I ordered paint on-line. Some items are missing, others are the wrong size. Can't get hold of anyone to complain.

Ordered online. Received confirmation that the order was successful. Received text message that the delivery will come. Guess what? Never showed up. Got in touch with the CS they said oh you payment didn't go through. WHAT??? Why does the customer has to follow up after the purchase if the payment was successful or not. You are selling, you business to collect the payment anad be proactive rather than reactive. Waisted my time and my builders time. Would not recommend.

Our new kitchen started to be installed mid-March and was half-finished when lock-down came. I was asked to sign it off and pay the full price. They finally came back to finish it when I pressured them but did a really awful job. Counter flush with units one end but not the other end, Gaps in units, gaps in the joins of the acrylic splash-back, plug to fridge concealed so can't be switched on/off and lead so short fridge can't be pulled out etc etc. To add insult to injury they left a huge amount of offcuts and rubbish in the hall. They promised to collect with a hippo-bag but two weeks later it is still there. Trying to get someone to answer the phone is almost impossible - when we did get an answer was promised the regional manager would contact us. Of course, he hasn't and we're still waiting a week later. AVOID this company like the pandemic.

I am having a horrible and annoying experience with Wicks after sale customer service. I got my kitchen designed and we purchased all the equipment and solid worktop at the same time. We paid more than £7000 and this is happening in the last 6 months. We wanted a good kitchen so paid a bit extra for our equipments especially to make sure we would get good quality. Starting with the design was wrong. Not a huge and irreversible mistake but I had to travel and pay for another kitchen unit and ended up with some extra pieces at the end because of the mistake. I am still waiting my £90 to be refunded. Since the beginning our brand new top quality AEG comfort-lift dishwasher is not working. We get dirty everything worst than we put in. It doesnt take the washing up liquid and everything. Horrible experience. Even worst. I contacted them last week. They were so kind and told me someone would be calling me. I waited a week. There is nothing. I called them on Monday a week after. They said, very kind again on the phone, This is a mistake someone would call me back in that day. No one called me back. 2 days later I called them back. Again checked the notes and said, ooo someone should have called you by now. Sorry for this. I will get your email number. The product codes and everything. I will call you back. It is 2 days again and still no one called me. I am flying to Turkey for 2 months this Friday and I dont know what is going to happen when I come back. When the design was wrong and we needed to buy a new unit, they directed me to another wholesaler. They are selling to individuals as well. Thats how I found out the kitchens are not their product. They buy it ad sell it. Why to buy from Wicks and face this horrible customer service.

I have placed two orders for two separate items over the last 3 weeks. Both items were showing in stock 1st item was click and collect - no stock when I got there to collect. Item number 2 kitchen sink placed on order 12.7.20 due for delivery today surprise surprise showed on tracking as delivered - nothing arrived - again waiting for a refund. Spent more time running around getting items from elsewhere and waiting for refunds. This store is selling and showing stock they have not got. Avoid.

We had our kitchen fitted 4 years ago,the whole experience was just totally awful, please everybody go elsewhere.I'm reminded of it now because just noticed one of my drawers is already looking shabby peeling in one corner and the same with a shelf edge.It would take too long to list the problems originally ,but it was dreadful and all the fitters kept telling us was they had a much more important bigger job to complete, and ended up leaving us with no flooring for weeks.

I wanted paving slabs, 80 in total but only 23 in local store. There are 4 other Wickes stores within 40 miles that hold the stock number but company policy is not to transfer stock to my local store, nor will they deliver from anything other than my local store. Trying to find out if they will order stock is next to impossible on the phone. And who wants to make unnecessary trips to a store in the current climate, my wife is shielding anyway so any contact I have outside of the house carries an increased risk, albeit small, for her. Their customer service online is the worst of any company I have ever dealt with. And try speaking to anyone in store who can solve my problem. You'll be lucky. So if I want the paving slabs I now have to make 4 trips in my car to a Wickes store 40 miles away. Thanks a bunch. If I could source these anywhere else believe me I would but they are the sole supplier. This company will not last long. I'd better grab those paving slabs while I can.

