When I say my complaint is ongoing with Transform, I mean it was submitted in Nov, and all that's happened so far is holding emails, and then their computers went down so they lost everyone's info... However, I do also have a known city newspaper onside, interested in this cowboy company-swings and roundabouts! **EVERYONE WITH A BAD EXPERIENCE - REPORT TO WAYCHDOG AND TRADING STANDARDS. WITH THE COLLATED INFO, SOMETHING CAN GET DONE!** My Surgery Day - Manchester Pines Hospital - 26th August 2020. I was told my surgery would be at 12pm, I was there for 11.30am. My partner and I had travelled by train, we don't drive. He couldn't join due to Covid restrictions, we said bye and off he went to kill time until he could come get me. I was signed in and shown up to the ward by a nice bloke, just after 12pm. I was shown my room, asked to shower with a certain soap, put on a gown, and I'd be picked up by a nurse shortly. And then that was it - Nothing. I was just left there... For 8 hours in total. The door had been closed, I was just in my 4 walls, left to wonder. I'd ring my partner periodically, concerned he was wandering solo around Manchester. Staff weren't communicating with me. Was I on a list? If I at least knew that, I could have planned around it. I'd pop my head out of the door, asking for info, and get told to wait in my room and someone would be sent. Every time I'd ask the nurses taking my vitals what was happening, they'd just shrug me off and tell me, "soon". It wasn't "soon". It was another 2, 3, 4 hours...until it was pushing 6pm. In came the surgeon himself, Dr Mahdi. Said I was next, gave me another cluster of paperwork to sign. He seemed flustered. The whole thing then, smelt like trying to squeeze extra surgeries in after the postponements due to Covid. It showed. But this was it - I was next. I let my partner know. It was dark now, and I was worried about him being in Manchester alone. He was furious at the staff's neglect. The anaesthetist came in for about 10 seconds, just to introduce himself, then disappeared. I now know that he was supposed to give me a full run down of what will happen before I went in to theatre. I even have the paperwork given by Transform, saying the topics he should've covered. Another 45mins further, Dr Mahdi appeared again, flustered, begging me to let another lady have her surgery first, she was "quite distressed". I said as long as this was still happening for me, I'd give my spot, despite being pretty distressed myself. He promised. Again I was left waiting, closer to 8pm now. None of the nurses cared about me crying in my doorway. They just carried on past me, like they saw this all of the time. Then, a new nurse walks in. Says I can't have my surgery today. It's too late, the staff are going home, it'd be unsafe to carry it out. Obviously I hit the roof, probably saying how unacceptable the whole ordeal had been. She told me to wait, and then disappeared. I stood in the doorway in tears, waiting like before, and some nurse that I had never seen before, walked past me, giggled, and told me to "chill". Unbelievable. Dr Mahdi then ran in, saying not to worry, he'd convinced a few staff to stay later, and that they can just about fit me in...What a mess. I just about managed to get my partner booked in to a hotel for the night. I guessed I was going to be too out-of-it for us to make it home. Of course, it would have been lovely to have actually heard that advice from one of the staff..! 😂 I had told at least 3 of them about my situation. I was told by nurse Jackie that I could have a refund for the hotel payment, as it shouldn't have happened. She gave me the ward telephone number. I've since left 3 voice mails and have never been called back. Out of all of this shambles, the one thing that did go well for me, has been the surgery itself. My new boobs are perfect. As for AFTERCARE..? I was told, right from the start, to be free to see the surgeon at 6weeks postsurgery, to see how I was healing. I was told at my 2-week dressing-change, that this might get pushed to 8 weeks, due to catching up after the lockdown... ...To this day? 5 MONTHS healed? Not. One. Phone. Call. Not a single phone call, from anyone, to see how I was. The cherry on top? It turns out that 1-2weeks post-surgery, specific breast massage is REALLY important, to prevent capsular contraction - NO ONE AT ANY POINT TOLD ME THIS. Not in the clinic appointments, not in the hospital... I found out on Google while I was looking up my own aftercare!! On the 4th attempt at Transform's diabolical phone lines, I finally got through to the clinic, to which their response was..."No one ever told you...?" I remember sitting at the initial consultation, the affirmation that all my aftercare would be included in the price. And just now, I've had a call, 5months healed, asking to sign off with the surgeon! I've declined to sign anything, until my complaint is resolved. There are so many bad reviews, but more unreported in the RealSelf and Mya forums. Avoid!

