I ordered from ubereats from Wendy's, git a order delivered and wasn't even close to what I ordered, cost 41.90.. I told the delivery guy that wasn't what I ordered, so he left the order on the step and went back to Wendy's so he said, I called Wendy's and he didn't go back there so they told me to contact uber, so uber said to order again, and I did, this time was right and was 43.90. I got charged 41.90 the first time which I didn't even get the order wasn't even close, I asked for a refund and they told me I got both orders, I DID NOT RECEIVE 2 ORDERS OF BURGER COMBOS WITH WATER, THE FIRST ORDER WAS 2 CHICKEN THINGS WITH A POP, THAT WAS 41.90??? BULL!!

App is clunky. As for the service it is terrible and don’t expect a refund if something isn’t delivered as Uber eats will deny and refuse any contact finally dumping you and hiding behind some arbitration.

Uber Eats screws over their drivers continuously. There is no way for a driver to know how much they'll actually be paid for a job prior to taking it. Uber shows an amount that's higher than what it may actually be. Uber took most of the money from a drop-off I did recently as they said I didn't complete it. Their GPS tracking, phone records, and conversation with the customer all show otherwise. A system glitch on their end prevented the ride from being "completed" on screen, so it wouldn't close it out. A few dollars taken from a million drivers will add up to millions in extra revenue for Uber. Was their computer glitch accidental or intentional as an avenue to take what isn't theirs? Don't be naive; large companies operate like this. I deleted my account after they wouldn't release my funds. Theft is theft. I hope some AI societal wide change puts them out of business and bankrupts them in the future. I've noticed that when large corporations steal there is little to no recourse for the people who were stolen from. Luckily, I never supported their ride service and I never will. If you're thinking of using them as a side hustle, I'd say become their competitor instead. Start your own thing locally via social media and keep all the profits yourself.

Where do they get their drivers from? lazy they don't want to get out of the car one have to go and look for the food in their vehicles, they don't know how to read the GPS, and they leave the food in front of other people's houses I can keep going on and on and now like that is not enough they don't speak English!

I ordered a big order on ubereats and waited for so long for the store to accept my order. Therefore, I tried to cancel the order. Then boom, surprisingly, I got charge for a full bill without any notice that i will be charge for it. IMPORTANT THING should be mentioned three times: I CANCELED THE ORDER BECAUSE THE BUBBLE TEA STORE DOES NOT ACCEPT MY ORDER. I CANCELED THE ORDER BECAUSE THE BUBBLE TEA STORE DOES NOT ACCEPT MY ORDER. I CANCELED THE ORDER BECAUSE THE BUBBLE TEA STORE DOES NOT ACCEPT MY ORDER. Then I called ubereats support line, and they said they cannot do anything because when i cancel, the restaurant accepted the order already. But in my app, it was not accepted and when i try to cancel, the app did not show me any notice that i will be charge for the full bill if i cancel it. I will not cancel it if i know that. When you ride an uber too, when you cancel the ride, they give you a notice that you will be charge for how much if you cancel the ride. IT 'S JUST NOT IT. The first staff asked me to wait for so long then told me the same thing. I ask how I can complain about this, and she said "IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET CHARGED, DON'T CANCEL ANY THING IN THE FUTURE" I was shocked because if you don't want us to cancel, then don't make that cancel button. So, I told her if she dares to say it again because I want to record that to complain to ubereats because that's really rude. Then she said OKAY, go ahead, but when I turn on the record and tell her to say that again, she hang up on me... Second time calling, I got the same answer and keep saying they understand but can't do anything. I told them I only need my money or at lease my order, if not please give me complain link or any email to send my complain. But they ignore it and still can't do anything. Finally, after asking many times, she said she will ask her customer to call me back in 24 hours. I will give you guys updated tomorrow. I know that I can't get my money back but at least I need to get thing clear and to let all people know my horrible experience with Ubereats customer support line.

The driver is never the actual person listed on the app..it's like..anyone in the family can cover a shift. Then..no one speaks English so there are either crazy no make scence substitutes..or none at all because they did not know how...what a train wreck

The most disgusting and disappointing this is when I order from a store by using Uber thinking I'm secured apparently not. The store Gopuff cannot refund me bc I didn't directly order from thier app and Uber can't refund me bc the store has thier own driver who knew I didnt but yet Uber charge me for ordering through thier services. What more disturbing I watch while driver park his car in front of his house never near my location. Both claims neither of them is responsible. But yet I was charge never received the items and wasted my time in process. My questions is who responsible? Yet we suppose to trust that Uber provide the best services that your money buys!!! Ty Uber!!!

