I have been a Vodafone customer for 13 years. I trusted Vodafone as everything was great for tye first few years.then last year I noticed my bill almost doubled.I phoned Vodafone and they knew it was not right and sorted it. I then started to look back all my bill. To my shock for about 5 years they had been charging me for things I used or had. I contacted them and was basically shouted at by customer services, I was trying to explain where and when it all started but he would not listen. For months I was neve off the phone as I would ask for copies of my bills that I did not have, was give the run around for almost 5 months. I then said I would pay no more and and was going to ombudsman to get it resolved. I was not owe them money but they cut my phone off and told me I would get it back on when they had requested paperwork that they had to get back within theor own company. A man named omar in customer resolutions team blatantly lied to me on the phone and he and his senior left me on hold for almost an hour for no reason. All this resulted in bank charges even affecting my credit scoreand was paying for a phone contract that they turned off.luckily I had all the evidence to prove that they had been over charging me. They then offered me me £357. Off my bill but I was never even owe that money in the first place so all they were doing was correcting their mistakes. I spent 7 months having to get it sorted some days I would have to call 5 or 6 times as they would say yes sort it now then wasn't. For all the hassle and stress of being lied to almost every day for 7 months having no phone and credit score affected. They offered me nothing. They said as a good will gesture they would wipe the bill that I never owed them. That was only for last year. I will now be going back to ombudsman with all my evidence of bills bank statements of when it started 5 as I never got the past bills resolved. Feel totally let down by a company I had been with 13 years and was treated in a discussing manner through it all. Can definitely say I won't be renewing my contact and wI'll be not recommending them to friends and family

Appauling customer service. Debited random amounts from my account. On calling customer services (overseas call centre), repeatedly told that they couldn't find my account - despite providing the mobile number and account number on the bill in front of me, and insisting that I had taken out the contract through a third party (despite doing so in a Vodafone store). On speaking to a 'floorwalker' in this call centre, I was given a number for the department that I supposedly needed to speak to. On calling the number - it for 'daisy communications', and is a number that is no longer in use. A complete and utter farce.

Extremely poor service, can not be bothered to look through your notes. Vodafone took out 2 payments 2 days after each other in December 2017, once for my monthly bill the other payment was taken out illegally and is basically fraud. I have called numerous times been into store to show evidence however had no payment back.

I'm N Fernando, for the first time my husband bought a contract for £22.50 from vodafone, and few months later he transferred to my name. But vodafone has kept records as two accounts & report my husband to DRS, now it has seriously effected to my husband's credit report. we contacted vodafone regarding this matter more than 7 times for last 7 months. They have failled to sort this out, and vodafone customer service is the worst customer service i ever experienced. Their customer advisers not helping at all nor polite either. Never trust a company like this, which gives you headaches.

FRAUDULENT CONTRACT You will CONTINUE TO BE CHARGED even after the contract finishes unless you manually cancel it. They are operating on a fraudulent business model. I was not told about this when I first signed up, when they send me the monthly bills or when my contract ended, so I have to pay them $160 in the end to make it all go away. The customer service told me that I don't understand what the term 'contract' means even after I explained to him this B$ and this fraudulent business model. I canceled my subscription and I told them I DO NOT WANT anything to do with Vodafone anymore. BEWARE OF THESE THUGS!!!!!

Terrible service! On Sunday 23rd April my phone got stolen. I was able to blacklist my phone and SIM card which I was happy about. The next day I called to talk about getting an early upgrade (contract ends 3rd Nov) and I was told £27 to upgrade £129 to cancel. The following Wednesday when I was ready to upgrade, as I'm a uni student who needed to sort some funds first, I was then told I was given THE COMPLETE WRONG INFORMATION and that it was actually £129 to upgrade and £160 to cancel. I have exams and I needed to ask my mum for the money so now today (2nd may) when I rang I got told the previous TWO PEOPLE WERE WRONG and it was £192 to cancel. I am confused HOW in the space of a week the price kept going up. There is such poor communication within Vodafone I can't believe it. Also, the person told me no notes were even made on my account from the devious two calls so no one knows what was said and they couldn't phone the previous people even though I had there names as it would be like "finding a needle in a haystack" (her words). Either their calculations were wrong or they are making up these prices but THEY DONT COMMUNICATE!

