An appalling service and continuous lies from UPS. My son ordered an expensive belt from an online supplier in America. When I say expensive, I’m saying nearly £200. He received an email from UPS on Thursday to confirm it would be delivered the following day, Friday. By early afternoon, no parcel so my son called the telephone No. provided on the email. He did this during his 45 minute lunch break, some 30 minutes later he finally learned the parcel had been delivered to an address some 6 miles away and the address wasn’t even close. He was promised the parcel had been collected and it would be delivered the following day, Saturday. Saturday arrived (today) NO PARCEL! He called them again to be told the parcel was still at the wrong address and would be collected from there on Monday. During this call he was placed on hold for 30 minutes, a disgrace. So as it stands at the moment he is out of pocket and has no confidence his belt will arrive as he cannot trust or believe UPS. A complete and utter disgrace of a service from a Global Co. Avoid this company, just read their reviews on here, they speak for themselves.

Any loophole this company could possibly find to make thier business run illegally without getting caught they HAVE already found and have put into action. My first time using UPS to send abroad.. my worst experience ever. Firstly I had NO contact from UPS, no confirmation email on my sending a parcel with them, just a link to print labels. My parcel hit a problem when landing in Tamworth as it is missing some papers before it can be sent abroad. This problem will obviously have been spotted before it left the local hub so why it was still sent to Tamworth regardless? I should have been contacted as soon as the problem was spotted so it could have been rectified quickly and easily, but they sent it on regardless. Ive tried contacting over and over again via the MAZE of 100 pre recorded questions that just send you round and round in cirlcles. I've emailed twice, no reply either time. Oh and dont be fooled into thinking just because you do eventually get hold of a "real person" after hours of trying that you will get any help because you wont.. They will be polite and tell you they have done this or that and everything will be sorted shortly.. blah blah blah expect an email within the next 16 mins.. NOTHING HAPPENS.. NO email.. NO contact.. NO help.!!. No resolution. You hit brick wall after brick wall at every turn trying to get help from this comapny. 3 times calling and speaking to 3 different reps. 3 times NOTHING has been done to help resolve this issue. Such a simple problem to sort but they make it SO difficult to do anything. PLEASE for your own sanity DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You may as well throw both your money and your goods into a black hole if you use this comapny as you can do NOTHING to retrieve any information or your goods back once this company has hold of them. Honestly I do not know how a company this big is allowed to carry on offering such a horrific service. They have zero customer service/care. Every contact portal is automated rubbish put in place to send customers on a roundabout to crazy town and back. You cannot resolve ANY problem via these online automated "help" portals, they just eventually give you a phone number that sends you to another automated help portal or an email address that never replies. PLEASE look up reviews on how poor this company is before even thinking about using them. They have 1 star on every review site.. Never seen anything like it. Just wish I had read reviews myself before trusting them with my own hard work and money. My hands are tied and I feel so helpless, I am unable to get any help what so ever from UPS. NEVER trust this company.

My ex husband works for UPS and they refuse to follow the court order for child support payments. Enabling dead beat dads is not something I can support.

I wish to give -10. Never ever wish to deal as a business partner with UPS. If you have a company and you sending to your customers, avoid, avoid, avoid. They will damage your business so bad! Customer service does not exist. The parcel are waiting for months in some warehouse to be released!

Sent parcel at drop of point on 23rd October still not delivered and its now 1st November they just keep telling me lies and now they saying parcel is lost aviod this company at all cost because you will never see your parcel again aviod aviod at all costs

I have finally after days of trying to contact UPS about return of my computer, bern informed it has been lost or stolen and that I now need to pursue a replacement/ claim via Apple . UPS Customer service has been of the lowest possible standard and I would give no stars if it were possible . Avoid if you can .

Shittest delivery company I have ever encountered for the first time. I really thought this company would have a reason to look more legit and flashy than the other delivering companies but everything about them are misleading. They have no solutions to your problems. A bunch of useless pricks… They should seriously go out of business. So unhappy

Most screwed up company in the world. My package was supposed to arrive 20 days ago. It is still turning around the globe!! Customer service operators are bunch of clowns. I called to find out where my package is. After waiting a long time, the clown who goes by the name Louis, answered my call and hung up as soon as I said my name.

Worst delivery company I've ever seen. In addition to tardiness, lack of information, rudeness, there is still a lazy, rude employee who goes by the name of Keith. Because of the poor services and also because of this employee, I had a delay of two weeks in my delivery. I was really upset that he didn't want to wait for me to collect my item. Christian Loubutin charges an exorbitant price for a shoe but is unable to hire a worthy company to deliver.

I went to a UPS drop of point Budgens in Watford. The staff were not very helpful. I had to go 3 times as 1st I was told your parcel does not have an invoice attached outside. Then when I went the 2nd time in the morning they said we dont take any parcels in the morning. I went the 3rd time this time the lady who was behind the counter said I dont care I need 3 print outs of the invoice. I even told her that 1 invoice is inside the parcel, 1 is attached on the parcel and asked her why she wanted the 3rd, she replied that it is UPS driver who needs to see. It was very upsetting and unprofessional of that lady to speak to the customer like that.

My package was lost during delivery by UPS, it was an original document and it will cost me money and a lot of time to replicate this document, but I can not even start a claim to get compensation, because UPS doesn't change the status of my delivery saying they are investigating the location, but I got a call from the office in Bulach, Switzerland long time ago with confirmation that it was lost and can not be found anymore

Package shipped from UK to US by expedited shipping on the 12/10/21. Now 10 days later it’s still sitting in the UK and according to UPS unlikely to be delivered for another 6 days. Never again, The service is terrible, customer service is in India and they are incapable of being of any assistance.

