I am so disappointed with the service that I received from the range. Hours of my life spent on old waiting for someone to pick up the phone to help me find the location of my missing delivery. I am appalled by this company and will never recommend this poor establishment.

Customer service is appalling, no answer to emails, and don't bother trying to phone them, they don't bother to answer the phones!! Ordered lots of things from them, but 1 was due for delivery much later than the rest, no problem until the delivery date passes and no order received! Still waiting for someone to get back to me after saying they'd "chase it up" FUMMING!!!

Ordered a new bed and only received half of it, after 3 weeks of myself and my partner calling them up (taking up to an hour to get through each time) and emailing various different advisors nothing has been done and I’ve had no updates, this is also after paying more for express delivery since we’d arranged for our old bed to be picked up on a certain day. I’m 8 months pregnant and currently sleeping on a mattress on the floor and no one seems to care. From what I’ve been told the other part of my order is sat in the warehouse and they need to send an email to the delivery company to pick it up. Seems easy enough so I’m not entirely sure why I’m still waiting and have absolutely no contact in the meantime. By the looks of other reviews it seems like this issue will never be resolved. I would never recommend this company to anyone and I wish I’d looked at the reviews before ordering.

Having problems returning a large item which is faulty, now on day 14 and only have 28 days to get it to the supplier yet can't get the return address/info from the Range. Can't get to speak to anyone, auto replies from the customer care team asking to allow 48 hours for reply - done that. This has put me off ordering from the Range when the item has to be returned to one of their 'trusted partners' and you can't take it back to a store.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever come across! We ordered and paid £1500 for garden furniture in March this year, told latest delivery would be June 3rd, we are still waiting!! We have visited store 3 times as it is impossible to get through to Customer Services 0345 number, left waiting 1.5hrs twice and still no answer!! Trying to telephone, speak to customer service is impossible and forget emails!! We have never known such bad customer service, it is NON EXISTENT! The Range are very happy to take your money and hold it their bank for 6 months while the customer is still waiting, do NOT order garden furniture ever from the Range if it is not in stock, we will never use this company again and hope they are NAMED & SHAMED in the papers!!

I am so disappointed that such a well known store treats people so bad! Ordered furniture for delivery, given 2 time slots then phone call to say delivery cancelled due to item being damaged. Haven't heard a word since about replacement or apology .. Ring head office no joy just told speak to customer services, tried for a week with no answer at all, e mailed but no reply. So bad that 2 weeks later and still no word!

i HAVE BEEN TRYING TO RETURN A GAZEBO FOR OVER A MONTH, CANNOT GET THROUGH ON PHONE, CANNOT GET A RESPONSE FROM EMAIL. THIS COMPANY IS A DISGRACE TO EVEN CALL IT CUSTOMER SERVICE, BECAUSE IT HAS NONE , ZILCH. HAVE BEEN IN TOUCH WITH TRADING STANDARDS, NOW PUT IT IN RESOLVER TO TRY AND GET MY MONEY BACK. BUT DO NOT DEAL WITH THE RANGE ONLINE. NIGHTMARE.

Couldnt get in touch via the phone, just plays a completely ridiculous tune and nobody ever answers, ive sent emails and msgs via fb msngr and no replies

Shocking customer service, trying to return an item to one of their ‘trusted partners’ and your either left hanging on the phone for hours or cut off!! Why is it so hard to return an item, most other companies let you do it online, either generating a returns label or sending you a barcode so that you can print a label off at a collection point. So frustrating!!

Shame I had to give 1 start because they deserve 0. The online business is hands down the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered. Ordered goods in April, now it's the end of July still not received, however since the beginning of July if I go back on to order the item I can get it within a week. Funnily enough the price has increased by £50. So it seems as if they're processing all the orders at the higher price while keeping the other orders on hold. I would have though this would be against the law?? Made a complaint 2 weeks ago and nothing has been done at all. Sent an update 2 days ago and you can probably guess the rest... Avoid ordering from the Range at all costs. Taking full payment with little intention of fulfilling within a reasonable timescale should be banned.

