“ Argos are an awful company, after waiting 8 days for the earliest delivery slot for my sons bed the delivery truck arrives with just the mattress! apparently the bed frame is on another van, so instead of arranging for the bed frame to arrive later today i then get a phone call saying i have to wait another FIVE DAYS for the bed frame to arrive!!!!!! I ring to make a complaint (which was of no assistance at all) when i asked for refund was told it would take up to 30 DAYS TO RETURN MY REFUND!!!! yet they took my money instantly for the order, My son is autistic and all of this is not good for him at all, i am full time carer to my parents and arranged this specifically for my day off, think twice before ordering from this company. ”
