Argos never seem to have any stock. I have tried ordering items ranging from a garden box to a joypad same answer not available in my postcode or for delivery.

Sold wrong item Don't buy from argos I ordered online 80x pouches whiskers cassorole cat food for £22 I picked up instore I was handed different box. Too what I ordered online Catolouge number was same. A sticker on box Instead of whiskers cassorole I was given whiskers delight Item I ordered online was not whiskers delight It was whiskers cassorole Picture online was totally different I Mentioned this instore I got a cheap apologise Reluctantly I accepted product As I'd waited 4 days too collect it instore MY cats won't eat it Waste on £22 False advertising by argos I would not of bought it If it said whiskers pure delight online This breaks do many laws eg sales of good act I will never shop with argos again I don't trust them now

I could not make an order as your website is not working. It will not let an order go through for anyone. It keeps telling you to use another card and will still not let the order go through. If you try to change the address it keeps going back to the original. I will be buying my fridge freezer from Currys instead or if they have not got it I will go somewhere else. It is not a poor website it is an awful one and is loosing Sainsburys a lot of custom and customers.

I have shipped with Argos before but will not again I placed and paid for an order that said was in stock at my local Argos, it sent text with order number twice said in stock,then sent third text with different order number, tried contact Argos twice,live chat hopeless it did not understand, phoned spoke to machine rubbish did not recognize order number given by Argos. This is rubbish service Argos get organised . I will try and pick up my order now ,after Monday I WILL NOT SHOP WITH ARGOS AGAIN,ITS CONFUSED & LOST ABILITY TO ENGADGE WITH CUSTOMERS.

Was sold domestic general insurance with a washing machine the company is a total rip off they have written my machine off and I can't get my voucher for the full amount all in all I've lost 400 pound so be warned I have got citizens advice and trading standards in volved

18 months ago purchased the Argos Challange dehumidifier used for about 50 hours now it doesn't collect water. Argos now don't give a damn it doesn't work as it's out of warranty, but I'm left outraged after spending £120 on an item that has had so little use and now is just a £120 fan that doesn't dehumidifie. Very disappointed Argos

Never been more dissatisfied with a store. Spent 400 euro on a wardrobe back at the start of October 2020, it is now mid April 2021. Been over 6 months since I placed an order and not only has it not been delivered but we were also ignored or blown off by the customer service throughout the 6 months of wait. I dont usually leave bad reviews but I am sick and tired of their bull. All they do is either transfer us to someone else or tell us they wont have an answer until "next week" and then just never get back to us. We bought our house we done up the whole thing whithin the first few weeks/months and yet I cant even store my clothes anywhere because i know for a fact that the second i order a wardrobe elsewhere this one will be delivered. At least give me a bloody refund its really not that hard. I never had problems buying things INSTORE but online? Never again.

SCAMMERS! DON’T buy Apple products from Argos! I’ve ordered Apple Watch on 6.02 and I haven’t noticed that it wasn’t the new generation so I’ve decided to return it. I was trying to organize collection from home for over two months. I went through at least 20 collection dates that they should come pick up the item, but they didn’t. Collection were cancelled at 10pm after whole day I was waiting for them....they were trying to sort out when I was calling them but clearly I knew that they don’t give a sh* about it. Money been taken, so now it’s not their priority to collect item. Such a nightmare. Hundreds of chat messages with them, calls and finally after two months someone came to collect it. The lady believe me look like rachet....homeless. So I’ve asked her if she can give me proof of collection but she said she is not doing it, I’ve said that I won’t give her anything with no proof that she collected this from me. She agreed to send me email that I’ve got. On the email says that the money should be in a week time. It’s been two weeks already and nothing. Contacted them on online chat. 4 times after giving my order number people left chat (that happened before too so I wasn’t surprised of their tactics), 5th person told me that she won’t give me return and I need to contact my card issuer. I was shocked. Contacted them over the phone and lady told me that they did investigation and she told me that I’ve sent them fake Apple Watch back!!! This is incredible and I can’t believe this could happen in such a big company like Argos. I am going to do everything to get my money back and to make sure these guys will be punished for the way they treated me as it’s unbelievable. I am going to spread the word everywhere and I am thinking to go to police as this might be big thing inside Argos - maybe someone took my Apple Watch and replaced with fake one. I am sure there are CCTV there so police will be able to investigate it. Don’t buy any Apple products there as you might be accused of sending them back fake products. DON’T TRUST THEM.

