Rude arrogant service ! Ruined my sons birthday party due to you sending damaged goods and no instructions and now cant get nothing sorted till the 31st Aug. Then to be spoken to like dirt If i could give this disgraceful store 0 star i would. I ordered a bbq grill. Paid £109 to receive it with no instructions and rust damage. Called customer service to get a arrogant nasty boy thinking he is a big man. I have 30 people coming over for a bbq and they cant do nothing till the 31st. Worse thing i ordered it online. The disgusting behaviour from this so called online store. So no i have no bbq no time to rush out to get another. Dirty players dont buy from them. Cheap tacky stuff. When i called them they cant even send me no instructions via email. Basically told me to do one in so many words. I asked to speak to a manager, the arrogant boy refused and stated they dont have managers. Well done The Range in your disgusting customer service

Bought an item was no price on shelf. Was stickers on each item. Got to till abs item was more then sticker price. Something about when item transit if prices change. What a poor response. Was only a few pounds but still surely like most retailer if the price says something different they honour it. Don't care if its £2 or or £5difference. Other items were the same. To stand in a queue for ages and then not honour the sticker price. Nect day walked in there on way to work and still the sticker price.

They clearly can’t use simple maths or understand their own signage …so I went into the Range in Lincoln ( valentine retail park ) , they had a huge yellow sigh stating 50% of ALL clothing , so we took several items to the checkout and proceeded to pay . As we went outside I looked at the receipt , out of 10 items purchased one item didn’t show a 50% saving . Went back into the store , saw the Customer Service person , she rang someone and said that that item was already discontinued. The price tag showed two price ..£24.99 and £19.99 the later being on a yellow sticker . I said that the sigh says 50% off the marked item price , therefore the price should be £9.98 , she called a manager , oh dear what a state life has become when this so called manager appeared, very rude , very abrupt but above all clearly can’t add up . Her words ..the price should be £24.99 and therefore it’s 50% off that price , I pointed out that 50% of £24.99 isn’t £19.99 so the price I should be paying is either £12:50 or £9:98 …she argued that the price is £19:99 and very rudely said that she wouldn’t or couldn’t change what I’d been charged , even refused to refund the £19:99. It took me to threaten trading standards before she finally refunded the item … The retail trade in the country are complaining about the lack of business , no wonder …The Range get you act together…it’s not hard to get things right and please teach your managers some basic maths ..

I could not be happier with my lovely new lamps. The Range offers so many wonderful items for the home, I could spend all day in the store!

Shocked at what I received tbh!I ordered two floating shower storage shelves ,cost £10 each plus £3.95 postage (white plastic) corner type .I suppose it’s partly my fault for not checking shelf size ,they are absolutely TINY (approx 8 inches wide at front widest part) Be lucky to fit one bottle of shampoo on them !If you saw them in the flesh (which you actually can’t as they are sent from a ‘partner ‘ supplier ) you wouldn’t pay even £2 each !What a blooming rip off !The weight is 400grams for total weight of the two products so should have cost about £1.50 to post (was in a flimsy tiny bit of cardboard) Disgusting!

Warning do not order online. I ordered a kayak that wasn’t delivered. I couldn’t get through to anyone on telephone tried numerous times. My Facebook post and messenger remain unanswered. I went to the local store and they offered to sell me another one as they had one in stock but refused to let me have one even though they could see mine had not been delivered. They then cancelled my online order on my behalf as I couldn’t do this online. Then I received an email saying I was responsible for returning the item and wouldn’t receive a refund untill they get it back. ! I Never had it and now £200 out of pocket. Waiting PayPal to sort. Nightmare company. None existent customer service and in store don’t want to know.