I really wish I had read reviews on here and other review websites for the Range …. I left a review on here yesterday and obviously like the rest of the poor reviews no comment from the range, however if you leave a 5* review a lady called Judy reply’s straight away … Go figure hay… It’s so bad I think people understand you buy from the range shop you can take anything back and get a refund or exchange, so yes good customer service thumbs up and all that… Buy on line and it’s a whole different story they take your money send you incomplete goods, then when you ring and yes wait over an hour for someone to answer your told not my department you have to speak to Trusted Partners where are large goods are dispatched from so they put you through and another hour on hold you get cut off, so you ring back a bit frustrated and guess what the range customer service put the phone down on you when they can’t give you an answer why the Trusted partners can’t answer, then you ring back again to speak to a manager and guess what the managers of customer service are only their to see the overall running of the office they don’t speak to customers I mean talk about a belly laugh down the phone oh I got cut off again. So yes you guessed it I ring back not realising the cost on my mobile £396 later “are you shocked” yes so was I, but guess what after ringing back I was cut off again… So I thought I’ll ring head off and guess what their was nothing they could do so when I asked is this place really toy town guess what I got cut off… So the moral of the story is please please please I now it’s cheaper the furniture than most on line stores but seriously read all reviews it’s not worth your mental state to buy from them. And JUDY who reply’s to the 5* reviews is really Pluto from Mickey Mouse in disguise.. The end 😡

I ordered a 9 piece rattan cube set from The Range. I box arrived , the following day box 2 arrived with an assurance from the delivery driver the final box would arrive 26/07/2021. I am still waiting !!!!! I have sent emails which to date remain unanswered. At this stage I am angry and disappointed.

If you like having your money taken from you and not being able to get a refund, being on hold for hours to speak to customer services, ordering a product and having a stressful time processing a refund… then this is the company for you! I ordered a product on July 6th and no longer required the product. I rang customer services to arrange a return/refund. I was on hold for an hour to be told, someone will contact me to arrange a collection to start the refund process…. Two weeks later still waiting. Rang them back today for them to say they don’t deal with ‘Trust Partner’ orders, I need to contact a different department, I was on hold for two hours waiting to speak to the relevant team. Then I gave up. Avoid avoid avoid!!! I will be sticking with Amazon from now on.

What a shambles. Do not buy anything that has to come from Trusted Partners. I have bought garden furniture that is to big. After a week and half of being on hold for nearly 2 hours then my phone cuts off to be told by the Range customer service “Their is nothing we can do you need to speak to trusted partners” ( which am begining to think they don’t exists and really it’s toy town run by Mickey Mouse) so every day I ring and yes I get through to the range customer service but they can not help because the items come from “Trusted partners”. Who never pick up your call after being on hold for 2 hours , so you ring back because your frustrated and want your items returned, but nope you end up talking to people who all say the same thing “ we can’t help you”. And to top it off try and speak to a manager and your told “ am sorry managers and supervisors don’t speak to customers there just here to over see the running of the office” yip what a crock of **** . So my advice DO NOT BUY ANY BIG GOODS FROM THE RANGE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE NO ONE HAS ANSWERS ON HOW TO RESOLVE A SITUATION LIKE THIS ITS A JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!

Delivered by Tuffnells. Box damaged and some two pieces of garden furniture were damaged. Tried calling the Range but it just rang out for nearly half an hour. Emailed my complaint along with pictures, one week later and still nothing. Do not buy from anything from this company. An absolute disgrace. If I could have given zero or minus stars I would have.

Recently bought garden furniture which when it arrived I was pleased with however after 2 months it now looks like it’s about to collapse . I will say it’s hardly been used and I’m not exactly a massive over weight person but one of the sofas has sagged so badly I’m actually afraid to sit on it !! There is absolutely no support on the seat at all which is why it’s sagging .,. It seems a very difficult process to contact the range with a complaint so sadly this review was the only way I could think of to contact them !!

As usual there was a massive queue in the shop and when asked if anyone could come on the till we were told no you will have to wait .. Customer service is not the best at the Benton store .. Went elsewhere and bought the same thing .. Same the Range lost £70 .. Do they care .. NO

Ordered a large heavy mirror online which although packed well arrived completely smashed to bits. I have spent hours on the phone to customer services but no answer, phoned the store several times over the last two days to try to arrange a collection but still no answer. I've emailed 3 times with no reply so I'm quiet fed up as you can imagine. What do you have to do to get any kind of response other than go to the store? Now I am really p+++ed off. I went to the store and explained all the problems ie my many unanswered phone calls & emails ect but was told the store cannot do anything about arranging collection and told I have to contact customer services, I wont tell you what my reply was...they said the only other option is to take it to the store. When I said I could do that as it's to big and very heavy wouldn't fit in my car I was told to hire a van...I don't usually swear but FFS

Do not order anything from their trusted partners. It was a bulky delivery and it came days earli8er than advertised so we werent expected it. Wrong size item sent (with a defect, too) delivered and it's been blocking my hallway for a month as it doesnt fit. No contact number or escalation process - the people on the standard phone returns line say they literally can't do anything until the trusted partner team pick up their emails. Have contacted head office also with a complaint but no reply. Also left feedback on the 'post call feedback mechanism' and no reply to that either. Avoid at all costs.
