My delivery was supposed to arrive on a Tuesday. I organized myself to stay at home. In the middle of the afternoon, I receive an email saying 'your delivery has been partially delivered'... However, I haven't received anything at all, and no one rang the doorbell. After that, it was impossible to talk to anyone. Lola, the online chat, was not helpful at all. Still no updates after 1 week. And no idea what to do.... SEUR must offer a Customer Service + information by phone

Unos informales no cumplen plazo entrega y encima ponen incidencia que es ausencia cliente. No hay forma de hablar con ellos. Nunca mas

Horrible service Esta es la peor compañia que puede a ver en europa Casi 3 semanas sigo esperando la entrega del regalo de cumpleaños de mi mama . Primero dice la dirección no esta completa y no la encuentra ..que raro porque siempre uso la misma direction para Los envio hacia mi madre ..despues dice que lo puedo ir a recoger a una de sus sucursar Todos Los dias hay un retraso todos, todos Los dias hay un nuevo problema . Absolutely rubbish Excuse and more Excuse every single day..Disgusting

Hola misma experiencia que todo el mundo, mienten de que no hay nadie para recibir el paquete, luego te lo dejan en un punto de recogida sin tu permiso y no puedes poner reclamación. No tienes opción. Atención al cliente pésimo. Bien lo que he hablado con varias empresas y sin observaciones ponemos que no envíen a través de seur dicen que dejan de trabajar con ellos. Así que ya saben poner ni enviar por Seur

For context, I work from home and am therefore here all day. On the day of their first “attempted delivery”, I got an email at 16:10 saying that they had attempted to deliver my parcel at 16:55 but that no one was home. After a very heated discussion with a disinterested customer service agent, he admitted that their warehouse was closed that day and so that no deliveries could be attempted. On the day of their second “attempted delivery”, I got an email at 19:55 that they had attempted to deliver the parcel at 20:30. I called them again and talked to the rudest customer service agent. After escalating the case, the company admitted never trying to deliver. Five days later, still no parcel…

Terrible. Everytime I order something from amazing and the delivery is done by SEUR they never bring it on time. I pay money to have prime delivery times and get it even later than by standard delivery. AMAZON - you shouldn't work with SEUR. Pathetic.....

As a recipient of goods ordered online, I have had many negative experiences with SEUR. The latest one (26th and 27th October 2023) is typical of these. I have waited for a packet containing a plant (a perishable item) at home for two days running, only to receive a message from SEUR stating that they had not been able to deliver my packet because I was not at home, which was clearly a lie as my doorbell did not ring once on either of these days and my block and apartment number are clearly indicated in the doorway of the building. When trying to contact SEUR online, their website did not recognise their own tracking code, though I was eventually able to change the delivery address to a SEUR delivery point via the automatic telephone system. Presumably the company does not work at weekends (as many others do) as I still have to wait another 3 days for my perishable item to arrive. This is typical of the 12 or more problems I have had with this company, which also include very rude and impatient staff putting the phone down on me. It seems that there are endemic problems throughout the company, with consistently bad service (or no service at all) from delivery drivers who are clearly lying at times regarding their claims to have visited an address. It would also appear that the management of the company is not interested in rectifying these serious issues, judging by the enormous number of complaints against them that go back years. I would recommend businesses NOT to choose SEUR as a courier - sadly, buyers like myself have little choice in the matter.

After 14 days, 20 + phone calls, finally found out where they had left my parcel, had to go and collect it. Contents packing damaged. Won't ever order anything on line if DPD/Seur has anything to do with it. Note. If you have problems with Seur, ring Andre on 933368585, the only helpful person in Seur. The rest of em, pay peanuts, get monkeys.

Rubbish, drivers couldn't find their way out of a paper bag. Wouldn't pay em with washers. Stayed in two days, nothing, despite giving directions and grid references to office. Won't order anything on line if it involves DPD. MRW always the best every time.

Un envío de 48h tardó 8 días en ser entregado y porque fui en persona al Centro Logístico a recogerlo. El servicio era "De tienda a tienda", lo llevé en persona a un Pickup SEUR y lo tenía que recoger en otro Pickup SEUR para evitar lo de "Destinatario ausente". Todo ello sin información ninguna. La única opción es una línea automática que no da información no arregla ningún problema

First time i had a purchase which was delivered by SEUR it took 3 months to find it in a perfumerie store(!) With a lot of detective work by myself! It was 3 cases of golfballs from UK. Now i ordered an electric bicycle for my son from Fiido which is a serious and legit enterprise. If i knew they would send it with SEUR i wouldn’t have ordered it! 3 weeks of constant lying about not finding adress, tried to deliver etc! They NEVER contacted me by phone or email and today i found out they’ve sent it back to Germany!? SEUR its the shittiest, most retarded and pissing on people company ever existed! Any supplier, producer or seller who are using SEUR for shipping will lose serious business and sales, any brand connected with SEUR will be infected! Guilt by association! For god sake companies, show some pride in your business and DONT USE SEUR!!

