The food I ordered caused me to become sick. That is not Uber Eats fault. However, when I contacted customer service, they blamed me for the error, suggesting that I did not include direction to omit pork. I did however, request the restaurant to omit pork. It’s clearly on the order, and I’m being refused a refund,

Horrible!! They want you to spend your money with them but they dont want to accept the Promotion that "THEY" send you. Which is dumb. Ans with that being said Ill never use their services. Ever again! From rides to food orders. Them nor door dash. Im good.

I had the absolute worst experience and will never use Uber eats again. I order an $86 dinner to be delivered and paid extra for priority. The driver pinged us that he was here and I sent my husband out to get the delivery and texted the driver that my husband was coming out and here is the pin….Once the driver saw I gave him the PIN number he took off and we never got our dinner. Uber eats has a very difficult customer service portal to navigate and there was no live number. I was very frustrated. The online app said because I gave the pin there will be no refund. I finally found a customer service number and they were unavailable til the next day. I have now spoken to them twice and no one is helping me with a refund because I gave the pin to the driver. The total charge was $100.11 that included a tip! 48 hours later I am beside myself. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company - but they had ONE JOB: DELIVER FOOD. Didn’t do it AND charged me. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. NO REFUND GIVEN!!!!

Every single time I order anything from your site my stuff is always DAMAGED MISSING OR TO THE WRONG HOUSE. you need to hire people who know how to do their work. It isn’t hard. You’re literally delivering food!!!!!

Absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with. No customer service whatsoever. They delivered me food poisoning. I lost day of work was violating ill. Which I know was not there fault it was mine for ordering Popeyes against my better judgement. But non the less I let them know hoping they would at least give the Popeyes a heads up. But no they did absolutely nothing. Nor did they show any concern for there customer. So after dealing with there unhelpful customers service I decided no I want my money back this is ridiculous. Nope they just said sry you were ill we will work with the store to find a solution to the problem. So I just gave up an deleted the app. Today they just charged me 10.00 for nothing. So I re download the app just to spend 30 mins trying to contact someone. Only for them to tell me I can't help you I am transferring you to someone who can don't close this page someone will be with you within 6-12 hrs. What a bunch of scam artists. Just lost us all Uber apps are in the trash. Won't be stealing my money any more.

I regularly order buy 1 get 1 free meals almost daily. Every few months or so they only bring 1 meal and then write me an email telling me I didn't select two items. I never select 2 items for buy 1 get 1. When you select 1 item the 2nd item comes automatically. If I select 2 items then I will get 4 meals (two buy 1 get 1s). Honestly can care less about the few dollars I am missing out on. It's the point that they are not satisfying their end of the deal... and then suggesting that I am in the wrong. I will be switching to another service. Already deleted the app. Gaurav, from customer support, was not helpful.

I tried Uber eats for the first time yesterday. The address (loaded in their system) for a business was incorrect. I realized immediately after I ordered and cancelled so I could fix it. I reached out for help to change the address and reactivate it. Instead I was charged the full amount and they would not reactivate it. Literally a minute after. I’ll stick with skip the dishes- their customer service far outweighs UBEREATS

SCAMMERS!!!! Flee if you can I placed an order the night before my birthday (Past 11pm on the 15th of June), and they claimed to have delivered it, but I never received anything. I sent several emails and made numerous calls trying to find out where the driver delivered the food, but they kept ignoring that question. I even went to the restaurant just a few minutes afterward, and they confirmed it was never returned there. It wasn't left at my reception either. This experience ruined my day. Despite several attempts to get a good explanation for the food I never received, they were adamant and were rude about it. Their customer service is very unprofessional, and their delivery partners are dishonest. Very pathetic service!

I was not offered a replacement on my Breyers ice cream although I'm sure there was other kinds at the store...I messaged while he was still at the store that I would take a replacement, he did not respond, ice cream was the only reason I put in the order, sure to my disappointment I tried to contact support who were extremely rude and almost provoking pricing they do not care at all about their customers

I called UberEats to dispute charges that they claimed were for cancellation. I spoke with (3) different Reps 2 of them hung up when they pulled up my account. My issue was they charged me for cancellation on an attempted that did not process because they did not deliver at the address I entered. So I backed out. I asked all 3 Reps that I spoke with the same questions. (1st question): does uber eats apps acknowledge your order with a "thank you for your order" when it's completed. All 3 Reps responded yes. (2nd question) I asked if you don't deliver at an address am I able to complete the order, all 3 responded no. (3rd question) I asked would agree that if there is no order then there is nothing to cancel. All 3 Reps responded, yes. Then I asked why am I being charged a cancellation fee? 2 reps hung up on me (Ken and Yen) 3rd Rep Jenny tried to convince me that I cancelled the order. She said the system says you cancelled, I told her that there was no order to cancel because they didn't deliver at my address so I couldn't complete the order. She said you won't let me explain, I responded why should I let you explain...do you think I'm stupid you are trying to get me to believe that you yourself don't believe. Thieves, pathetic. I deleted my account and cancelled the debit card and changed my email password. They are not to be trusted w/your personal. Protect yourself. No lie they are stealing, there is no other way to put. After reading all the negative reviews I'm convinced. It only takes one time for me. I am DONE with UberEats!

