THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY IN WORLD I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS. Payed for next day delivery 2 weeks on I have received nothing. I called for a refund and they refused and told me to call back in a week then they hang up the phone on me. Awful customer service and now not only am I left with no product I have been refused my refund unless I call back in a week. SAVE UR SELF AND DONT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

AWFUL company! They don’t refund you upon receipt of returned goods, instead they hold onto your money and advise you not to contact them otherwise you’ll go to “the back of the ticketing queue”! Consumers treated like a complete inconvenience. ATROCIOUS COMPANY!

Absolutely shocking experience and shoddy customer experience. Truro. SATURDAY 10TH Bought 5 items. Queued for 45 minutes. I item had 3 bar marks. None matched and it was our fault? 1 item was marked at a price and was higher when we got to Till. Low and behold our fault again! When I checked my receipt when I had paid, quess what? Price I paid was more than was on the shelf. Now when I am greeted with antagonist service I carry on but when I am accused of being awkward I call a manager. I ask for an explanation of why I have been charged more for an item than was displayed I am told trading standards have changed? I request a refund to my card and am asked for name, dob, post code etc. I refuse on gdpr grounds . Again aggression from manager who tells me he knows all about gdpr and wants my details to issue refund. For real? Seriously? You need to sort. I will never go to or recommend The Range.

This is a product review, Cotton fitted sheet and oxford pillowcases, 180 thread count. I'm not happy with the way they have washed, first wash before they even went on the bed and they look like some hippy dye job. Can't take them back as no longer have the packaging but won't buy from here again.

If I could put non I would DO NOT order from here disgusting customer service no communication constant lies about it being out for delivery never turning up awful awful service don't recommend will never order from the range again! Still not got my item a month late

I ordered 6 bottles of Right guard Anti-perspirant Roll-ball Total Defence 5, but received 6 Cans of Right Guard Invisible which I can not use because I have Chronic Lung Decease. I am un-able to use any spray cans. The Big Problem is I can not get through to anyone! I don't think they want you to get through to them! I paid for them using a credit card, so I will try to solve the problem for a few days more, and if no luck, I will speak to my bank. I live too far away from a store. I will post picture of the item I ordered and on the same photo one of the items I received.

Worst refund/return process I’ve ever experienced and poor quality product. I ordered double mattress which was completely different as one on the website, didn’t even fit on my bed cos it was too small. I sent the pictures over and requested a refund on 10th of August 2022. They said that courier will pick up the mattress and they will process the refund. Today is 07th of September 2022, nobody came to pick up the mattress. I’ve arranged 6 collections, 6!!!!! Each time courier didn’t show up. They won’t give you any ETA so you have to wait the whole day, 7am to 7pm. I wasted 6 days of my time! It’s a joke. Absolutely ridiculous company!!!!!

Review of The Range Derek Alcock 4 reviews GB Rated 1 out of 5 stars Updated 6 hours ago Verified New Hampshire corner suite… First corner suite arrived damaged sent back,after a lot of hassle. New suite sent week later. Put together all good. Opened table to assemble only to find BEIGE table to go with my GREY suite. Spent over 2hrs on the phone trying to get though to customer services to complain, no answer. Still trying to get though 3 days later. Apsolute terrible UPDATE Received email from head office saying they would look into my complaint on saturday,its now Wednesday ànd no more contact. Just spent another two hours over past two days trying to get through, finally got though today Wednesday. Explained what had happened and was offered another suite(3rd ). I offered to make a good suite out of the two,keep table from 1st suite and corner unit from 2nd. Was told by customer services on the phone no compensation available. So he wants me to take another suite down and send back and then have a new one delivered which i would have to assemble again. No chance. Hope to have sorted by next summer.lol

I can't even be bothered to go into detail. Please please please take it from me. DO NOT USE THEM TO ORDER ANYTHING. BORDERLINE CRIMINAL. I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY GET AWAY WITH IT. I have ordered twice from The Range, and I have to be honest I was really happy with their delivery time and condition of the furniture I purchased. I could not praise them enough to both family and friends……. Unfortunately my third order from them was ridiculous it arrived without any notice the screws to put the ottoman together was completely out of line so unable to put it together. After finally getting through to customer service and explaining what was wrong. They requested that I took photos or a recording of the issue download it and they will reply within 7 days!!!! I downloaded whist she was on the phone and was then allowed a return note only after she had watched my video. The rudest, unhelpful customer service I have ever experienced in my life! After it was returned I had to call again as my refund had not been processed to be told by a rude customer service agent that my goods had been received and was sitting in their warehouse, and doesn’t understand why it hadn’t been processed but told me I still have to wait the stated time for my refund. Please stay clear of this disgusting company. I will never buy from them again.

the worst, brought a sofa for £1050, waited 4 months and never arrived, had to attentd the store three times losing a days money and then I get an email it was cancelled, then told basically its tough and sorry. Got our money back but thats besides the point, left without a sofa and in total 5 months of getting fobbed off. If you want to buy from them its up to you but be warned

Order arrived broken. I had paid for Express delivery. The Range are not prepared to refund the delivery cost. Totally out of order. Customer service takes days to respond too. Not impressed and won’t buy from them again!!

