Review of Thrillophilia's Kuari Pass Trek: A Nightmare Experience (They Disabled My Review Links!) If you’re planning to book a trek with Thrillophilia, think again. My Kuari Pass trek with them was a disaster, and to make things worse, they disabled my review links on my Thrillophilia profile after logging in—clearly, they don't want genuine feedback to surface. Here’s why you should avoid them: Pushy Sales, Zero Support After Payment: Their sales team floods your WhatsApp with messages, pressuring you to make the payment the same day. But after the payment is done, they stop responding to your queries entirely. Outsourced Treks at Higher Prices: Thrillophilia is not even the actual trek operator. They handed over our trek to a local company, Parvat Exploration, and charged ₹2,000 more than what others paid for direct bookings with the same company. Despite paying extra, there were no special arrangements or added value for booking through Thrillophilia. False Promises About Accommodation: I was promised a single room, but we were crammed into dormitories in freezing December, with no hot water for drinking or bathing. Substandard Food Arrangements: The food provided was so limited that we had to buy our meals from outside. To add insult to injury, my water bottle was stolen from their kitchen, where they asked us to keep it for refilling. Arrogant and Unresponsive Ground Operators: The ground operators Thrillophilia works with are rude, dismissive, and couldn’t care less about resolving any of your issues during the trek. Nonexistent Customer Support: Thrillophilia’s customer care promises a response within an hour, but they don’t even bother answering calls. Dangerously Understaffed Groups: There were only two trek leaders for a group of 60–65 people. They didn’t monitor the group’s safety and simply walked ahead, leaving us to manage on our own. Unprofessional Trek Leaders: The trek leaders were shockingly unprofessional, smoking throughout the trek and drinking alcohol at campsites. Worse, no trek leader was assigned for the descent, leaving us unguided. No Safety Gear Provided: Despite slippery snow, we weren’t provided with crampons, even though other trekking groups had them. This put everyone’s safety at serious risk. Final Warning: Thrillophilia charges a premium for a subpar, outsourced service and disables reviews to hide negative feedback. I had a very disappointing experience with this travel agency. Although the company has positive reviews and high ratings, I now suspect some of these might be manipulated. My experience was frustrating from the start. We had to constantly call and email them for assistance, and their initial responses were misleading. They assured us that everything would be fine without checking with their team to confirm whether it was even feasible. One of our friends was in Canada, and after repeatedly asking if there would be any issues with her Singapore visa, they confirmed that it would be possible. However, after we made the payment, communication completely stopped, and they failed to help with the visa process, which was ultimately denied. Fortunately, we had proof of their earlier assurances, but it was incredibly stressful. The representative we dealt with, Salone, was particularly unresponsive and unprofessional. We were promised email updates, but these never came, and we ended up having to sort everything out ourselves. If we had to do everything on our own, we saw little point in paying for their services. Additionally, the trip was not as expected. Despite paying for travel charges, we were picked up and dropped off at inconvenient times because they were handling multiple groups. The whole experience caused unnecessary stress, and it wasn’t worth the money. I would advise caution when booking with this agency, especially if you're dealing with their sales representative, Salone. In my opinion, this was an incredibly frustrating experience and I wouldn't recommend them to others.

First of all I couldn’t able to download trip vouchers and I couldn’t able to contact cab driver too for one hour. Cab driver dropped me Novetel hotel at different place. Their support team don’t have clue what going on, asking me to wait 60 minutes to assist! Finally, I booked cab and reached on destiny. Very bad experience in the beginning of my holiday

We recently booked a 7-day Meghalaya trip through this company, hoping for a stress-free and relaxing vacation. Instead, the entire experience turned into a nightmare and gave us double the usual stress. The driver assigned to us was consistently rude, refusing to take us to main restaurants and ignoring our requests. Despite escalating the issue multiple times, the operators did nothing to address the situation. Shockingly, they even seemed to support the driver’s unprofessional behavior instead of resolving the problem. There was no guide provided for the trip, and the driver, who was supposed to guide us, completely failed to do so. Instead of enjoying the trip, some of us were forced to take on the responsibility of managing the group, constantly asking others to come on time and trying to keep things organized. Additionally, we had to pay all the entry fees ourselves, including hiring a trek guide for the Double Decker Root Bridge. This was unexpected and left us questioning what exactly was included in the package. If the package only covered stay and transport, then your company has completely failed to deliver on its promise of a hassle-free trip. All the hotels provided were in remote outskirts, at least 20 minutes or more from the main city. This completely ruined our plans to explore the city, especially during Christmas time when we had hoped to enjoy the festive atmosphere. This trip, which was supposed to help us relax, has left us more stressed than ever. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic service standards from both the driver and the operators is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable trip. Think twice before booking!

