A fraudulent service you run. You take orders online that you cant possibly deliver on time. 45 minutes on hold to customer services just to be told its the suppliers fault. The range took our money for the orders so then its the ranges problem. 7 days i am giving you for the delivery or a full refund iff not then i will ring trading standards. I cant understand how a company who relies on customers to operate as a buisness can have so many negative reviews and do nothing about it.

I ordered a granite Base and 2 different Sun parasols. DHL delivered 2 packages containing 1 base but only 1 parasol. DHL checked and said to ring The Range. I have tried a dozen times, hanging on several minutes but cannot get through - nothing but messages and music! I CANNOT SPEAK TO ANYONE TO REPORT THIS TO GET MY FULL ORDER OR MONEY BACK! Dreadful customer service :(

Ordered chest of drawers and 2 bedside tables, both expected delivery on a Thursday. Thursday came and I heard nothing, tried ringing the customer service line (which is a joke since it seems no one wants to answer), but then saw a bit on their website to say give an extra 7 days for delays then contact, so thought ok. Next morning received email saying part of my order was dispatched and would be delivered within next 7 days (no specific date, just a 7 day window to wait)- but 2 hours later it was there! 7 days after the original delivery date I had still no sign of the second part of my order, so tried calling again and have up waiting being on hold with no wait time or return call option, so went to the store to see if they could help, they can't! They can't deal with any online orders (fair enough) and the only number they have (apparently) is the same I had tried, although they gave me an email address to contact them. Once home I emailed, this was over a week ago and still no reply!!! 11 days after the original delivery date, the second half of my order arrived without any notification or anything (luckily it was just before I left for work) and guess what? It was faulty - it was a 6 drawer black chest of drawers and the parts damaged were both sides, the top, 3 legs and 3 drawers (pretty much all the parts visible). Once again I had to try calling and this time I clicked the damaged option on the call, I had to send pictures of the damaged parts to the email they read out and call back 2 hours later. Surprise surprise the email address kept bouncing back as invalid so would not send!! Eventually found a live chat link where I could talk to someone (after about 20 minute wait) and the outcome is they don't do full exchanges (since the main bulk of the unit is faulty) only parts direct from the supplier or a colleçtion and refund!! Have to say on the whole I will never buy furniture again from here because the service or massive lack of, is atrocious!! I don't think I would be as annoyed if they were to actually communicate with customers, instead of having the attitude of now we've got your money we couldn't care less what happens next and were going to make sure as hell they can't reach anyone who can help them either!! IF THERE WAS AN OPTION FOR 0 STARS I WOULD MARK IT AS THAT!

Order delivered incomplete, cannot get through to what they laughingly call their "Customer Service Help Centre"...tried several times, waited on the phone for 45 mins, then next day for 1 hour 15 mins....never got through....will never use again

Long story short - I have rang up 4 times to wait over an hour each time before speaking to customer service, the waiting music is enough to drive anyone insane, and each time I spoke to someone nothing was resolved. Longer version - Ordered a desk, estimated delivery date 3 weeks, perfect as moving to a new property in 2 weeks. After 1 week I get an email saying it was being delivered the next day. Logistics company couldn't rearrange so phoned The Range. They contacted them to stop the delivery and redeliver when moved to the new property. Next day the logistics company said they attempted to deliver it and need to rearrange delivery via The Range. Attempt 2, called customer service (1hr 30 on hold), they said not to worry it would be delivered on the day I move into the property. I move into the property expecting desk to be delivered, nothing. Next day receive an email that they received my returned desk and will be processing a refund. Attempt 3, phoned customer service (1hr15 on hold), they couldn't work out what had happened so said I needed to reorder to product. Glad I waited for that advice. Desk number 2 has now not been delivered on time, courier can't provide tracking information for some reason so I need to speak to Range customer service. Attempt 4, 1hr 5 on hold, told it should be there after the weekend. Needed the desk 5 days ago. I understand that I have got to take into consideration the impact on the ongoing pandemic, so the logistics company issues I can live with, 2 stars as customer service waiting time is way to long and they have failed constantly to solve anything. If the desk is damaged when/if it finally arrives I might have a mental breakdown.

Ordered hundreds of pounds worth of furniture, it’s never arrived. I was told it’s not their fault as it’s with the courier company. The courier company have closed there phone lines and don’t respond to emails. I’m not living in a home with no furniture and my money is gone! They refuse to help me. Stay away from this company.

Ordered a TV chair online, was given 2nd June as expected delivery. On 1st June XPD sent me an email to say they had attempted a delivery and that a card to reschedule had been put through the door. Problem is, it wasn't my door but a random door down the road, saw it on the tracker app. Changed delivery to 2nd and 3rd June, waited in all day, nothing arrived. Cannot contact delivery firm, they tell you to contact your supplier, we have spent several hours since 1st June trying to get through to The Range Customer Services. Sent 5 emails to them and just get an automatic one back to ask me to call. This and being on lock down for 11 weeks is depressing me, I am crying everyday with frustration and still no chair. Have now emailed to cancel my order and tried ringing to cancel with no one answering after 20 mins,. What more can I do!!! I want my refund now because as usual the money has left my account, yesterday I drove 20 miles to the store local to me and they could not help. My dispute is with the delivery company XPD and not them so that was a total waste of my time. Will never order anything from The Range again.