I have NEVER subscribed to Ubereats and yet they have debited all my accounts on different occasions. I've had to cancel all my cards and close my accounts! But some how they found me again! I've tried contacting customer service which is a joke! I even contacted the CEO and was told I need to open an account to lodge a complaint. They are harassing me! UBER LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!!¡

I made purchase through Uber Eats. I was charged 3x for a tip that was not authorized. I've called Uber Eats Support several times and all I was given is the run around. I've requested to speak to a supervisor, call has been escalated several times still no call back or resolution. This is why I stopped ordering from Uber Eats because of the horrible customer. This is not considered fraud because I didn't authorize the additional tip charges. My next step is going through the BBB for a refund and speaking to a lawyer for fraud.

Selected paypal to pay for my order which had sufficient funds, charged my debit account TWICE instead so I got charged 2 NSF fees of $90. When I contacted Uber customer support, the chat got immediately ended 3 times before they said "Sorry for the inconvenience but we aren't going to do anything about it". Would give 0 starts if I could

YOU CANNOT TALK TO ANYONE OR GET ANY HELP WITH UBER! THEY WANT YOU TO USE A CHAT WHICH DELETES EVERYTIME YOU TRY. WILL NOT HELP YOU IN ANYWAY. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT $$$. NOT CUSTOMERS. I WISH THEY WOULD GO OUT OF BUSINESS SO THEY COULD UNDERSTAND ITS THE CUSTOMERS WHO PAY YOUR SALARY.

Screw Uber Eats with all your might, I don't recommend it. You end up with couriers who leave your food in a parking lot, although in reality, they don’t leave it there but steal it – you can read more about this on the Internet. All attempts to contact them end up with a conversation with a bot that doesn’t understand what you're writing, so it keeps asking for responses. In the end, the complaint gets rejected because 'the courier delivered the food to the door.'

They had given me a refund for also an order that wasn't delivered. The following is the email I sent them back.. That is not my house!!!! Look at the picture he took!!! Look on Google, Look at my WHOLE HOUSE, my whole house is brown, with double wooden door!!! This misogynistic man, yelled and screamed at me and admitted he delivered to the wrong house because his GPS told him that was the house and that I needed to be nice for him to go get my food back, even though I was already being nice and being patient because I was afraid of him spitting in my food. Look back at the call, Look back at the picture he took, he admitted it he delivered to wrong house and on the picture is clearly not my house.

After, using UberEats for myself after many, many years I will no longer be using this app and I suggest that everyone else does the exact same!! I've never had any issues until today. While I was at work, my cousin decided to order some food to the house and he spent roughly $30.00 on food today. The delivery driver dropped the food off on the porch, took a picture of it on the porch. My cousin goes outside to receive his order and he can't find his bag of food although he does notice the delivery driver getting in the vehicle with the bag of food my cousin ordered. So the guy stole my cousins food. Not only did he get away with the food, he also broke my front door security camera so I would not have access to this footage!!! I am in disbelief!! How can Uber Eats hire someone like this, how many other people has this guy ripped off!?!?! My cousin tried to reach out to the delivery driver and ask him about his food and the guy acted like he didn't speak English!! When my cousin contacted customer service about this issue this is all he got from them " We reviewed your order and can confirm it's not eligible for a refund or price adjustment. Thank you for understanding." And then they ask "Have we resolved this issue." Way to go Uber Eats! I would like for you to compensate for the loss of my cousins money and to compensate for my broken security camera!!! How can any company get away with something like this??????

Food from KFC delivered 30 minutes later than promised and cold. When I called to complain I was told anything up to an hour was what they call a reasonable time and when I said that wasn't good enough they hung up. I called again and the same thing happened. They read a script and hang up. I was only asking for their £4 delivery fee to be refunded. My receipt even has 'Delayed Order' written on it.

I ordered 2 kid's meals and a side of medium fries, from McDonald's. It was$20...very expensive for fast food. Plus I only got the little 4pack chicken nuggets, but not the kids meal>> ridiculous!

I was trying to cancel the order, I called the store to cancel they said have to contact UberEasts, and cancelled the order with the App, few days later still charged orders I cancelled . Had to dispute with credit card company and show the screen shots of my cancellation. And they gave me refund .. I thought it was over, When I try to order again , I have to pay the order I cancelled. They said, I should have contacted them 48 hours of cancellation even though I cancelled which doesn't make sense . I was try to find the Phone number of customer support of UberEats , it took me 20 minutes to google to find out ! In a short word, Once you order it Can not cancel the order with UberEATS, I am pretty sure, Lot of people like me but it's so annoying to argue/sue with them. But, This is another Total SCAM - UberEATS.