I went to The Range Boucher Road to exchange a lamp shade. It was still in its original clear wrapping and was clearly unused. I had lifted a few cleaning products to buy in exchange for the lamp shade. When I went to Customer Services Desk and looked in my purse for receipt I couldn't find it. The lady wouldn't accept the exchange even though she could clearly see the item was still in its original wrapping and unused. She was very unhelpful and basically said " well I don't make the rules up" which I know is the case but she was very flippant and unapologetic. She wouldn't call the Manager either.People with such a sharp and abrupt manner certainly should not be behind a Customer Services desk. It's a pity because I like The Range products but today's experience has put me off going back there

Disgusting company delivered my wardrobe on a pallet and left on the drive in pouring rain didn’t need to sign as driver took picture jump in wagon and drove off. All the boxes where damaged I tried for over 4 hours to contact customer care with no reply sent numerous pictures of damaged boxes to customer help again no reply.after a week of no reply I decided I would put it together and low and behold it is a total wreck again I’ve been trying for nearly 3 weeks to contact the range to tell them I don’t want the item as it is clearly damaged again with supporting photos and AGAIN!!! No reply. I’ve been in contact with Klarna to tell them what’s happened as there is no way on earth I’m paying for the item I received. Please stay well clear of this company they clearly don’t give a rats about their customers I’ve contacted trading standards, watchdog and citizens advice I’ve never had an experience so bad ever of any company be warned avoid at all cost!!! In the questions below it asks how did you communicate with the company and how long did it take simple answer they haven’t and I’m still waiting 😡

My item has arrived damaged, I’ve spent 4.5 hours on hold to the customer care line and still haven’t got through, I’ve also registered with the online chat who said they would get back to me within 4 days, well it’s been 9 days and nothing. Absolutely disgusting customer service, the item arrived damaged all I want is replacement. I will be contacting both my bank to get a refund and trading standards next week.

On 21 Apr 21, I ordered and paid £159.99 for a RIO TILE TOP GARDEN TABLE from the Taunton Branch and I was dealt with very professionally - particularly the delivery process which was very effective; delayed due to Covid but that was not a problem. The problem was that after just a few weeks use on my patio (during mostly hot and scorching weather but with the odd rainy day), the table developed rust spots on the metal frame beneath the table top. I reported this to the Store of purchase and from then on everything went down hill on the communication front but I chased it like hell and forced a response which was; wait for it: they were unable to help because the instructions stated that the table needs to be covered when not in use! WHAT! A Patio Table? I cover my garden furniture (or store it in my garage for winter but who covers their garden kit every night or when raining? Simply not practical and a very weak excuse by the Retailer! The facts are quite simple; a patio table made for outside use should not develop rust after a few weeks outside from new!

What a terrible company to deal with !! It seems impossible to return items received damaged.Have been into the local store but they were unable to do anything for us but to supply a phone number which nobody answers. We have decided to learn from our mistake and never buy anything else from the Range again.!!! We also have decided not to waste anymore time trying to return the item but we will have it repaired at our own cost.Having read the reviews on actually getting a refund we will not to risk returning the item ending up being at least £75 pounds down plus cost of the return.

Please do not buy rattan sun loungers from this company as you will certainly wished you had just set light to your cash as that would have been more pleasurable to have done. As for returning goods via there partner service you have more chance of winning the lottery. I would not even recommend there online company to my worst enemy. Read the reviews on Trust Pilot as well.

This service is appalling. They keep you waiting on the phone for ages only to pass you to another department to keep you waiting again. If I were you, just spend your money elsewhere. This is an appalling and unprofessional business.

Horrendous experience, ordered a sofa after moving into our new flat, was told it would arrive last Tuesday. It is now the following Thursday, and we've spent the entire time chasing customer service who are in turn chasing the imbeciles at their third party delivery company who marked our sofa as 'delivered'. We received no notice of this, so assumed it was simply delayed, only found out it had supposedly been delivered when we called on Monday. On that day we were told a case had been opened with the delivery company and we'd hear back (and quote) "within a maximum of 48 hours." As I said, it's now Thursday. Even if they respond in the next two days we now won't have a sofa until well into next week if not after. They're playing games with people's time, money and wellbeing, this is one of the worst online retail experiences I've ever had, hands-down.