I booked a video consultation for breast augmentation on 3rd August 2020 and was told I would need to pay a £500.00 deposit before booking. I paid and had the consultation the following day - appalling surgeon and experience. I decided to cancel and requested a refund. I was told it would be processed. Nearly 2 months later and I still haven’t received it. Every time I call "no one can help me as it’s the accounts department but they will chase for me" been sending the same emails everyday to which I only get a response if it’s to threaten I am taking to a claims court. I’ve received some calls to say my refund has been processed and I will receive it by the end of the week, then I get another call the following week to say they need to take a reason for cancelling before they can process the refund. EVERYONE WHO IS IN THE SAME SITUATION, REPORT TO WATCHDOG & TRADING STANDARDS ONLINE. It’s free and will ensure something is done by this thieving company. I’ve since had my BA done with MYA and 4 weeks PO, fantastic company and a different standard of professionalism and communication than this atrocious service. Transform have contacted me today to let me know it’ll be issued mid October, which will be over 3 months. I’m not accepting this and going to small claims and the police for theft now.

Cancelled after a free consultation. They expected me to drive to Milton Keynes from Cardiff for the proper consultation and then have my surgery in Birmingham even though there is a branch in Cardiff? Cancelled and was told 28 days for my £500 deposit. 28 days has been and gone and a girl calls me and wants to know my reason for cancelling and tells me the money will be with me in 2 days. Still nothing! Have sent multiple emails to the patient advisor that took my money but she is not replying to me. Scam company don’t use them! Loads of bad reviews about their surgeries too.

Do not have anything to do with this company . I had a Tummy Tuck done by a Mr Khan who lied to me as to what he had done .Now I am having lots of problems where my stomach muscles have come apart after he said he had repaired them .Had I looked at Mr Khans reviews I wouldn't have let him anywhere near me .I wrote to Transform and said I was not happy and they said that everything was ok. This man should have been banned years ago.I would like my money returned so I can get a proper Clinic to put this botched job right . Mary D.

Absolute joke of a company & hospital! Back home after an 8 hour return journey Edinburgh to Manchester pines hospital to back home. From start to finish this company lacked communication between own staff, pines hospital & myself the customer. Having started off my consultation at Edinburgh clinic, then moved to Glasgow for pre-op not once communicated this would be the process. Overall I had 7 different advisors from transform not one untill 2 days before my OP could I honestly say I had someone direct to speak to. Constantly chasing Transform for information regarding my OP. Video call with surgeon arranged 3 days before OP this failed to happen at the time it was scheduled. After contacting 3 different people at transform, manager from Glasgow rearranged for later that night to happen ( another let down ) 22nd of July 2020 my OP appointment was 12pm I arrived 11:15, due to covid I had my tempture taken all was fine & asked to wait in seating area. 5 minutes later I was advised to go back to car & stay there until my covid results came back. These were taken at Glasgow clinic on Sunday 19th July 10.30am ( 4 days & the pines hospital still do not have results ) we sat in car calling the pines hospital two different numbers, Transform Glasgow no answer as if lines were off. Eventually after an hour we got through on the pines emergency hospital number to be advised the hospital manager will come & see us. He said there was an issue with recieving covid results back for myself & two others who were also waiting in cars. Graeme pines hospital manager advised the lab said he would have within 2.5hrs at 10.30am this morning. Due to past he was confident he would have by 2pm and update us then... We waited 2pm came & gone, I messaged Georgina Transform Glasgow clinic manager again keeping her up to date with what was going on, we called the emergency hosp line again at 14:17pm and the colleague at the hospital advised manager Graeme is still waiting on results & will be out once they are received. Needless to say I was emotional angry as Graeme did not keep to his word which was to inform us of an update at 2pm, I had not eaten since day before or had any water since 10am pre-op rules. We left at 14.30 to travel 4 hours by car back home as I felt so let down by Transform, the people in charge and Pines hospital. How could I honestly trust them with my procedure & life at this time when simple communication skills can't be followed. The organising of child care, 1 week off annual leave from work, my partner is self employed who had taken time off, the fuel for travel £120 all wasted!!! Simple communication could have resolved all this from start to finish. I waited over a month to be fully refunded and again I had to call and chase for this to happen. I hope no one else has to go through the emotions of worry, stress and absolute farce of what I have endured.

Posting this review everywhere so people can see it. I had a rhinoplasty hear over 3 years ago. I had no breathing problems before and now I do. My nose is too sloped and the tip is really upturned with bigger nostrils. I am having to go in for a revision with a different surgeon and clinic which will also require a graft to fix as too much cartilage was taken away. There was even a bbc documentary filmed last year about the clinic and surgeon and how bad they are, alot of other people have had rubbish surgery done here as well, so avoid at all cost!

