. My chromebook caught on fire and burned a large hole in my couch, surprisingly didn't burn my whole house down. I have been in contact with Samsung at least 20 times, spending hours on the phone, and no resolution. You will talk to a representative and then they will tell you that somebody in higher management will call you back in 24-48 hours. TRUST ME, you will NOT receive a call back. Live and Learn, no more Samsung products for me.

My wife's z flip3 phone became un responsive so I called samsung to get It repaired they told me it was still under warranty since it hadn't been a year since we purchased it, so I sent it to them and they say it my fault that the phone is malfunctioning the phone has never been drop or anything else so they say I have to pay for the repair ( not going to do that) so they ship the phone back, but it's worse than it was when I shipped it to them and they won't accept responsibility. I will never buy another samsung product again and I getting rid of everything samsung in my house,I wish I could give zero stars.

Less than Four years old my SAMSUNG Electric Range NE58*9560 burned up one of the four heating control boards. Even though the warranty stated that the glass cook top was under warranty for five years, Samsung refused to reimburse for the parts. I also had my SAMSUNG side by side refrigerator/freezer die due to a sensor that went bad TWO times in SIX years. I replaced the SAMSUNG with a General Electric re-frig/freezer that works wonderful and have a fantastic ice-maker compared to the SAMSUNG. I never again buy any SAMSUNG products, they are not worth considering.

When having trouble getting through a factory reset on my phone. Samsung support sent me in a circle, a whole 3 different people. I then asked what I could do and they sent me to a 3 party company that did repairs on phones. I then asked if I could stop the reset, and they only gave me the answer that they wouldn't recommend it, since it could destroy my phone. As they didn't give me a solution to any issue I went to google myself and found one after a lot of searching. but the 2 minute video that google helped me find gave me the solution to not really stopping the factory reset but to force the reset through the searching for updates, making me get into my phone in less than 5 minutes. Just by taking the simcard out shortly and then putting it in again after the reset came through. I am now in the process of getting the backup file installed. Thanks for nothing Samsung Support, you where utterly useless.

I purchased a Samsung refrigerator from the Samsung company. Upon delivery, it was damaged. So I did not accept delivery. I called Samsung that day to start the process regarding my refund. It has been one month and I still have not gotten my refund. I call the company every other day to ascertain the status of my refund and no one at the company can give me an answer as to when I will receive my $2200 refund. I will be contacting an attorney with respect to this matter.

Samsung service center has provided me the worst customer care service that I've ever had. My s21 plus phone went black all of a sudden on July 5th, conveniently a couple of months after my warranty expired from Best Buys (where I purchased it at) on May 28th. When I looked up the problem it was called the "Death Screen" that a lot of s21 and s22 phones are experiencing. I did not drop my phone or damage it in any other way. To me this is like a recall issue that they don't have a recall for. I called Samsung and they agreed to send a repair slip and extend my warranty so they could repair my phone free of charge. I mailed my cellphone to them July 7th, 2022 and they received it on July 12th, 2022. On the 14th of July I was updated that my phone was in the repair center ready for repair and that was the last time I heard anything about my cellphone and it's August 10th, 2022. Everytime I call they hustle me into thinking that they are overwhelmed with calls and repair orders, they leave me on hold for very long periods of time (I'm talking hours), they make me feel like they are attached to my specific case and they will call me back the next day with more information, they lie and say they will email me with an update later that day... It's so many lies they tell and they use the same name for most of the sales agents so that you can identify who you are talking to. Goutham Chowdary is the standard name they use when I could be talking to Billy, Bob, or Brandon and would never know. The male agents are truely dismissive and just say um hmm um hmm um hmm while you are trying to speak, so damn rude! I'm starting to think that instead of customer care they are a paid sales team that they use to gaslight people who call in while they do whatever with your electronics. Samsung has truly let me down and their service has tremendously downgraded from my last repair when they came out with those waterproof cellphones that they promoted wouldn't damage under water. All I want is my 1k dollar phone returned in repaired status and they are taking advantage that they are so far away from customers.