I was provided with top-notch service and they presented information that was very detailed and informative and they made me feel very confident in them because "" Mrs. Morris Meihua"" provided constant updates about the process and how to tackle the situation. Their approach is so multi-faceted they will cover all angles to retrieve your money. Probably the worst experience with a travel agency( that is what they call them). Do not go by the reviews and stars since they have manipulated it with fake information. The experience was so horrible where we had to constantly call them and email them to help. They gave fake information initially saying everything will be done without consulting their team to see if it was even possible. One of our friend was in Canada and even after asking repeatedly if there was an issue in filing her visa for Singapore( that is our package with this agency), they readily said its possible we can do it. The moment we paid them, they were not responsive and did not help at all. The visa process also did not go through and they denied that they ever said it was possible. Good thing we had proof but the representative was Salone for us and I have never dealt with a worst unprofessional human before her. They say they would email and never did. We had to get everything done on our own, if we had to do everything, there was no need for them to anything. The trip was also not great since they charged travel charges and we were picked up and dropped at odd times since there were multiple groups booked by them. The amount of stress we have incurred was not worth at all. They were the worst experience and I would say you should save yourself and never book with them. If you are talking to their sales team named Salone, please kindly talk or email and not be fooled by her words, she is a very big liar. If i could, i would give it zero stars.

Last night at 11.24 pm. I paid for a ticket for 12 people for December 11, but in my reservation it says October 28, which was yesterday, this is a ticket for a past period, which is simply absurd. How can you take money for a day that has already passed when I am in Europe and I need a reservation until December since I am 12,000 km away and the ticket you give me is for a period that has already passed and the zoo has already closed??? This is beyond absurd and criminal either refund me or correct the dates Otherwise I will seek my rights because this is extremely unprofessional and you are lying to people. I write emails all night and no one answers. How are you not ashamed

Wish I could give 0 stars. I had been on the worst vacation of my life. Their sales agent Jayesh only wanted that we book the tour through them. He called regularly when we were deciding amongst different agencies. But once we booked, he vanished completely. The tour was as it is very hectic and whenever we needed assistance, we were not given any sort of help. On the very first day, we had to pay €300 for a train that was supposed to be included. We did everything on our own as to how to go everywhere and at what time because even the timings weren’t mentioned in the itinerary. Still when we got stuck somewhere, NO HELP AT ALL. At the last day when we were so mentally and physically exhausted and we were just a little rude to their service agent Kaushlendra he just told us that we won’t book your transfer to the airport, even after we had already paid. Every penny spent on this trip hurts. TAKE THIS REVIEW VERY SERIOUSLY IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO USE THRILLOPHILIA.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Worst trip of my life. The sales agent Jayesh was clearly not knowledgeable, nor was his team. They sent us a package of ₹2,40,000 per person and told us that we would have to bear only food expenses but the very first travel we had to pay €300 because it was not included. We were given false statements about the inclusions. The service was also really poor, we were not given proper time guidelines in the itinerary, we had manage everything on our own and even we had called for assistance no proper reply was given and also no help was given. They gave us very poor hotels, none of them were above €100 per room. This trip could have been booked under ₹1,00,000, they clearly robbed us. In budapest, they gave us an apartment instead of a hotel where there were no services for cleaning or changing towels etc. Also, when they were denying any assistance and we were just a little rude their agent Kaushlendra told that we would not book your final day hotel transfer to the airport. THOSE WHO ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO USE THEIR SERVICES TAKE THIS REVIEW SERIOUSLY.

A BIG NO TO THESE COMPANY I have 100 of abusive words for these ppl but plz save yourself from these ppl They will say good words with you but as you do payment then there services will gradually go down to that extent that you have to beg to them for your ticket booking They did our last booking on the day of departure eveb though payment was done 1 month back They have ruined our dream trip of europe We booked europe tour with thrillophilla for 6 people from 17th April to 27April which includes Paris, Switzerland and Rome. They were supposed to provide us pickup transfer from Paris airport to our hotel at Paris as it was included in our tour package.But as our flight was delayed, we informed it our Guest experience officer Mr.Rifaquat before 4-5 hrs of arrival that our flight got delayed so please you ask driver to change pickup time as per new flight schedule. Our guest experience officer said that he would change it and would arrange pickup as per new flight schedule. On reaching to Paris airport ,there was no driver waiting for us and neither any alternative arrangement was there for our pick up transfer to hotel. When we called to our guest experience officer ,he told that now it was not possible to arrange transfer. He told us to go by ourselves and whatever expenditure would come will be refunded. So we arranged two taxis by ourselves and paid 200 Euros ..we also informed this to guest experience officer and he said that he will refund it back . Then on second day when we visited louvre museum in Paris our ticket booking was done wrongly .It was done as group ticket,as per louvre museum minimum 7 members are compulsory in a group for booking group tickets.I don't know if our guest experience officer knew this or not and he booked group ticket for 6 people.At museum they rejected that ticket and asked us to buy new individual tickets for that we spent 132 euros. Same thing was informed to guest experience officer .He gave same answered that He would refund back whatever we spent. As this group ticket was not valid, we asked guest experience officer to apply for refund from museum. He applied for refund and he got refund but still he didn't paid 132 euro to us.We timely informed about all this incidence to our guest experience officer during our tour. He gave assurance that he will refund our money within tour period but still no action has been taken. Now more than 10 months pass

Never again! This was my first and last time trying to use them. I booked two tickets to Q1 observation deck, for AUD 56. My card was showing pending status and Thrillophilia account was showing pending as well. About an hour later the tickets still didn't arrive. I tried contacting them by calling, sending a chat, and an email. No one replied. Finally I bought the tickets directly from Q1 and went up. About 3 hours later I got a WhatsApp message, asking how they could help me. I told them it was too late and ask them to cancel my order, which, BTW, has never came in.

