Absolutely bad experience. Almost 15£ of a product I did not received today with my groceries and they will not refund me! It is not the first time that they did not give my money back for a product that I did not received. I will not use it anymore!

They wouldn't give a refund when a shop that was supposed be closed was taking orders, so order come 1 hour late from a branch further away from me. Shop apologized and said I could have a refund but Ubereats refund and blamed me and was acting like I was making it up

Uber eats groceries didn't get 3 of my items it's over 15$ and when I tryed to get help they said my order is not refundable at this time. It's fraudulent And Uber should be held accountable

I placed an order. The rider went to another address, I texted him to tell him he was at the wrong address. He was adamant, after few seconds I get an email saying my order has been delivered and complete. I did not get any order, I reached out to Uber eats and they told me I cannot be refunded. I did not get any food and Uber eat took my money. This is a fraudulent act and I do not recommend anyone to use Uber eats.

After years of using your services until just recently you have failed to deliver. Speaking with your customer help all I got was we will look into the issue but nothing has changed after repeated attempts. How many times must I order and not get food delivered and get refunds before an explanation is given as to why deliveries has just stopped. So I will be canceling my uber eats account. You are not the only game in town and It must be assumed that you no longer appreciate my money. Yet, you can be assured another entity will.

Ordered a birthday cake from Carvel to be delivered to my 82 year old brother in law in the hospital with his first and last name included in instructions for his birthday. Called Carvel to be sure they got the order and had HBD with his name put on cake. They were very nice. Paid for the order and gave the driver a very nice tip. Received an email it was it was delivered and a thank you message from JP the driver. Was unable to get a hold of my BIL in hospital as he was having cell phone issues. When we finally reached him we found out he never received cake. It was after there ‘48 hour’ rule. Spoke to the hospital and found out by there security the drivers friend came in with the cake, put it on counter walked out came back in 5 minutes later and took it back with her. They have it on video. Spoke to Uber eats and got no where. $43 dollars later and no cake, they were no help what so ever. Will NEVER use this company again- you should not either !!!

I just got charged $200 for 3 of the same orders. Incall customer support and am told I have to pay for all 3 orders cause I made them. Why would I order the same thing 3 times. It's the first time I used them now I'm coming up short. It's not right.

I placed an order through Uber eats over a year ago. Their delivery time was 2 hours the restaurant literally 15 away. I canceled the order through the app and drove myself to pick up my food. Uber put a hold on my account because my bank disputed the charge…. After several chat conversations Uber is not willing to release the hold on my account….they are super expensive and their customer service is non existent….. never again will I order through their app. The charge on my account is even preventing me from using their ride service… truly disgusting

If I could give negative numbers I would. Ordered a meal. At first it said it would arrive 5:50 pm, then it said 6:00, then it said 6:10, then it said, 6:20, then it said 6:40, then 7:00. When I called the restuarant they said they don't use Uber anymore because of how bad it is and that someone should've called me. It still says my order is coming but clearly it isn't. Had low blood sugar as a result (68) and had to go get food and eat something quick. I will never use Uber eats again and probably won't use Uber period. I'm so disgusted. Can't even find a number or person to talk to. Don't waste your time with Uber Eats. They suck.

The delivery driver drops my order off at the wrong address and I get charged for it. They will not refund my order because this has happened too many times on my account. Which their delivery drivers do keep messing it up. I’m an honest person and can’t believe this company can get away with charging me for a service and food I never received. Worse customer service and policy. Do not use them.

Terrible, slow, unhelpful, unsafe. Any other delivery company is preferable. Walking in a snow storm is more timely and your food will still arrive warmer

Well I live in wisconsin, why anybody would let someone on a bicycle pick up an order when it's only 30° outside and deliver it to cities away so you get an ice cold meal is beyond me. The meal was inedible and they won't give me my money back, their customer service sucks.

If possible I wouldn't even give them the 1 star. Horrible customer service. Poor support and low standards. There calk center is in the Philippines, and is used as firewall to avoid the complaints against them. Cheap. Predatory. And functionally useless.

My friend ordered get one free deal chicken burger from them and got sick with diarrhea and vomiting and took one week antibiotics. So please don’t order their free item. Always old food delivered

I ordered Popeyes on Sunday evening. I placed one order for my fiance and myself. I was charged for 2 separate orders and still have not received a refund or an email as promised. I am not going to do 2 separate orders that is hideous. I promise this much I will not do anymore business with Uber Eats I don't deal with companies ripping off their customers. I was a loyal faithful customer but I will do my business elsewhere. I was basically told I was lieing or someone in my house made the charge. Shame on you Uber Eats. 😕

My order got severely delayed, over an hour. When i contacted the driver, he was polite and apologetic, and said he was having problems with his bike and trying to fix it. I communicated with Uber eats via the chat box and requested a refund and cancellation of the order. The answer was they would still charge me to compensate both the restaurant and the rider. I contacted customer service to ask why am i being charged for a failed order that was no fault of mine. I've received no response yet about whether I'll be refunded. So much hassle for trying to put things right. Will never use Uber eats again.

Was charged after a cancellation leas than a minute later and on same day. Rep told me because I didn’t call customer service they could help me. What? Why have a cancel option on your site. If you won’t honor it. TRASH! I now have a second purchase that I DID NOT ORDER on my bank account from that company for a 15 dollars and some change. Uber once was a great company now it’s completely unreliable. What am I being billed for air??

Today was the first time I used Uber Eats for groceries. One orange was rotten. It took more searching to find a link than Door Dash or Instacart which are super easy. I had to chat and the wait was meant to be less than five minutes. Already frustrating compared to Door Dash. I considered not bothering, but I kept on. Big mistake. It took about 40 minutes to be connected. I’d already given up and happened to see they’d responded. They wanted a photo of the orange. I had already thrown it outside for the critters and it was now dark. I couldn’t provide a photo (seriously they wanted a photo of one rotten orange). Door Dash is excellent if this ever happens. Save yourself aggro and use DD. UE’s customer service is TERRIBLE!!