They will not deliver a parcel they have had for 8 weeks and won’t tell me where it is so i can collect it. They do not answer any emails or messages and hang up on the phone every time i call. The tracking just says new delivery scheduled but it’s been like that for the 8 weeks

Muy mal. No hay forma de contactar con ellos. Atención al cliente no contesta a las solicitudes. La página Web no se actualiza. " Lola" es una pérdida de tiempo. En el almacén gente preguntando por sus envíos, el empleado tan perdido como los paquetes, camiones llenos y parados —sin descargar por falta de personal. ¿Nadie que se responsabiliza de este desastre - que no es temporal - sino la regla, por lo menos en Dénia y alrededores? ¿Por qué aceptan envíos, si saben que no las pueden entregar a tiempo? Qué falla en recursos humanos, que la gente no aguanta trabajar para SEUR y tiran la toalla? ¿Los clientes tienen algún valor para la empresa? ¿Se imaginan la desesperación que sentimos con nuestros paquetes, sean regalos, sorpresas o urgencias secuestrados durante semanas, sin ninguna información? Esto es inaceptable. ¿A quién reclamar? Las tiendas nos cobran, envían y se desentienden, ya que han cumplido. SEUR cobra y nos deja abandonados. Estos son malas prácticas. Pero siguen adelante, mientras las empresas les contratan. Hay que moverse para parar esto.

Terrible company. I sent 8 packages from Spain to Austria. 1 package is stuck since 1 week and customer care does not help and just hang up the phone. A claim done in the webpage is without any response and update since 3 days. 1 package was damaged (half open - not fixed with a tape which would be easy), 1 suitcase was missing the wheel, 1 guitar case got broken the inside structure (one can imagine how they treat package that such can happen). Would never use it again.

Seur are supposed to be a professional paqueteria. They are not. Surely a professional delivery company would have GPS, maps or some experience in finding places. Yet again after ordering from Amazon and waiting in all day, I get a message saying the address is incomplete. I had this exact same thing with them 8 years ago when I moved. On that an this occasion I proved that they made no attempt to find me, that the address was in fact exactly correct but the driver could not be bothered or under so much pressure that they fail the delivery and lie saying they couldn't find it or the address was not correct, when I had back then and yesterday had numerous previous deliveries from them and other companies. I contacted Amazon and got them to check the address used and it was indeed correct just simply Seur are inept, shockingly poor, unprofessional bunch of fools. Se supone que Seur es una paquetería profesional. Ellos no son. Seguramente una empresa de reparto profesional tendría GPS, mapas o algo de experiencia en encontrar lugares. Una vez más, después de realizar un pedido en Amazon y esperar todo el día, recibo un mensaje que dice que la dirección está incompleta. Tuve exactamente lo mismo con ellos hace 8 años cuando me mudé. En esa y esta ocasión demostré que no hicieron ningún intento de encontrarme, que la dirección era exactamente correcta pero que el conductor no se dejó molestar o estuvo bajo tanta presión que fallaron en la entrega y mintieron diciendo que no pudieron encontrarla. o la dirección no era correcta, cuando en aquel entonces y ayer había recibido numerosas entregas anteriores de ellos y de otras empresas. Me comuniqué con Amazon y les pedí que verificaran la dirección utilizada y, de hecho, era correcta, simplemente Seur es un grupo de tontos ineptos, sorprendentemente pobres y poco profesionales.

Three given dates for delivery of a calendar, no delivery. I stress we were at home for each failed “delivery” Contacted SEUR after each failed attempt who promised a new date. A promise of yet another all day waiting at home and then a message that we were absent after another failed attempt. If they cannot deliver a calendar…a simple cardboard envelope contents one calendar, perhaps they should close up for good instead of lying and wasting customer’s time. A clown school run by unprofessional liars. Tres fechas dadas para la entrega de un calendario, ninguna entrega. Subrayo que estábamos en casa para cada "entrega" fallida. Contacté con SEUR después de cada intento fallido que prometió una nueva fecha. Una promesa de otro todo el día esperando en casa y luego un mensaje de que estábamos ausentes después de otro intento fallido. Si no pueden entregar un calendario...un simple sobre de cartón contiene un calendario, quizás deberían cerrar definitivamente en vez de mentir y hacer perder el tiempo a los clientes. Una escuela de payasos dirigida por mentirosos poco profesionales.

Terrible. Mienten acerca de tener mal la direccion (a la que han entregado antes). Llegan tarde y avientan los paquetes por encima del porton, causando daños. Una desgracia. El numero de servicio al cliente que Amazon publica es de paga y ahora debo 11 euros por intentar comunicarme para rastrear mi paquete de 16 euros (nunca consegui comunicarme) Voy a cancelar todos los envios que usen esta compañia.