We used them as a business for 2 years and I can safely say the service is terrible. They continuously give wrong information, I can only guess this is down to them not knowing the correct information LOL. They always changing account handlers so you can never have the same conversation with the same agent, extremely frustrating when you have issues and have to repeat yourself again. There warehouse staff are either death or not good with numbers, the amount of times I had to repeat IMEI numbers to the CS member to be told it doesn't exist until the third or fourth try, honestly not me we repeated back the number and agreed but on fourth or third attempt it works. I've even hung up and called back in hopes to get a different warehouse staff member which has worked as I'm am then told the IMEI number does work now. They changed our bill system too (Dise to Crystal) and didn't bother to tell us. The only reason I found out was when I couldn't access my account online. It has now been like this for over a year and I'm always told they are looking into it but clearly not. I'm now having issues with getting PAC Codes as our two year contract has come to an end. I requested them via email Mid April to be told today that they weren't sent to us and need re-requesting as the 30 days expiry has passed!!?? I told the CS member that impossible as it's 02nd May only been 15 days from my request, use your brain and count the days on the calendar but she stuck to the story. I have to admit the Customer Service team been great until this one person today but there Sales Team and Account Handlers are terrible. Could be lack of caring but if that's how they treat a company who the largest in US then hate to think how they treat others.

Customer service is awful. Called to complain about their employee contacting me and making me to change my price plan and to pay more every month by reducing my bill that month (forgot to put wifi on and went over the limit). Ended up paying everything that I had to pay plus £6 extra every month. Spent ages on the phone listening their explanation and arguing with me about why I'm paying all this and not even apologies about that employee misleading me. I said I have capped my data and the top manager on shift was arguing with me that he can see that I have never done it! After 15 min he said that he found it! Again no apologies! Rude, unprofessional people! Can't wait until the end of the contract!

Since being with Vodafone for just under two years. I've had problem after problem. First when I got my phone. I asked for phone insurance, while on the phone they said it was sorted. So I was happy about that till a month later when they had taken my phone bill and I noticed that they hadn't taken the money for it. I rang them up and apparently i couldn't get phone insurance now because I have had the phone for a month. Also when I sorted my contract out. I asked for a 32gb memory card. They had taken the money out for that but I got no memory. It had taken me 4 months till I eventually got my money back. Recently not having internet at home I got an extra data bundle in the middle of April and cancelled it just before my renewal on my contract. Looked at my Vodafone app they have charged me £81.50. I have a look into it and they have charged me for May's data bundle and put it on to April's bill. I'm not to sure whether that's properly sorted till after the bank holiday weekend. I also noticed today looking at my Vodafone app, that Vodafone have put my phone bundle up to £35.00. When I should only be paying £29.00. I have asked Vodafone customer service about it and they have no clue why that is, very helpful customer services cheers Vodafone. My brothers been with Vodafone for 10 years this year. He found a deal with a different company. He rang Vodafone up saying I have found this deal. Just wondering if they could do anything different for him as he's a valued customer. They told a loyal customer of 10 years they couldn't do anything for him. So Vodafone are happy to try and get the customers in. They just don't care about keeping there loyal customers. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND VODAFONE TO ANYONE I KNOW.

My son is disabled and had some difficulties getting his old phone unlocked when he received his new one. Vodafone were not only extremely courteous, but helped tremendously. They also gave him a credit for all the difficulty he had. I went to the executives office for the help and they could not have been more helpful, in fact better than any other phone provider. My son has been with them for a few years now and could not be happier. I think it is the way in which you approach people from my experience, but they get 5 stars from me for their customer service and the kind and helpful way they have treated my brain injured son they get 5 stars from him. Regards M Dundas