By far the worst experience I have had with a currier. I sent a care package to my mother in the UK from the United States, the price was ridiculously high for the service we got, and 4 months later she still doesn’t have the package. First time we contacted UPS we were told it was a customs issue, when that turned out to be incorrect, we were told that they didn’t have a contact for the receiver. When that was updated we were told day after day that it was out for delivery, we reorganised our days (I’m in the UK now as well) to make sure some one was home, nothing, no notes, no calls, and no emails. We contacted UPS again, this time they told us the alerts were due to a glitch in the system and that they did not know were the package was and we would have to file a claim. One was supposed to be filled through a costumer service rep. but never was. After calling again, we were informed it is being sent back to the sender, and that it is our fault for not contacting them.

If there was a zero star I would have ticked that! They made me wait for whole 2 days making me prisoner at my home, I didn't even have a shower just in case they come and I wouldn't hear them. When I called them all day many times today their final answer was the driver couldn't find my address!!!!! I received many many parcels to my address before many times and where I live is a very well known address, it's not in the middle of nowhere!!! Latest, I talked to a woman named Sharon she said the driver wouldn't answer his phone. After waiting again, she called and said they won't deliver it today!! So asked her where can I make a complaint and she told me to call this number 034578778777. When I called them they said they don't take any complaints and I have to e-mail to UPS. Their irresponsible driver probably didn't even bothered to drive here to give my parcel for 2 days and now I have to go and collect it from a centre which is not my job because it's fully paid door to door delivery. Now I am thinking who will pay my 2 whole days of my life waiting for these irresponsible zero work ethic people. I won't give up, they should pay the inconvenience they created for me !!!! If you love yourself, DO NOT use this company.!

UPS must employ the most distrusting people around! I ordered a £500 jacket for my partners 40th birthday, ordered as express delivery. I was informed by UPS via email that my delivery was expected on 19/10/2021 by 12pm. I waited all day, contacted the call centre, who were completely unhelpful and kept telling me it was on its way. I then receive a call from warehouse to inform me that the driver has said he doesn’t have my parcel on his van. I then received another email from UPS to state my delivery was rescheduled to 20/10/2021 at 12pm. Again I waited all day, I contacted the call centre over 15 times for me to be told my parcel was on its way. I demanded the warehouse to call me. I received a call from the warehouse at 4:09pm to inform me they infact cannot find my parcel and then was told the manager can confirm that someone may have stolen my parcel from the warehouse!!!!!! I was left in tears, told to call the call centre to out in an investigation! When I called the call centre to put in an investigation, I kept being told my parcel was on its way even though I informed the person several times I have been told it is not coming as it’s been stolen! I am now £500 out of pocket, my partner is left without a birthday present! I cannot get a refund until this is investigated and I have asked for it to be dealt with in 48 hours as it’s a clear matter that I haven’t had my delivery and have been told it’s been stolen by a UPS. employee! I am so angry, sad and disappointed! I will never trust UPS again and nor will I use them again. I have also logged this as theft with the police because clearly I am not the only one this is happening too. Customer service is shocking and UPS just don’t care!

Worst service. They deserve zero rating. I have scheduled a package pickup. no one called and no one came to pickup package.every time when I call to customer care , they say that they will come today . It's been 5 days and no one is coming.

The worst! Missed collection TWICE!! Even after i called to confirm multiple times and was told it was going to be delivered. Then package was marked as picked up but never was. Horrible service and I spent money to ensure it arrived on time and obviously didnt.

I used UPS to send vital visa documents from the UK to Hong Kong. As there was urgency in the situation, I sent the parcel using the fastest available international shipping method - within 2 business days before 12pm, which includes a money-back guarantee. The parcel was delivered a day late, so I asked for my refund on the same day as the delivery. UPS promised to get back to me within 48 hours, but I did not receive a response so I followed up again 6 days after the delivery. I once again did not receive the promised response, so I followed up again 15 days after the delivery. Each time I followed up, I received a different 'next step' and update. When I finally received a response from UPS, they said that they cannot process my refund because I filed my complaint more than 15 days after the delivery date, which was clearly 100% incorrect. I proved UPS wrong, then they came back with a new excuse about Customs clearance. I then proved their Customs clearance excuse wrong using some of the tracking details, so UPS came back saying they still cannot process the refund for 'other reasons outside of their control'. So, after providing 2 excuses and having them both proved wrong, UPS then went vague and withdrew all transparency just to avoid processing a refund. With this experience, it's easy to see why UPS has horrible reviews all over the internet. Key point: UPS offers an unreliable service and will then lie their way out of any responsibility. You're better off walking to the destination and delivering your parcels yourself.

With so many negative reviews, which UPS obviously doesn't give a hoot about, I was going to skip writing mine, until today when the straw broke the camel's back. First the driver was leaving my packages in an unsecure unprotected area because he was too lazy to climb a few stairs. After two complaints, he decided to revenge on me by claiming I was unavailable and re-routing the package to a relatively close pickup location. Two more complaints (as he kept doing it) and yesterday he again falsely claimed we were not available and re-routed to a pickup location miles and miles away! Their automated system is dumber than a rock and the phone one gives you the run around when you try to reach a live person, then hangs up on you. Maybe it's all robots there with no live people at all?