Honestly not even worth 1 start. Had a kitchen kitted in September 2019, it’s now July 2020 and the job still isn’t finished. After having a new kitchen and all new flooring installed in my down stairs you would think my house would be a lovely home, wrong. After having the kitchen installed the dishwasher pipe they put on had a tear in so my whole kitchen floor got ruined from water damage, the skirting boards ruined, bottom of doors ruined and my down stairs toilet ruined. I had to have the floor in the toilet taken up and all off the tiles in the kitchen are now cracked due to water damage which is dangerous to walk on. The sink they installed has never stayed full so we can never fill the sink, the fridge doesn’t stay at the correct temperature, the base boards for the cupboards have been cut too small, I have a giant hole in the ceiling, I have no floor in my toilet and the list could go on. After 10 months of numerous emails and phone calls I spoke with them again today to be told ‘your options are to keep waiting for Electrolux to get back to us or claim it yourself through your home insurance 🤣 which just had to be one of the most laughable things I’ve ever heard. The only reason I got there attention in the first place was when I put my first 1 start review on, before that they wouldn’t respond to any of my emails, I got a response within the hour after putting the review on. There whole customer service is absolutely shocking, they don’t care about there customers and love to use the excuse ‘well we need to speak the the instillation/customer manager’ to see what we can do. So I’ve spent £12,500 on a kitchen and I still don’t have one nearly a year later. Any advice for anyone looking at Wickes .... got to B&Q, go to ikea, go anywhere other than here because I wouldn’t buy a tub of paint from them after this. And if anyone requires any imagines of the lovely work they carried out I am very happy to share.

Over 2 orders I have spent 4 days waiting in and 5+ hours waiting on the phone. Ridiculous! And they won't even compensate me now! The first order arrived over 3 separate days and 4 separate phone calls. The second time I decided to pay the extra delivery charge to ensure everything would arrive on time. Guess what? It didn't! Luckily my wife was off sick the following day to take delivery. No warning at all! Customer services originally agreed I would be given a 10% discount due to the sheer amount of my time being wasted. Now they've changed their tune and won't even refund my extra delivery charges I paid for it not to arrive on time. What a joke! Never again!

I ordered 6 wheeled storage boxes, ref. 531649405, amounting to £90. Opting for home delivery, due to their size, I thought that would be the easiest way, how wrong I was. Due on Tuesday 14th July between 7am-7pm, I ensured that I stayed in all day, as Wickes couldn't give me a delivery time, when the delivery didn't arrive I rang the customers services on Wednesday. They informed me that the driver had got to his maximum driving time, but my delivery would be today (Wednesday) by 6pm. When again I had no delivery, I rang customers services at 8am on Thursday, they told me that the driver had got to his maximum driving time again!! I would get my delivery today, I was in fact number 5 out of the 51 drops that he had to achieve. Again waited in all day, when I rang customers services at 13.45 and asked for a refund, they told me that I needed to reject the delivery, then they would refund my £90. At 7pm, still no delivery, so if I never get a delivery how will I get my £90 refunded? What a system.........to be avoided!!! Tomorrow I will initiate the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The customer services staff were very polite, but DX Freight obviously can't plan their drops within drivers' hours.

Ordered our kitchen from wickes on the 10th of January and was told the works would take 1 week, we are now mid July and I still have cupboard fronts missing, no tiles on my walls and being fobbed off constantly,. We ate now paying for a kitchen that isn't finished and to say it's getting me down is an understatement, it's been hell from the start. AVOID WICKES KITCHENS.

Just been to look at kitchens. It says 50% off, but no prices for the kitchen set ups. Why not? How do you know you are getting a good deal! Don't want to make an appointment, I can work it out myself.

The only thing this lot havent failed at is being useless, they have an A star in that - still not resolved the issue, they dont listen, not interested and just give you lip service when you complain - doubt it will be long before they go under

Do not get a kitchen from here. They’re taking peoples money and getting people to sign disclaimers for incorrect items being ordered for their kitchens. We ordered a door and plinth to put in a built in dishwasher, the person there ordered the wrong thing and they’re saying it’s our fault but how do we know what the items are called, they’re the ones that are meant to be the experts. It’s listed as Cornish/ plinth on our receipt so we thought it was the plinth. Customer services will not deal with it and Said it’s up to the store, who will not sort anything out. It’s so disgusting. Our kitchen was originally from B and Q and they couldn’t do enough and were great. Anything wrong, they sorted it no questions.

Still no resolution to my complaint - they are just bullies who want everything their way, all it is, is excuse after excuse and the MD doesnt even engage with customers, all their customer services and customer relations dept do is give you lip service but nothing to resolve the complaints of poor service, poor deliver and no end of lies - stick clear of this company - shop at your local diy shops
