For some bizarre reason I have been blocked from Vinted?! Some vague message about browser behaviour, no idea what that means. I’ve tried to get help and can’t get any response . Sort this out Vinted!!

I have received several items that are significantly not as described on listings (snad). It seems the only option is to return the item at your own cost. Basically sellers can sell you rubbish and you either keep them, or have to pay to return them which is totally unfair. These trainers were described by the seller as "in perfect condition"

Useless company with no customer service. Email addresses they ask you to reply to, only to have them closed on you meaning no issues get resolved. Stear clear of these cowboys and this terrible company. I have items for sale that I cannot access because of their ridiculous system, which in turn means people are buying my items and I cannot do a thing about it. Absolute garbage company and an utter circus.

I never received my item, yet I was still charged for it. Vinted failed to resolve the issue with their transport company, so they closed my claim. I’m not the one choosing their partners, but I’m the one paying for their incompetence. I’ve deleted the app

Absolutely awful!! Ordered a pregnancy pillow and received a baby outfit. Seller isn't responding to my messages and vinted have told me I need to return the items at a cost to myself and If the seller is happy once they receive their items back I'll get a refund........ Where on earth is there any protection for the buyer!!!!

I have been trying to withdraw my funds for WEEKS now, desoite my email having been verified by Vinted, they do not send me the code necessary to procede to take my OWN money. This seems to be a ploy of theirs when you search this as an issue. Have been in several chat threads with their "help" team ( they are no help whatsoever) their advice consists from everything to chane my email address, they won;t tell me what this would do to help and people around the world have managed to use it for over 30 years, to provide my phone number - i did this, they closed the chat thread and have not contacted me using the nmuber provided. Vinted want your money but they don;t want you to have access to it! Disgusting way to treat their customers.... Would give zero stars if I could as they don't deserve even one...

Sent a stunning jumper/ item didn’t fit her. She said it didn’t fit and so I said the Vinted policy states she had to sell on…. Vinted refunded her. Sent a candle- he said it had smashed - I sent pics to show how well I’d packaged up in accordance again to Vinted policy….. Vinted refunded him. Sent a pair of trainers- she said they didn’t arrive - I said contact courier again according To their policy- Vinted refunded her and she prob has the trainers too. Do NOT USE- they don’t even follow their own policies!!!

unfortunately very horrible and unfair customer service. seems like they help rude people and not help honest people. hopefully this company will lose what it is and maybe a competitor can come by.

wish I had it done my homework seems like quite a lot of negative reviews about Vinted Unfortunately, I have fallen pray to that unethical and immoral ways they charge a buyers protector fee. I have found out this is just a useless fee which makes Vinted millions but serves no purpose to the buyer when trying to get a refund Vinted block part of the app so that you cannot further an issue Their so-called help centre does nothing but issue automated messages they claim under ethical reasons not to sell real fur, but the site is full of them and I myself have bought a couple Absolute rubbish customer service absolute con artists

Absolutely no protection for sellers. I sold shoes where both the size and even the length of the shoe were clearly stated in the description and shown in the photos. The buyer tried the item and it didn’t fit properly, so they reported it to Vinted as an issue, claiming I provided incorrect information. I had to send "evidence" to Vinted three times to prove that I had indeed provided accurate information. I did this properly all three times. Now, one and a half weeks later, I’m told that I failed to provide sufficient proof that I gave the buyer correct information, and the buyer is getting their money back. Fortunately, it wasn’t a very large amount, but I will absolutely never sell higher-value items on Vinted in the future.

Looking at all the negative reviews. I totally agree. First of all their payout system is now gone over to company in amsterdam. So guess what thier laws are different. They are denying my money owed to me by way of the usual request direct deposit. Out the money and the merchandise. Five different sale. They are just starting to request Identifi verification. All well and good. However this comes without any warning to the sellers. When you attempt to input your requested information. It a ruptly is stopped by the non working submit button. So now sellers money is held by Ayden N.V. In amsterdam. Ok say goodbye to your funds. They keep the money. I almost feel something sinister is happening. Maybe using American sellers to sell goods and creating a road block for sellers not to get their funds. Figuring what can we do here in the USA about it. And making tons of extra money. I researched the company. They are located in some condo in San Francisco right outside of Little Saigon. They refuse to fix my issue with my funds. So I made a report with the better business bureau and file a complaint with the federal trade commission to investigate who this company truly is and what is the connection to have the Netherlands holding united states funds. Just have wait and see the outcome

This company is lacking logic! My order was delivered to a COLLECTION POINT, but was delayed for a week, so I didn't collect it. Now, it has been returned to the seller, but I am still unable to get a refund. Their reasons is that I missed compete a part of their form (BUT DIDN'T ANSWER WHAT PART), I didn't provide proof that I don’t have the item (DESPITE TRACKING INFO PROVIDED). Additionally, they claim I contacted them too late, even though I REACHED OUT while it was still at the COLLECTION POINT! I ended up without money and the item!