We have experienced bad services in Kashmir trip. Read comments Dont waste your money and time When you pay money forget you will get any reimburse in any case. 1. Due to food problem with hotel food. All my family got sick after eating food. Due to food problem I cancelled my last day in srinagar and no money reimburse. 2..Srinagar hotel provided all mosquitoes were coming inside the room Due to window broken. 3.we booked hotel with buffet No buffet in dinner or breakfast. 4. No fruits or soup provided during the stay. 5.No buffet or they never ask customer what you like to eat. 6.Bad reimburse policy no return of money if you pay no return. Bad policy if service they provide is horrible bcoz of that ask them to return 1 day reimburse that i not utilise still no return. Beware of this policy.

Never use Thrillophilia as they're absolutely unreliable and misleading !! I had planned a Europe trip a few days back and had made hotel bookings via Thrillophilia considering they are the SME in this space and would be helpful, but had an absolutely terrible experience!!! 1. Bad Service : Their service is very sub-standard and the hotel options that were given to us were really bad. Some even lacked basic hygiene. 2. Misleading information: They gave us a B&B as hotel option in Naples. B&Bs are not hotels, they're small inns run by owners themselves . The one given to us had no basic cleanliness ( there were cockroaches and rats there, hot water kettle had mould growing in it, no elevator , no reception, etc). Because of this, an entire day of ours got wasted in an unknown location in trying to find another hotel + we had to make another hotel booking there leading to twice the monetary cost. We even ended up missing our planned activities due to this! When we raised this to Thrillophilia team, they refused to even acknowledge that there was any discrepancy in the service and kept on arguing about how they've already delivered good service. 3. Sub-standard hotel options: Our hotel in Venice was dark and dingy without adequate lighting and there were moulds on the room ceiling! Absolutely disgusting experience. We had a terrible experience with Thrillophilia and would not suggest anyone to use their service as they give misleading information which ultimately costs you time, money and energy and they don't really care about it.

I made a booking weeks in advance for Ghibli Park Japan tickets for our family. They said they will send the tickets on the day. We paid hundreds of dollars to pay for shinkansen to Nagoya from Tokyo and back. We have been emailing multiple times to support the day before and on the day asking for our tickets without any reply, they just ignored our emails. We waited at the gates of Ghibli Park with an infant in the heat of summer but no decency to reply any of our emails, no apology at all. Finally, they emailed vouchers at 3pm, park closes at 5pm. Vouchers that we need to search a convenient store for to redeem. We are already on our way back to Tokyo by then and was not able to use the tickets as we have already waited at the gates since 9am. We emailed to support multiple times again asking for a refund but they just kept saying they issued the tickets and that the case was resolved. We felt scammed by this company, they do not care at all about you. They just ruined a whole day of Japan trip, refused to refund everytime we send a complaint to support they kept saying the case is resolved. They are not commited to making things right at all. It was not a less than perfect experience, there was NO experience at all but they do not care as long as they got your money and delivered the tickets you can hardly use. What a scam.

Warning: Avoid Thrillophilia—A Complete Disaster! Booking tickets for Edinburgh Castle through Thrillophilia was the worst decision of our trip. The QR code they provided was outright rejected at the entrance, leaving us humiliated and unable to enter. When we contacted them, they arrogantly insisted the QR code was valid and repeatedly closed our support ticket without offering any real help. We wasted half a day in Edinburgh, and they refuse to acknowledge their mistake or issue a refund. This company is a scam—save yourself the frustration and money by booking elsewhere. Their so-called "customer service" is a joke!

Our experience with thrillophillia for BALI & MALAYSIA was hilarous and was a nighmare travelling with this company, no proper ground support, no proper transport arrangement,hotel booked for us was literaly not even 3 star level, all AC in apartments were not working, all kichenette appliances given but not working, as promised not crokery and utensils provided, they were such inhuman that they noy even stopped for lunch as we travelled total sightseeing with hunger, and also after request they not even took any cognizence about that also they provided non ac vehicle inspite we paid for good ac vehicle, no coordination betn thrillophillia and local ground staff, also after sales person does booking his resposibility finishes and there are lots of dept to follow, you get confused, all members Mr Jayvant, Mr Mefhanshu Miss Apoorva and local operation staff in bali were hopeless, we totally got cheated from this company, SO ITS MY REQUEST TO ALL TRAVELLERS DONT TRAVEL WITH THUS COMPANY, THUS COMPANY IS A CHEAT AND FRAUD COMPANY,