I am 6 months post op breast augmentation I had my 6 months appointment at 5 months ! I had called them to say I wasn’t happy with the way the result was looking , I have large saggy breasts now with loose skin hanging and you can see the implant edge clearly and dimpling My review went well with Mr Khoda agreeing I needed a lift only to be told I’d have to pay another £4,500 ! I have argued this as my surgeon did not offer me an uplift at my consultation ! All he said was are you happy with your nipples? I replied yes as I didn’t understand what he meant , then he said he would give me anatomical implants as these are natural looking - he should have known I needed an uplift as well as he’s the professional surgeon and after paying over £6000 this should be rectified for free as these are not what I paid fir ! My mental health is going down as I’m left with a £6000 loan and absolutely awful results !!! Negligence is the only word I can say I should have been offered this at my consultation and I would have had it done together but now they want me to pay more I can’t afford to do thus ! All my calls are being ignored by Sam from Nottingham and no emails sent to me !

STAY WELL AWAY!! DON’T HAND YOUR MONEY OVER! I had surgery booked for the 15th April and due to the Coronavirus, Transform had to cancel the surgery as the hospitals will be used to cope with the crisis, which is completely understandable. I spoke to Sallie at Transform and she informed me that if I have a refund the procedures are all increasing and I would have to pay a lot more money when I go to book it again. I still requested that I would prefer to have the refund. Sallie said that’s absolutely fine and that I would get a full refund, minus £150.00 for the pre op and it would take up to 28 days for it to go into my bank account. I waited for the refund but never received it. I have now been informed that because TRANSFORM CANCELLED the operation, they are deducting 25% of my refund. They have over £6,400 of my money and they seem to be trying everything not to give my money back.

Had a rhinoplasty which turned out wonky. When returned my surgeon said it was not wonky and I could not believe he was lying through his teeth. Then I turned to nurses and i asked them if my nose is wonky and they all said no it was straight. Made me feel worthless and helpless. I know my nose is now wonky because of them! DO NOT GET A RHINOPLASTY WITH TRANSFORM

If I could give MINUS -5 stars I would. If you want to throw your money down the drain, choose Transform Clinic. I paid for 8 laser treatments. I am on the 6th now and seen 4 aestheticians. One left, one moved to a different location, another one left and we’ll see about the one I’m going to see next week. I should had finished my treatments last year but because they changed their personnel so many times, I had long gaps between treatments which affected my results. The clinic I used to go to, the Cornhill Clinic closed. The aesthetician promised to call me to inform me about the new location and to book an appointment but never happened. I received emails that my new clinic is Regent House clinic. I called to book an appointment, but they said the laser machine was broken. Therefore, another long wait between treatments. My first appointment to Regent House got cancelled with 5 minutes before my arrival (I don’t live in London, so it takes me more than an hour to get there). I managed to have my first treatment after a long time, only for the second one to be cancelled. Apparently, the aesthetician left, and they must check if someone works on Saturdays. It’s been 3 weeks since they promised to call me and again and no call from them. I’ve been calling every week on the past 3 weeks and now they say they can squeeze me in for an appointment but probably it will be only for half treatment because they don’t have enough time for me. Unbelievable!!! All these cancellations, huge gaps between treatments has caused me a huge emotional distress. Their lack of competence and professionalism is a disappointment! If you don’t want a lot of stress and headaches, DON’T CHOOSE TRANSFORM CLINIC!!!

If I could put 0 stars I would. I booked a consultation the week before and was told I could have the procedure performed there and then. My consultation was at 11:00am. I arrived at 10:55 and was not seen until 13:15. The receptionist sincerely apologised about the wait and I was very understanding as I know sometimes these things can happen. Eventually I went through to have my consultation which was quick and concise. The surgeon then told me before she would begin with the procedure I would need to go to reception and pay. And so I did. Just before I made the payment the surgeon asked me to wait and sit down. I heard her and the staff talk amongst themselves with faces of concern. I was then approached to be told that they couldn't perform the surgical procedure anymore as they just realised they didn't have the supplies in stock in order to do so. I remained calm and asked "so there is definitely no chance I can have it done today?" To which she said "no". They didn't say anything more, no rescheduling or anything so I just had to leave. Like many of the patients that come here seeking treatment for physical abnormalities, being rejected after the anticipation of receiving treatment can cause a huge amount of emotional distress. Transform really need to evaluate their massive lack of competence, organisation professionalism.

I came to the clinic in 2018 for a Breast uplift, I was told it would reduce the size of my breast from a DD/E to a big C little D which I was fine as the perfect size I wanted! It was explained to me with diagrams etc and to where my scars would be (around the nipple and an anchor under the breast) but wouldn’t be that visible with the natural bounce of the breast! I was told a 3.5 hour operation in Manchester with a nights stay I was happy with all the information! A friend was waiting for me to come back to the ward, I arrived Back over 8 hours later And was told it ran a lot over to which I now believe dodgy as I woke up with no boobs and a scar the full length of my body! On going back to the clinic for my dressings changed I voiced my concerns to be told it takes a while for the to settle even a year! I’m still am A cup and my scars are horrific, I feel like a boy and I’m so ashamed and embarrassed to be seen! This cost me over £7000 but that’s nothing compared how it’s made me feel
