We paid for next day delivery of a toilet, paid for someone to be here to install it, driver arrived to say “ sorry we smashed it another out to you tomorrow “. What?
No way of contacting Victoria Plum to see if what they say is true or to discuss situation and when we input our account number on CHAT it doesn’t recognise us.. worse customer service ever.. we are still at this moment trying to make any sort of contact and failing miserably.. I cannot bring myself to even give 1 star”

BATH did not arrive on tracked time or that day, had installer plus team hanging around as its a heavy item. Live Chat is not fit for purpose, they are unable to CALL Manufacturer only log a complaint. Asked for Number to call Manufacturer directly was declined this info.
Saturday was told they would reach Manufacturer
Monday/Tues the same story, turns out they have to wait possibly 3-5 days for Manufacturer to respond. How easy is it to pick up the phone. All whilst we have no Bath. AVOID at all COSTS you have been warned.”
“Ordered a corner unit plus basin tap and waste. Description stated opening at back for pipe work. When it arrived we checked the item. The opening was on the opposite side to the pipe work.
I then had an absolutely nightmarish time trying to order a return. No phone no e mail, just this chat which would only allow you to say what they wanted to hear.
I am not young and this experience has been very depressing. What happened to proper decent service. They should not be allowed to trade in this way. I now have to pay almost 50 pounds for a return on this item.”
“We ordered a bathroom cabinet paid, got delivery date. Waited in all day. Dx had no details of order. Contacted Victoria plum. Only available by a Vic Bot system. Chat on line. Useless eventually got a person but still via computer chat. Couldn’t sort problem of delivery. Cancelled it asked for refund Said 2 to 4 weeks wait. Went to local shop bought another sorted delivered all ok. Crazy. Vic plumb product arrived via Dx a week later now they expect me to pay return. Argued with a computer. Still not got email and returns labels. Could take 2 weeks. Don’t get refund till they get returned product. Crazy situation. Could take 2 months to sort all this. Rubbish customer relations. Not buying anything from here again. No actual person to talk to about any problem. I suppose it helps their receptionist free from abuse”
“I cannot even explain the headache I have had with this company!!!! And as for their ‘customer service chatbot’ I may as well go and talk to the plant in my back garden I would get more sense from that.

Messed around before the bathroom even arrived I should have taken that as a sign not to proceed….
And on the day of the delivery having received a message with a name of driver and delivery slot time of 1pm amd then I have the plumber sitting here waiting and I get an email out of the blue telling me it will be coming in 2 days time I mean really????? WHAT COMPANY DOES THAT?????
Then I have to talk to the robot for an hour trying to find out what the hell is going on and still they can’t even find my delivery details to confirm what’s going on!!

“When placing an order you are asked to select a delivery date. I selected my date, received emails saying they had received the order, that it was despatched and not far away. We changed plans to accommodate the delivery, recieved an email in the morning saying the order was not far away. Then a few hours later a text message saying it would not arrive till the next day. I contacted them (that was a terrible experience that wasted an hour of my life) to say that did not suit but could it be delivered the day after. They could not do that so I cancelled the order and got the same product elsewhere for £52 instead of the £72 that Victoriaplumb were asking.
Guess what they delivered the item in question today. My wife and I reyurned home to find it lying against the wall outside our house - they just dumped it! I have tried in vane to contact the, their chatbot is an absolute waste of space. 4 times they have promised to contact me by email but never have. STAY AWAY FROM VICTORIAPLUM. They should not be allowed to trade, they are without doubt the worst company that I have ever had the misfortune to deal with!”

“Terrible experience. Purchased Bifold shower door June 2021. Fitted ok as per instructions then after 6 weeks doors would not close properly. Tried every adjustment but no joy. Customer service does not exist. NO PHONE NUMBER . . DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL COMPANY”
“Can I take this one star away. Whatever you do, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. EVER. They don’t carry or even offer to supply spare parts should something break or be faulty. Their customer service / aftersales care is truly appalling: the worst I have ever experienced from any supplier.

“The online order has been placed on 27th June 2021 with the delivery date of 30th June 202. I have not received any communications from VictoriaPlum.com or the supplier regarding the delivery. After waiting for the delivery until 10th July 2021 I have contacted VictoriaPlum.com via online chat, to be told that there was an issue with the supplier who has failed the delivery. VictoriaPlum.com offered the full refund, which may take up to 14 days, or chase the supplier and update me on the order state via email within the next 5 days. The information provided on the VictoriaPlum.com website is misleading as it clearly states that "Your order will be delivered by a trusted partner who’ll be in contact with you if there are any amendments to your chosen delivery date." I do understand that issues with the supplier may occur from time to time and I have allowed 10 days before I have contacted VictoriaPlum.com. I was believing that the companies like VictoriaPlum.com looking after their customers and would not let them down when something like this is happening, unfortunately not in my case.”

“Horrendous company, worst customer service ever experienced, can't speak to a human. Ordered 2 radiators back in April, issues with our order, got cancelled then sent the wrong radiator, then the one we had ordered was out of stock so we requested a refund and we can't get out £405.00 back. We have now contacted trading standards. No customer service, no way of escalating an issue or dealing with management, appalling!! Please avoid this company”
“Ordered a loo seat. was cracked so another one got sent out. I opened it and the screws started to fall out (ie threaded). Tried to get a refund through their online system. They sent another loo seat out. The screws fell out again, as soon as I opened the packet.
Add to this a bath panel we installed from them two months ago has taken on water and started to warp and split. The loo seat we had last year is still working fine, but 1/5 products is appalling. We have had enough and won't be using them again.
Also note the fine print says, if you install something they won't give you a refund. Even if it has just fallen apart within a day. Beware!”
“Do not use this company, dreadful company, ordered everything for my en-suite bathroom, at point of order didn't appear to be any problems, choose and paid for a delivery day and time, realized I had a issue with the order so tried to change something, was told I couldn't, so had to re-order an item pay again and cancel the original item and they would refund the item in 14 days, so that's what we did. On the day of the delivery the item we re-ordered was the only thing that came, contacted them to see where the rest of the order was, I was then told some of the items were out of stock, and couldn't get them until August, 2 months time, my plumber was booked to start in 2 days, so why did they take my money, and give me a delivery date and time if they didn't have the items I wanted, they were not listed as out of stock when I ordered them, you can't speak to anyone as no tele number, and you have to wait to get your money back. Do not use this company, they just lie.”
