AWFUL. I spent 1 hour organising 2x business contracts and handsets and was told to collect the phones from the store on Monday. I requested home delivery but was told this could not be arranged. On arriving at the store there were no phones to collect and after sharing my dissatisfaction was informed I needed to call customer service to cancel. I drove 45 mins to collect the phones from the store and was told I should've received a text confirming the phones had arrived (not communicated during the ordering process). I called and spoke to a representative asking for the phones to be delivered to my home and was told this cannot be arranged now (but could have when I arranged the contract/handsets!!!). I was informed that the contract and handsets would be cancelled after 3 days. Today I had emails welcoming me to Vodafone and when I called again I was told I need to call the local store to cancel. The representative continued to talk over me throughout the call and after my requests to speak to management four times finally informed me that the manager was unavailable. I was informed the manager would call me back in 24-48 hours. When I asked for a call reference I had to wait a further 5 minutes for the representative to write up the complaint leaving me to believe the complaint would not be lodged. Awful start which leaves no confidence with the company whatsoever and we will not spend $1 with a company that offers such poor customer service.

One star but l wouldn't give any. I am a pensioner had heart attack recently l have been a carer for my disabled wife l recently checked our bank statement in October 23 to see where our pension money was disappearing only to discover dogs droppings has been taken money for two phone Sims since January 23 . Under UK law firms are required to provide customers with a invoice each time they take money for services, yes l had monthly invoice for excisting SIM but not for old SIM because if they sent invoice email l would have been alerted to Thier stealing money from our pension. I tried to get our pension money back but all you get is put to a group of fob off merchants,l pointed out the law regarding invoiceing me but they just send fob off emails now they have the cheek to send me invoices from January to October that they failed to send so as not to draw attention to Thier stealing our pension money this was yesterday 17th November after me discovering pension theft in October and then putting stop to it they stole nearly £200- from our pension money they are SLY DECIEPTFUL PEOPLE AND SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED.

I received a fraudulent phone call on 28/06/23 from an individual claiming to represent Vodafone. This person informed me that, as a loyal customer of 14 years, I was eligible to receive a new iPhone Pro Max as a gift. What trapped me was that this caller possessed all of my personal information, including my address and date of birth. Subsequently, she proceeded to place an order for the device using my phone number. However, upon receiving the delivery address txt message , which did not match mine, I immediately realized that this was a scam. Without delay, I contacted Vodafone and informed them of the situation. They promptly took action and successfully intercepted the delivery, ensuring that the iPhone Pro Max did not fall into the wrong hands. Despite this resolution, Vodafone has continued to charge me for the device and is now requesting that I complete a fraud form. I am deeply frustrated by Vodafone's unprofessional conduct throughout this ordeal, and their persistent attempts to hold me accountable for an incident that was clearly beyond my control.

On 25/10/23, I placed an order for an iPhone 15 Pro through Vodafone's online platform. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive the ordered device, despite multiple delivery attempts. My experience has been marked by a series of problems.Mistake was done from Vodafone Customer Service as they told DPD that was an exchange from previous delivery that never happen. The first failed delivery attempt occurred on 26/10/23, and the second on 28/10/23. Despite making myself available and providing clear instructions to the delivery personnel, the ordered iPhone was not delivered to me. The inconvenience and frustration caused by these failed attempts have been considerable. I have made several attempts to address these issues by contacting Vodafone's customer service. Regrettably, I have had to speak with four different representatives, none of whom have been able to resolve the matter satisfactorily and kept me on the phone 1 hour each time . Their resolution is to wait 1 more week to raise a new order and regarding complain they will contact me to solve the matter within 10 days . Unbelievable. Do not buy anything from Vodafone with Sales representative over the phone

Worst experience I've had! Make sure you stay away from this company! The customer service doesn't exist! I was over the phone for 2.5 hrs and they didn't manage to help me! I called them 2 days later and the answer was that they cannot help me about my credit because I'm not an active customer! I still have 29 days from my notice period, what do you mean I'm not active??? I just paid the bill for the current month!! Disgusting costumer service!!!!!