Bought a plant from here 1 week ago at £18.00 . This week it looks dead so went to customer service with pictures and receipt after 3 members of staff come to speak to me was told they can't do refund or exchange because it would of been alive when I bought it last week shocking cust service won't shop here again very annoyed

I ordered two photo frames from The Range, which both arrived damaged. Since then I have tried to contact the range over 10 times by phone and 5 times by email and I cannot get a reply. I have tried to leave reviews on their website of the individual products and I believe they won't post them as it says "Thank you for leaving this review. It is currently pending moderation." DO NOT buy anything from this company. The Range is terrible.

A two seater chair bought as a present has broken after 18 months. Email contact is impossible hence 12 calls to customer services. Each time on hold for 20 minutes with no queuing system information to let you know that they are actually answering calls and I still have not managed to speak to customer services after trying over a period of a month. Seems customer service is non-existent.

0 stars. Awful customer service. Can never get threw to them been on phone for over a hour and half still no answer. I want to cancel my order as I havent recieved it and it's been nearly 3 weeks when was told within 7 days. I'll let you in for a secret I used to work at a prison in Stafford. The range employ the prison service to do all the packing of small items like screws and nuts and bolts etc. Now Stafford hmp is a sex offenders jail so next time you pick up a pack of screws or bolts etc. Just think where they have been. Avoid

Staff no adhering to social distancing at checkouts no monitoring of the que when paying ...you get abused by staff when you speak up that they are allowing que jumpers breaking the 2 metre rule taped up on their floor. Totally disregarding social distancing rules the law on opening up during covid period to keep their customers safe . I can understand why the have the reputation of the worst shop in chesterfield I so agree after my experience. If I could have given minus scores I would

If I could give a zero score I would for the chesterfield range store ..no social distancing being monitored at checkouts..staff rude and aggressive when you complain they are letting people que jump breaking the 2 metre rule in the que for customers doing their but adhering to it ! Clearly the Range are not interested keeping Customers safe long as they get your money and clearly they think they dont have to adhere to social distancing laws ..so if covid breaks for the second bout blame the range as clearly they are flounting the rules to obtain a sale

Product was broken on arrival - multiple hours on hold for the call system to then fall over. Cost of my time and phone bill now outweighs the refund cost... Do not do it...

Ordered a firepit table & chairs £2300 on 15 May was told would be delivered on 20/22 May stayed in 3days never heard a thing . Phoned the contact number on the Saturday after an hour on the phone waiting was told just they would chase it up heard nothing. Live chat on Monday with Wayne told not a lot he could do so decided to cancel with him & was told I would receive an email in 2days nothing again so started another chat on Wednesday with Ben was told he cannot do anything only send another email to whoever & more or less tough I asked could you phone them told no too busy . So still nothing all weekend so Monday on the phone waited another hour to be told the same . What I don’t understand is I ordered with Range so Range should give me my money back I didn’t order with another company so don’t know why I have to wait to hear from another place to say I can have my refund it should be Range . Terrible service avoid if possible I think there good on small things not big. Such a shame as I use Range a lot but not anymore & customer service terrible .

Ordered a garden Chimnea on the 5th of may. £120 taken from my account and was estimated delivery of the 19th of may. The delivery date came and went. No contact from the range, tried phoning and was on hold for 30 minutes before I hung up. Checked my range account, says processing. Spoke to the live chat people on the 26th and asked what was going on. The person on the other end told me, that my order was still at there supplier and they couldn’t get hold of them so there was nothing they could do. The 27th I get a text from a panther saying they’ll drop my order off between 11 and 1 on the 28th. I received a text in the 28th saying my order was next, should be there at 7am, this was 8am. Then another text saying they couldn’t deliver my order as they hadn’t received it. Went back to the live chat and told the guy to cancel my order and I want a full refund. He said that’s fine. Asked how long it would take, told me 14 days. Checked my account this morning and it’s still processing. Absolute bunch of con artists, anyone else that had done this would have the police at there door for fraud. I’ve contacted trading standards as instructed by the citizens advice. Will never spend a penny in this shop again.

Don't shop here if you're items don't turn up they will take your money but will not help you locate them. Customer service just fob you off and you may never receive your paid for items. I will be spreading on social media as much as possible not to buy online as I don't want others having the same terrible experience I have.

Finally received my delivery only for the box to be ripped to bits, and i nean bits! Chair inside has been respray shortly over RUSTY METAL work. Chipped paint off chair in multiple place. Emailed only to receive standard reply..... phone us... knowing full well many people don't allow 0345 phone calls due to the price. After phoning 30 times and no joy i fave up. Wish i had checked fb first as you are slated on there for shoking service.

If I could give a minus 5 star I would!! Utterly disgusting company to try and get hold off your customer service department... Online is a no go and twice I’ve got through on the phone after being on hold for over an hour at 0345 costs on my mobile!! Both times you promised to email me back within 48 hours and both times no email received!! My order that you quickly took the money for is still not in my property which to me amounts to theft!!!! Would never use your company again, I’ve never known such a terrible company in all my life.... The biggest thing is that the mirror is for my autistic daughter, how is she going to understand what you have done when all she wants is THAT mirror 😡
