iam due too travel on june the 9th, i booked a family holiday for my wifes birthday, easy jet are yet too officially cancel my flight even though they announced yesterday that they wont resume flying until june 15th which means my holiday is cancelled, easy het and teletext holidays who took my money are dragging there feet not too refund people who could use this money too live on in these trying times, ive used teletext every year and theyve been pretty good in the past but boy ohh boy how rude and useless there customer service is, random indians in india all apparently with english names just waffle and wiggle around and do nothing,

Congradulations you have just earned yourselves a CCJ. you did not reply to the county court claim. Therefore a judgement will be made. For Ignoring your customers.! Dont answer the phone.! Hang onto other peoples hard earned money. There are no holidays why are you still trying to get deposits out of people. !!

Unbelievable, I had to update my review the shocking Indian teletext team calling custumers asking and shouting why they have left poor reviews. Ermmm you don't need to be Einstein to work that out do you Rita, Bob, sue too, Jimmy Girrafe, Hector and what ever other fake name you give yourself.

Completely refused to refund me money I’m legally owed! I have emails from both my airline and hotel saying they have refunded my money back to teletext! They have no one on the phone so you can not call them and they are ignoring me on live chat! I’ve tried twitter and they are still refusing to give me my money. They said I can apply for a refund in August and will get it December 2020! That’s not good enough! Terrible company that I will never be using again. Oh and the people on live chat are so rude an unhelpful

Shocking customer service shocking company teletext should be ashamed of themselves there just ripping people off the tui have transferred my credit note back in cash to the teletext bank account sent me proof of this with the last 4 digits of the long card number now I'm being told I cannot get a refund and that tui are saying the wrong information I'm now in contact with an ambudsman that hopefully going to help me with this matter... Still waiting for a refund was supposed to fly out April 3rd 2020. would never book through this lot again. I doubt they will be in business much longer anyway.

Ref TT729706 holiday was paid in full for Tenerife on 1st may to 5th may was cancelled due to the corona virus I've heard nothing from teletext for a number of weeks last email I got was saying I'd be offered credit notes this is unacceptable i want full refund of 2,190 pounds teletext are saying i need to wait until after 31st July before being considered for a refund I'm a pensioner in isolation and really need this money it was for grandaughters hen weekend so credit notes are unacceptable as we can't travel on any other dates pathetic service by teletext they're stealing peoples money PAY UP LIKE YOU'RE REQUIRED TO DO will never book with this rip off company again

Was due to fly 8th April they keep fobbing me off and won’t call me back, they are now saying they can’t speak to me as I am not the lead passenger which I am I am shocked to be honest. They owe us £6762 I will never use them again after this. If there was some decent service I wouldn’t panick as much but I can’t rebook anywhere because of their terrible service. Chat - doesn’t work Calls you can’t get through and emails are full of rubbish. TT659549

Absolutely shocking. We are due to go on our holiday in two weeks time and have heard absolutely nothing from teletext holidays despite many emails and phone calls. I have always booked with teletext holidays but will not be anymore. There service is absolutely shocking at this worrying time. Tt761548

TT 760006 TT 760062 “Teletext holidays have stolen my money!!!! Holiday cancelled due to Covid-19, 2 months ago! They refused to give us a full refund and was very rude and aggressive on the phone when we called. They owe me and my family a refund of £740 and £660. I have clearly asked for a refund multiple times when I contacted them, but they just say no. I do not want a credit note, I want my money back. If you do not want to be fleeced by corporate thieves, avoid teletext holidays!! An unethical and unlawful company!!!”

I would give 0 stars if that was a possibility. Holiday cancelled due to Covid-19, 2 months ago! We understand this is a challenging time. We understand that lots of people have had their holiday cancelled. We didn't push for a refund, we waited like they asked us to. However, 2 months later and Teletext REFUSE to give us the refund that we are legally entitled to. They don't reply to emails. They just repeat themselves on Chat, Messenger & the phone. Same thing over and over again about how they will give us a 'partial credit voucher'. Due to their lack of customer service, and refusal to discuss this with us properly we have lost all trust in this company. Which is a shame because we have booked with them before. And, we where going to consider a credit voucher initially, but due to the lack of answers to our questions and bad customer service we decided to take the refund. Also. we where told that we could re-book for August, but when I asked what would happen if we couldn't go in August because of Covid, they said they would charge us to change it again!! Due to the fact none of us know when we can go anywhere, we thought refund would be best. We just want our money back. Which in their terms & conditions that they sent to us when we booked, we are entitled to. I know I am not the only one, there is a group on FB with hundreds of people all tying their best to get their money back, and getting nowhere. This is not a good way to run your business, we will remember how you treated us when all this is over, and we will never book with you again.

This is not a company, it is a racketeer outfit. They care about their customers they say. YOU come first they say. Well, they care about you so much that they refuse to obey the law and refund you your holiday money that you paid in good faith. They throw a voucher/credit note at you and tell you they can do nothing else. They refuse to answer your emails, your calls take hours to be answered before they fob you off with any excuse and hang up. Live chat...Ha Ha ha (Go Try) Facebook messenger will give you some great excuses for that voucher. They are refusing to pay people back while they wait to see if this virus situation worsens. If it does they will declare themselves bankrupt and pocket your money. They care not one tiny bit about any of their customers and the staff handing out the excuses will lose their jobs when this so called company do a runner. They are con artists. As if anyone would trust them by using that voucher. You should complain about them to trading standards and Which if they have ripped you off. I will never use them again as they have proved how vile and uncaring they are. They are selling holidays for June, Yes June, you know the June when nobody is allowed to go on holiday. Bad skunks, avoid

My niece booked with this company.first problem we were going to turkey.Thomas cook collapsed and teletext managed to get 11 of us another airline which was easyJet they wanted another £160.00 each for eleven people which we paid. Corona virus came and tried to claim all our money we had paid and more or less told me to go and get fucked. That is what was said by service centre in India. Terrible customer service. I hope at least they should be ashamed of yourselves and get prosecuted from fraud and theft.

My holiday was booked for the 12th April. It’s now 17th of May and Teletex holidays will not refund my £969. The airline has already refunded Teletex holidays for my flights and the hotel hasn’t yet been paid. Teletex holidays are holding 100% of MY money and have only offered to give me a credit note at the end of July, which is almost 4 months after my departure date. After I’ve received the credit not I can then apply for a possible refund providing Teletex holidays is still operational. They have no right to hold onto my money. I’m financially struggling due to the Coronavirus and cannot wait 4 months for my money.

Tt780390 horrible customer service, so rude, not helpful at all and they give you too many false hopes and lies just to get rid of you. Been waiting for concern team to call me ,Thomas called me Three weeks and made promisses and quarantined me to call me within a week and it's been weeksss. Sick n tired of it. Won't use Teletext no more.

Stolen my money. TT768030 £1498.00 Holiday 21st april-28th April Teletexts 2 weeks to provide a refund has elapsed. I have clearly asked for a refund, but they just say no. I do not want a credit note, I want my money back. Horrendous company, no customer service. Thieves!!!! Do yourself a favour don’t buy from them!!!