Total rip off!! Stay away from Vodafone! Have fully paid for 24 moth contract and now left with useless brick as can't use the phone because it's locked to Vodafone. I have requested NUC which doesn't work! Then contaced Vodafone, over the phone they was not able to help me much, I have tried everything they have sagested but nothing worked. Next, I have contacted Vodafone through social media, to resolve the issue they have promised to send me a MCK code in 2-10 working days, unfortunately, still not received it. 2 weeks later contacted Vodafone through the social media account to chase the MCK code but the customer service team wasn't helpful at all, they advised me to call the customer service... waste of the time!

Disgusting customer service for home broadband, and totally emblematic of modern Britain. Don't change provider, they overcharge you by hundreds of pounds, change provider and they will provide a worse service and make no effort whatsoever to find an answer. Vodafone installed my fibre connection yesterday (that's supposed to be better than copper right?) except the signal doesn't reach half of the house. Never once had a problem on copper. Spent two and a half hours trying to speak to their people in India who had no interest in offering any sort of solution. Two and a half hours and absolutely nothing. I still have no broadband in half of the house and have no idea what I am supposed to do. Vodafone couldn't care less.

I have been a customer of Vodafone for more than 10 years! And now I must quit because I feel they are mocking my time and money. I feel worthless in their customer service, juggling robots and waiting for hours for a real person to ask for help... Just to have the call interrupted after such a sisifian quest, it's horror! ... Roaming is unreliable, data keeps interrupting, can't use for GPS or Bank payments... It's become painful to keep using this operator!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

DO NOT USE VODAFONE UK FOR YOUR BROADBAND! If this helps at least one potential person in the UK it is worth the time. -They cancelled our broadband by mistake and took another 3 weeks to re-activate it -We have not been compensated for their mistake. This ordeal has cost us 45 pounds in BT wifi as an interim solution as we have to work from home. -We speak to a new person at customer services everytime; most do not understand what we are saying -No one has followed up our case -They sent our router to the wrong address -There is no regard for customer rights

Today morning, on 23.7.2023, at about 8 am, I attempted to seek help from Vodafone as my phone was flat. I sought help from the Vodafone shop in the international terminal arrivals area near the cafes. The three staff were sitting with no customer insight. I was referred to as 'loitering' in spite of letting them know that I was a Vodafone customer. No customer should be treated the way I was. There had been no customers except for the three Vodafone employees sitting at their desks, smirking at me. I felt upset, disgusted and profiled. I was seen as loitering in their store, yet, why did they not call for security? I told them that they were rude and asked for their names. None of them had their ID badges on. I was told instead that they were not allowed to give their names. Very poor, zero services from Vodafone at Melbourne Airport international arrivals section. Shame, shame shame!