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. I have really enjoyed using the app and found some great bargains but the support for when things go wrong is awful and there are a few professional scammers on there which ruines it for everyone. Example one a seller sent me the completely wrong item ( accidents happen, so I contacted her she said she would refund if I returned item, seems reasonable until I had to pay for the return due to her mistake) customer service basically said tough and I had to pay postage to get a refund. Recently I started selling a few bits just for fun. I had a book that isn't printed anymore it was in good used condition I pictured flaws and stated it had been used, a buyer made me a offer, before I got to decline offer she had bought for asking price which tells you she was keen . I packaged book in plastic and brown paper wrap and sent off via locker. Two days later she contacts me she isn't happy with how evri handled parcel she sends me picture of book which is now bent a bit like a rolled up newspaper. I apologize ask her to return and say I will refund, she declines apparently wants to claim against evri ( what rubbish) she wanted the book for free. I stay polite and give her the benefit of the doubt. I contact vinted explaining what's happening and say I'd like book back and IL refund her but they have to go through their processes apparently, which decide I'm to blame for not packaging book well enough refund her and she is under no obligation to return, so I message her politely and request we sort out a return and offer to pay for postage seems reasonable , She Blocks me with no message . Book was so terrible she had to keep it. Vinted do not keep track on how many complaints a person makes and we're totally unhelpful. I could understand if I'd been rude or accused her of anything over messages. I was quick to reply and offer refund and was left short by a scammer who deleted pics of parcel with her address before the decision because she wanted the book cheap, then wanted it free, joke is I obviously have her address from label, she can have it the little scruff . I've recived many books packaged as I sent mine, Il take responsibility for not packing as they suggest, unknowingly but it doesn't explain why I was left short. Terrible experience and I won't use site again unless they make fairer rules.

Sold an authentic jumper, was haggled for the price the buyer thought the jumper was brand new yet stating in my listing it was used in good condition, proved that it was authentic yet Vinted kept asking for photos of the labels and badges which was impossible to do as the jumper was with the buyer, Vinted sided with the buyer, first and last time I will be using Vinted

Customer services is an absolute joke and do not stick to their own rules and regulations/terms and conditions. I sold an item on vinted that was electrical. The buyer haggled me on price and didn't pay what I had advertised the item for. They asked me question regarding the item and basked on the question I told them the item wouldn't suit them. After all this, they still wanted the item and told me they were happy to take the risk. Once the item was received, the buyer couldn't figure out how to use the item, I had explained how to and they and wanted a return as they didn't know how to work the item. Vinted themselves state in their terms and conditions that an item cant be refunded or returned if used or if the item doesn't fit or no longer suits the buyer. They also have included in the user terms and agreements that if a buyer haggled on price they aren't covered under the buyers protection fee and it's down to the seller to accept a return/refund, and they also don't deal with issues if the buyer has haggled on price as they're not protected with vinted. The buyer put in a claim to vinted to say the item was damaged (when it wasn't) and vinted are pursuing the claim even though she's not protected under the buyer protection fee, which is against their own terms and conditions posted on the app/website. I've made them known of this several times. I've provided proof there's screenshots of conversation's with the buyer saying they wanted a return as they didn't know how to use the item and not due to damage which is clearly a fraudulent claim, but they brush over all my proof and not listen to what I replied. Two days later the buyer submitted another claim to suggest the item was significantly not as described. I now how two ongoing cases about different issues that aren't apparent. Vinted are siding with the buyer even though I have provided proof through messages and photographs and sent over a reminder (through photos) of thier own terms and conditions. The buyer also didn't approve that they had received the order before she used the item which automatically stops a refund be able to be issued and vinted responding to claims yet they still are. They are also still requesting I accept the buyers return offer which they shouldn't be. Strongly advise to do your research before using to sell as vinted clearly dont know their own rules. I'm not using vinted in the future going forward.

If A could give 0 stars, I would. Absolute scam of a company. Seller scammed me with a fake Pandora Bracelet as per Pandora Manager today. She has blocked me as I wanted to return it to her and Vinted will do nothing!

Don’t bother paying the buyer protection fee because Vinted make it as difficult as possible to get your money back if you don’t receive your item and you get a robotic response from customer support. 48 hours to complete a refund form and then they close the sale, totally ridiculous and against consumer rights.

As a hobby I made some earrings and posted them on Vinted. Shortly Vinted blocked my account not specifying the reason. Upon appealing they come back to me saying they found the item ( not saying which item of the 7) being counterfeit. At no point did I mention the name of any brands posting the earrings since as mentioned above these are hand made. Not sure how they got to this impossibly unrealistic conclusion... So I've asked them to review it again and if possible specify the item they have issue with. They just came back to say they reviewed the account and stick to their decision. Not even made an attempt to clarify what's their issue. They really just could have said "we can't bother to actually have a look and have enough users without you. Go to the competition!". Seems that that would have been more honest...