We placed an order through Uber Eats tonight. After waiting an appropriate time, our driver informed us that she was waiting for our order. Shortly after, our driver called and said that the restaurant told her that they were no longer affiliated with Uber Eats and that they would not be making our food. The driver didn’t know what to do as she was there to pick up. I didn’t know what to do as I ordered through the Uber Eats app so they should have been affiliated. So, I called the store and the manager informed me that they gave all their stuff back to Uber and that I would have to cancel my order because they didn’t have the tablet to accept the order. So, I contacted customer support and after going through the automated system, customer support refused to give me a full refund because I canceled the order ‘after the restaurant started to prepare my order’. I told them over and over that the restaurant didn’t even accept my order. They didn’t see my order because they returned the tablet. I even asked customer support to contact both the manager at the restaurant and the driver to confirm my complaint. They refused to do so and refused to return my full refund. I understand the fee if I order and I cancel on my part. But, the restaurant refused the order so this was not on my part in any way. In fact, I had very hungry kiddos that were eagerly awaiting their food. This was bad on the restaurant and on Uber Eats. I want to know who I need to contact to get my full refund. This is definitely not okay.

I tried a new restaurant. After a really bad day My rehab facility served us a white bread sandwich with bad deli meat & a slice of American cheese. I never eat deli meat, American cheese or white bread. To that they added a some iceberg lettuce on the side. I don't eat that either. So I decided to order from Uber Eats. It was a very bad Monday. What should have taken me 3 hrs took me over 6 due to the staff incompetence. My regular places were closed on Monday & I wasn't going to order from the other bad Chinese I got My last order from ( No1 Chinese). So I like the looks of " Pie in the Sky" pizza & it's close by here. I was delighted by the dozens of selections for toppings. I decided to treat Myself. I got feta cheese, spinach, Portobello mushrooms, 1/2 Italian sausage 1/2 meatballs( a bit tiny) on thin crust. The only thing I was disappointed in was thin crust was not crispy crust. In fact it was a bit soggy. But being diabetic I usually only eat a tiny bit of the crust, concertating on the toppings.All in all I would order from this place again. I would give it 5 stars but for the thin crust being a bit soggy not crisp. The spinach was a bit sparse also.

For the first time on Father's day I ordered a family meal from Popey's chicken. Due to health issues I have not eaten junk food in over 5 years. If I'm going to do this I want it to be what I ordered and like instead of the opposite of what I ordered with partial order missing. After wasting more time searching how to get them to come pick this up as it is now a waste of our time. I had to fill out a report of what was wrong and take a picture. A family meal from Popey that is supposed to be spicy artery clogger as a Cijun person regular is not my order and I will not set my health back over something I did not want. My daughter ordered fries and sauces that never made the order. We tossed this in the garbage and drove to the grocery store for me to cook a healthy meal. $59.91 for a completely wrong meal I find out today I was only credited $45.78. Confused to why I have to be robbed of the remaining money taken from my account I come to find out they pro rated my refund over biscuits. Who in the world eats those powdery biscuits with raw vegitable salad we ended up making. They can get their biscuits out of the garbage and sell them to the next clients who they screw over. I would understand pro-rating if someone were missing an appetizer but still allowing the family to eat with maybe 1 angry kid that is missing a small item. Pro-rate that all day but missing 95% of the meal and pro-rate biscuits that are supposed to be free with a family meal and ends up in the garbage with the wrong meal missing half the order is being robbed by Uber. That is 2 totally different scenerios. No one eats 5% of a meal during a holiday due to Uber's complete screw up. Uber itself is very unethical with allowing their rides to accept a ride while driving 20 minutes away from you and charging to cancel rides after wating 45 minute but now Uber eats is just as unethical if not worse. $11.13 for 2 biscuits that ended up in the trash since that is the only part of that meal that actually showed up. You cannot pro-rate the free buiscuts that no one ever eats in the wrong family meal.

Always have late deliveries and usually they come damaged or they steal from my orders, both from food I order and my groceries. I will not be using them anymore, this is getting ridiculous and their only response to fixing it is giving a very small Uber cash offer, instead of looking into their drivers or even offering the full amount so we can try and reorder what we needed.

if I could give the customer service department a 0 I would !!! I am a merchant and they sent us a tablet to start taking orders and the guy on the other line could not find our account 28 minutes just for him to tell me he could find us ! I guess we got a free tablet out of it !

If I could give zero stars I would. They lie about delivery times and take your money when you want a refund. Horrible customer service. They trick you into paying for priority delivery which is a lie.

What a bunch of absolute thieves. I'm not going to waste my time with all the details. Like getting my food from the 10th furthest location and taking 1hr to do a 17 minute drive. Their $25 promotion...didn't apply to the ridiculous fees, which was 100% unclear. I didn't agree to that. So a $17 burger and fries became $37 and they charged my card $12 after saying "free meal." They did not display the real full total. I never agreed to having my card charged. My payment method did not appear, it was all through the $25 promo and I kept it under $25. I connected and explained respectfully and the agent said, "That's all I can do from my end" and he disconnected from our chat. A 2nd agent, opening with the same disingenuous concern, said I needed a screenshot of the promo to proceed. Which I couldn't provide without exiting the chat since it was in the app. As much as I need that money, I may let it go and never order from them for as long as I live. What an absolute joke. You provide a promo to get a lifelong customer, not be as horrible as possible to guarantee I'll never use it again. Horrific. Oh, and my order...wrote 3x for BBQ sauce...none. Large fries? Container was 1/3 empty. Driver took loads of detours at 12:57-1:48am. Garbage. Garbage. Garbage. Nearly $8 in fees, plus tax, they pressure you to tip on top of that, and didn't show that all that didn't come out of the promotion amount until after the order was delivered (attached picture is the receipt afterwards). Every single element of the equation was garbage. The order, the delivery time and logistics, the bill/promo clarity (deceptive thievery), the customer service agent. Negative 1,000,000 out of 10. Never again.