Samsung factory warranty worthless? Who can go 10 days with out a phone? TLDR: from my experience so far. the warranty policy feels like its designed to avoid taking responsibility for defects. First of all. Does a tiny crack on the screen cause a charging port defect? How do you mess up a type c port designed to be resilient? Before my 1 year warranty ended on my phone. My charging port went out. Verizon said we can't exchange it due to a tiny crack on the top corner of the screen. After talking with Samsung I was told it would be fixed under warranty, just bring it to asurion ubreakifix for the charging port repair. At the store I was told due to the crack, they won't fix the charging port. I asked but it wasn't due to the fact they need to remove the front screen (they said it was doable to go through the back panel). The reason given was the phone may not be waterproof??????? Because that's more important than a phone that charges right? Got on the phone with Samsung in the parking lot(very nice service rep lady). She spoke to her supervisor and the people at the store. The only option left was mailing the phone in with 7 business day turnaround time (more like 10 human days). Who can go with out a phone for 10 days? This policy is not realistic. I'm sure Samsung is not stupid. Is this done on purpous to avoid fixing things?

Samsung sucks! Two weeks ago two Samsung techs visited to look at our 2017 refrigerator that wasn't getting cold and made a loud grinding sound. Of course, it worked and sounded great when they were here. The techs did nothing but charged us $140 for the service visit. The the senior tech did say that if something went wrong in the next 19 days the next visit would free. So two days ago the grinding sound came back worse than ever. Called Samsung to get another tech visit only to be told that the last ticket had been cancelled and that we'd be charged another service fee for the next visit. Utter BS. The attendant did not allow me to speak to a supervisor and kept me on the phone asking me the same questions over and over and over. Samsung sucks. Their appliances are cheap and their customer service non-existent. DO NOT BUY.

I bought a phone in late June. Bought a screen protector and case in July then unboxed it in late July. In early August I inquired with Samsung if I could return the phone for a higher end model. Answer: No. I then asked if I could trade it in. Answer: Yes at 20% of what I bought it for. I know a person who just traded their iPhone for more than 50% with Apple and it has a scratched screen. Samsung is a moneygrubbing, unappreciative excuse for a good company that should not be allowed to operate in bad faith as this case. My advice. Do not buy Samsung particularly directly as the grace period is only 15 days. From now on I am an iPhone person. All they had to do was be a little more flexible and they would have retained an old customer for life.

I have spoken with them 5 times. They said they had a back log like that's an acceptable. I think that BS. Go by from somebody else. I WILL NEVER BUY SAMSUNG AGAIN!!! I upgraded a few months ago to the S22 ultra (from the S21+), and I received a lemon, (the phone would not charge, a whole night would charge to 50%). So I reached out to Samsung, and they said they'd send me a replacement, which had to be done by me "ordering" a new one, and also lose $150 in the promo I had... (besides for the ~4 hours spent on the phone with them) BUT... ok, it is what it is, I'll lose the $150, and get a good phone, right? Wrong! 3 months later, the phone does not want to connect to service (I tried a different provider, new SIM, reset, Verizon store, ubreakifix store, and they all said it's the phone) So, I figure I'll just call Samsung and get it fixed by warranty, but the only way they can fix it is if I send it into them and wait a week or 2, I can't really afford that as I don't have a second phone, and I explain that I even already did the walk-in "support request" who said the phone is a lemon, but nothing helped, and it seems the only way for me to get Samsung to stand behind their product is by not having a phone for 2 weeks, I can't do that, so I had no choice but to get a replacement via my insurance which cost me another $230... I actually used to be quite a fan of Samsung, I have a phone, watch, tablet, and earbuds from them, and they're all quite good (except for the buds... and now the phone). But I'm afraid they're going down in quality, as 2 phones in a row to be lemons is quite unheard of!

Don’t buy Samsung appliances. We bought a refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, all Samsung, in about 2018. Since then, we have replaced the dishwasher on warranty, but the replacement then also broke. We finally replaced it with a KitchenAid, probably went a year with no dishwasher waiting for parts and service. The dryer main control broke and we had that replaced. Not on warranty, they seem to wait until just after the warranty expires before it breaks. More waiting and $$$. We have now been waiting for a main control “motherboard” ? for the washer for several months, told it is not an available part and they don’t know when it will be. The washer stops mid cycle multiple times. It takes a day to do a load. And the icemaker in the fridge has never worked properly, it melts all over everything. The letters are coming off the microwave, but it still seems to work OK. Buck up a bit and get something more reliable!!

I purchased a fairly expensive range model NE63T8711SS. Once I started using the range, I realized I did not get the temperature probe that plugged inside the oven. I contacted Samsung on Twitter, I had two different agents tell me the part was on order and provided order number and time frames on receiving the part. Then after the part not arriving, and with no contact from Samsung, I inquired about not receiving the part only to be told the order was canceled. Poor customer service and no effort towards building brand loyalty, even though Samsung had been our go to grand.