not operating in the UK 3rd update - this is really important, message from Vodafone India ..................... we Brits are not competent or skilled sufficiently to work and manage for Vodafone. They select those who only fit with Vodafone India they claim, it doesn't include we Brits and that's why they do not have a UK operation - If I have not received such letter today (18th July) I would not have believed it So the question is, do you still want to buy a Vodafone Broadband contract if you live in UK, as you are deemed not good enough !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GOI elsehwere surely ? 2nd update - referring to Vodafone return .... read that message - it confirms by lack of content that there are no UK operation and that problems are messed around with between India and Egypt - it's frustrating OK and gets no resolution - you are warned Had the same scripted Vodafone reply from a social media team below - "REACHING OUT " ??? Almost 7 weeks later they think they can solve the problem with quaint words - don't go here, you're advised Vodafone UK does not operate in the UK, its a scam. They operate from India for Broadband services and Egypt when you have to make a complaint. Six weeks after trying to close my account and transfer to BT, it's still a mess. I ask constantly for a UK senior management person, so I can make direct contact with someone who comprehends issues - they refuse to provide names/ contacts - they do not exist -a UK Managing Director does not exist Vodafone India and Egypt does not have a senior management structure and obviously self-manage to destruction. This is a scam, possible for false cost reductions and tax purposes, at our expense. Vodafone India has held up my transfer to BT for over 6 weeks. I believe this is a deliberate act, whilst I have received several letters asking me to change my mind. They blame technical problems for the delay, of which they give me reassurances of their personal services to speedily resolve and satisfy my complaint - It's still occurring, they are nothing but liars They provide nothing in writing, messages sent by text are non-returnable, emails similar - chat online is the only copy you can keep and that takes over an hour each time for the script following operators who do not know how to think, manager or refer to gain a solution. Furthermore, they are atrocious and should be avoided - think carefully about your new contract. It's one of face-saving, no operator will escalate to a higher management position, especially when it's beyond their comprehension .... personal service promises keep being regurgitated by unknowing morons, possibly threatened with the sack if they cannot resolve, and they cannot resolve, my chat records of over an hour duration record this spiralling nonsense and refusal to escalate to sort the problem it's beyond them; especially, it appears, when somewhere in India they are dealing with Openreach in the UK to make changes of server and line Making formal complaint takes you into Egypt and no better from the lack of senior management direction and regurgitated script of providing a personal service to get a solution for me ... blah blah - incompetence at its highest I visited a local Vodafone store on the high street and recalled my long battle with the subcontinent., They also relayed their own difficulties and need to contact both India and Egypt when they have difficulties in the shop. They confirm there is no UK operation for competent and comprehensible support. I was advised to simply cancel the contract and go elsewhere - that's a Vodafone High street shop comment. If your thinking of setting up /. Changing to a new Broadband provider, think seriously. It will go wrong at some time, that's an actuality - it's what that provider does to find a speedy solution. I've been struggling with a half-baked service over 6 weeks ie TVs not functioning well etc and I'm paying for it - is this what you really want or do you want to pick the phone up and have a fiendly chat with a familiar voice who comprehends the circumstances and puts you in the right direction to solve it ? - Vodafone are proven that they cannot deliver save your money, serious loss of time and a lot of heavy stress, especially if you are a pensioner like me Don't look at the money involved as first glance, look beyond and see the level of support and how and where it may come from, because we all need support at some time, a matter of fact This was the original problem that BT had when it moved its centre abroad, millions left in droves as I did, now they are back in the UK, most are returning, ironically from companies such as the pretending Vodafone (non-existent) UK it's your money - beware

If I could give them 0 i will, for over an hour i was there trying to order an Item, and during that period i specified my address had changed about 45mins of the time, still it got delivered to someone else, now I can't call them, I have spent 1-2 chatting with someone that keeps asking me to stay connected and later on to ask me again what he/she could help me with. Why do i have to chat or go into vodafone office to get an issue resolved. This is the first bad review I have ever given, its just too annoying

I am only rating 1 because I can't rate 0. I have had no end of issues with Vodafone broadband. My connection is always dropping, sometimes for days. In April/May my connection was down for 22 days and I was told by numerous people that I would receive automatic compensation. I have not. I have spent full days trying to get my internet reconnected and chasing up the credit that I am due. Everyone I speak to tells me something different, I have been repeatedly lied to, and put on hold and then disconnected more times than I can count. Each call to customer service has lasted multiple hours. This is the worst customer service I have ever come across. I wouldn't touch Vodafone again if you paid me. And that's a shame, because I worked for them for ten years. I am absolutely disgusted. They say: "This isn't the smooth experience we want you to have, nor the service that we strive for here at Vodafone." Well, it's the service I have received consistently over the last several months, so perhaps some company-wide training is in order? I must have spoken to 10-15 advisors over the phone, chat and via social media and no one can give me a straight answer or consistent information.

I have a contract for about 12 months with Vodafone and paid £47 monthly. I have decided to leave because the network and connection getting worst. Issues started when I told them I want to leave. They called me for offering different tariffs and each agent giving different information. Lastly, I move to Pay As You Go to find out another tariff from another provider. They said there is no remaning balance on account an receiced confirmation email that I moved to Pay as you and I have been told if the calculation is correct I may get a refund to overpayment. Today received a text message I have a bill. How it can be there is a bill while I am on Pay as you go. and I can see the bill because the app went to pay as your screen. I give them a call, agent says there is an overdue balance. I ask them why I didn't receive any information about it text no email. Anyway, I give up to deal with them. paid that amount. another issue agent saying i can't send a confirmation email about the payment you can reach out to chat . bla bla. Can you imagine a tech company can't send an email for payment confirmation
