Terrible customer service item 8 weeks late no compassion or compensation overseas cusmstomer service say that is how it is if don't like don't shop here avoid

Why is it impossible to contact Chief Exec,MD or customer service director by e mail direct as this seems to be common policy with majority of Companies

Total disregard for the customer needs. When making an order via your website, you have a section called "Delivery instructions". It would be good if you actually read it. My partner made an order for £300 and asked explicitly to be contacted in order to arrange a delivery date. You didn't do that and instead went ahead dispatching part of the order to DHL who then dumped it on the street while we were not at the property.

AVOID.....If I could give zero I would, appalling service, ordered a cream parasol, arrived after the date provided, once opened i noticed a dirty oily mark, I emailed the range on the 16th June, since then I've had 1 email response 8 days after I contacted them, asking for photos which I had already sent, I decided to call the number provided & after waiting almost 50 minutes a very rude woman answered who clearly wasn't interested as this item came from this trusted partner, I have sent 3 further emails in the last few days & yes I'm still waiting for someone to contact me to arrange collection. No recommendations here stay well away....

Horrible experience! Ordered La Hacienda Chimenea for next day delivery. Not received, rang the 2 days later, they didn't know what happened, left me to wait, no estimate of how long. A week after rang them again, the item returned to them as it was damaged in transit. Nobody bothered to inform me, no message, no email. They offered a replacement, but hey.. we don't have it in stock, sorry.. Really??? Maybe you would have if you know how to perform your duties! What a rubish company!

Decided that the patio parasol I ordered online was too big and asked for a collection and refund using the online form. I was totally ignored on each occasion. They don't answer the phone either. In the end I sold it privately but I will never shop at The Range again . Trading standards need to investigate them.

I'm hiring a solicitor because rang stores all across the uk are fraudsters. I got my £1,020 back for garden furniture not recieved because I wouldn't leave the store in wakefield without it. I really feel for everyone who has not been REFUNDED by these set of imbaciles. They'll wish they never messed with me. I also want an apologie in writing from them. AND I'LL GET IT.

The range has the correct name cowboys as manager as I johnithan in paisley store I wanted the Monty carlo fire pit patio set was advised to order the table and the chairs would follow returned to the shop on Saterday asked could I buy the display chairs was told it wasent there policy to sell display stock went back in today and low and behold they had sold the display chairs then I get to speak to the cowboy Johnathan and the lies just fell out his mouth now I am left with a table with no chairs so dont buy patio furniture from the range

Ordered a New Hampshire Garden Set in March, paid £1500.00, was told delivery would be beginning of July, received an email saying it would then be September and now another one today saying it will now be October (just in time for the winter!!!) absolutely fuming as they still have this for sale on their website with a delivery date for September. Will definitely not be buying anything from The Range again and I know from other peoples reviews I’m not the only one Absolutely terrible service

ANYONE READING THIS AND HAVING PROBLEMS GETTING A REFUND. GO TO THE STORE. STAND YOUR GROUND. EXPLAIN WHY YOUR THERE AND DON'T LEAVE WITHOUT A FULL REFUND. I GOT OVER £1000 REFUNDED AFTER THEY DIDN'T DELIVER MY GARDEN FURNITURE AFTER WAITING 3 MONTHS. NO WAY WAS I LEAVING THAT WAKEFIELD STORE WITHOUT MY MONEY . YOU DONT DESERVE CUSTOMERS RANGE. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES. YOU SHOULD RENAME YOURSELF ROBIN HOOD STORE. IF YOUR CUSTOMERS BEHAVED IN THAT MANNER WE WOULD BE PROSECUTED. SHAME ON YOU.

I should have realised low cost means low quality. Purchased a set of blinds before Christmas and was very happy to start with. However now summer is here they have melted and sag in the middle. Because it's just over 6 months since purchase, the range want me to "hire an independent tradesmen to write them a report on why the blinds are defective"... For blinds that you can clearly see have melted! Hiding behind distance selling regulations and not using common sense is the very definition of poor customer service

received an order that I waited 3 -4 weeks for. arrived in a heavily damaged box, hence the contents of the box were also damaged. Tried calling customer services. While I am typing this review, I am 45 mins into the call which still has not been answered

Refund? Its almost been a month and im having to call on a daily basis to hear the same answer "we will take to manager" this mythical creature is someone that doesnt take calls or make them. I doubt i will get my money back. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered something from the range online in March. Estimated delivery date was beginning of June. Waited three months for the item to not arrive. Have since called back every week for 5 weeks and have been told the same thing repeatedly ‘ expect a call back from our trusted supplier ‘ of course have never received a call back. Just want to know when my item MIGHT be arriving. On calling the range today they said that their ‘ trusted ‘ supplier have not got back to them.. FOR FIVE WEEKS. And to top it off to cancel my delivery I have to go through the range to go through their ‘ not so trusted supplier ‘ that does not respond to any request. DO NOT ORDER FROM THE RANGE ONLINE.

Truly truly shocking, will never purchase anything from this store ever again. Its pointless me adding further comment and can't really add anything that hasn't already been mentioned. Never again but made a great decision using Klarna on this one as the fight is now between them.. W4008869

Do not order from the The Range the trusted partner that sells this item can not be gotten hold of! I order this item waited two months for delivery, so I canceled my order it then turned up at my house so following the range instructions I refused the order it turned up again three days later. This was 6 weeks ago and they still have not given me my money back! Every time I call they make sense and are so un helpful. They have no manager or complaints department to talk. please do not waste your money with this awful company!

Ordered garden furniture on 8th March, for delivery 6th April. End of April, heard nothing and when I called they said it was delayed to 30th June. Mid June I called and they said the container has arrived and I received an email for delivery 25th June - I was so excited and then woke up the next day to another email saying it is now delayed to Sept 30th!!!! So difficult to find garden furniture now. I had so much pick when ordering in March but thought I would go with a reputable company rather than a website I hadn't heard of. They've got my £1000 though!!!! AWFUL. On top of this - non existent customer service. Not even an email address to write to.