I ordered two folding chairs which arrived today. Unfortunately they were not suitable for the purpose we wanted. I rang up to ask how to return them. A very rude man told me to take them back to a store . The nearest store was too far away and he told me I would have to arrange collection myself and pay for it. The box is enormous and it will cost a fortune. He was not at all helpful and ended my conversation with”this conversation is going nowhere and I have customers waiting - Goodbye! Never had such unhelpful and rude customer service.

Can not give zero stars. Ordered curtains on line not recieved.spoke to customer service to cancel. I was told it would take a day. A week later nothing. Disgusting service and criminal.

one star is one too many! company is a joke. i asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they arent customer facing!!! lady on phone just hung up on me and emails slow and frustrating! i was advised i would get a replacement unit as the one they delivered had various issues now i am told i shouldnt have thrown away original unit as they had just requested one from supplyer and 2 months later told it was no!! madness!!

The worst customer service I’ve ever seen and dealt with!!!! I have ordered a wardrobe and it came twice damaged!!! I’ve been waiting 4 months and The range did provide a replacement or a refund!! When I call customer service, they listen to what I’m saying then they close the line without even saying something!!! The worst ever!!

Order some garden trellis online for saturday service paying £9.95 on 26th August.. still waiting for it! numerous calls, no call backs and attempting contact again to be put through to another department still queuing 30mins later..cancel and refund my order.

I went to the Range store in Taunton, looked around and decided to purchase various garden furniture. I spoke to a worker there who on my behalf ordered via their computer and I paid and left the store looking forward to receiving my garden furniture in the near future. However when it arrived I immediately noticed that the wrong table had been delivered and told the delivery drivers who informed me that they couldn't do anything about it and to contact the store. This I did immediately, I was told that I couldn't return the still boxed up table to them and would have to physically drive to their store in Taunton ( I live in North Devon ) in order to arrange a collection, it appears it couldn't be done via online as the original order was done in store. The shop worker had put the wrong item number unbeknownst to me.I had to drive there again and go to customer services where a member of staff arranged a collection,and was told that as soon as it has been collected I could come and get a refund the same day. The table was collected, I was given a receipt showing proof it had been collected. I called the Taunton store to tell them that its been collected and I was having to drive to them again to get my refund. The manager then informed me the staff member had wrongly informed me about the refund process and I was told I had to wait until the delivery company dispatched the table to a warehouse which could take about a week or so before I could get my money back. I was furious. The range had taken my money and table yet not able to refund me despite proof that I no longer had the table. I waited a week, called Taunton store back to be informed that nothing was showing on their system. In desperation I called the range headquarters and spoke twice to them who were really helpful and said they had received the table back and I was able to once again drive to Taunton range store and get my money back. I drove there and met the most unhelpful rude manager, she didn't believe the official receipt given to me by the collection service, nor the emails on my phone and then phoned headquarters directly in front of me , her attitude was of a couldn't care less about me , she looked a fool when headquarters told her to immediately refund me which she reluctantly did. Her attitude was disgusting towards a customer who had spent over £ 1500,00 in the store. I also asked her how long is the guarantee on garden furniture, she said its only 6 months with the range, after 6 months it apparently is up to the customer to take up complaints with the supplier not the range. Had I known this I would never have purchased anything from them. To sum up , I did eventually get my refund, it was extremely stressful and time consuming especially as I had to make several long 100 mile round trips, expensive petrol and time wasted. I am grateful to headquarters for finally helping me but I will never buy anything from The Range again. The staff that served me in the Taunton store especially the manageress are rude and do not give a damm about their customers. Never again will I buy from them. Even giving a rating of 1 star is too high for the lack of customer care shown by them.

I ordered ottoman bed. They sent me a normal bed after charging me full price. Then when I asked for this to be fixed they said I need to contact comfy living ltd who then tell me I need to contact the range. I literally got robbed. No one is helping me. Never again.