Unfortunately Argos only gives 12 months interest free on a mattress but not on a TV . Ridiculous. Also interest rates going up in June 2021. Well considering interest rates are at an all time low. This stinks of Sainsbury's the owners ripping all off again. Sad and I will not be using as much if at all now.

If I could give minus stars, I would. Online orders only - however, their online payment processing not working so their website advises to use PayPal - I ordered and paid via PayPal with the money taken from my bank account (£240!!) but the Argos team claim not to have received the order confirmation received so would not give me what I had paid for, but nor would they return the £240. So now I am down £240 and do not have the item that I paid for!! Furious with their appalling 'system' and disappointed (although unsurprised) by the rude, 'can't do', 'computer says no' attitude of the staff.

Ordered a BBQ £120 online, tried 3 attempts with various funding sources Bank / PAYPAL and no Order was process but £360 came out of my accounts. I contacted Live Chat (Kirby) and he said not Argos problem and I would have to wait upto 30 days for a refund because of an online Argos fault. I contacted the Bank and PAYPAL and they said Argos would have to cancel the failed orders. This is basically fraud on a massive scale and Argos offer no apology or recompense. Basically don't use Argos Online.

Ordered a TV online and paid with my Argos card.Tv Didn't arrive. I rang they said it was delivered to my previous address. Sent a delivery driver back out to retrieve it and occupant said it didn't go there. Argos said I had to pay for TV as they delivered it to delivery address. I rang customer services and asked them for proof of delivery . They said they had proof of delivery but would sent me another TV and I would only be paying for one. Later I got an email to say they had cancelled my new TV and I needed a police ref number. I got in touch with police who informed me that I could not report a crime without proof of delivery. Told me Argos needed to report theft. Argos refused to provide proof of delivery but still want to bill me. Covid or not you don't just leave a £400 0rder at door without signature. I have given Argos a lot of custom for years but I wiil be cancelling my card and never buying again. Horrendous customer service.

My Order No: 244918407 Updated: There is no problem solving from Argos, don't trust them, they just worry about their reputation. After I complained they called me and promised that: they would have refunded to me 25% of my order, if I had made a second order, made order again. But after receiving my second order with full payment, I call them back, they delete all their promises. They just want to take your money out of your pocket, My Order No: 244918407. Firstly, Argos sent me an email with 25% discount code, it's A99Y31KX7B3R . Then I made an order for 2 sofa beds. After I placed the order, tomorrow morning, the website confirmed the quantity and the delivery date, we had been waiting for over 2 weeks for the sofas. However, on the delivery date, they called us, said they had only 1 item in stock, then we canceled the order. I asked customer service when could I reuse the discount code on another sofa, I will buy it again, and they said once the code was used, it had gone, could not reuse. I told them it was not our fault, it was the company's fault, why the item was out of stock but they still confirmed for delivery? If the website had shown that 1 item is available, 2 items are out of stock at the time we ordered, then we would have changed to another item completely at that time, still could spend the discount code on another sofa, but they confirmed the quantity and delivery date. Customer service said the discount code is an offer, not a customer's payment so it can not be refunded. However, I don't agree with that, in this case, it is not our fault, it's the company's fault. You sent me an offer, encourage us spent our money on your business, then your system got wrong, you left us with an expectation of 2 weeks and at the delivery date, you take back the offer?

Original item arrived damaged then replacement arrived damaged . Spent over a month chasing refund. Each time I call I’m told 3to 5 days then sorry previous adviser didn’t process refund correctly so be another 7days, 5to 6 days and so on and I’m still waiting , have had advisers ending calls half way through or saying they will check it out with their finance team then the call cuts off!!!! Argos was my go to for everything but will never use again! Refunds and customer service is awful!!! Was contacted by Argos customer service after I left a review on another site who promised will be sorted and refund be back into my account in 5working days and this is now day 12. Contacted them again and now been told 7 working days!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Fuming I had to even give 1 star! I ordered a sofa and when it arrived it looked nothing like the sofa we ordered on the website so much so we thought they has sent the wrong sofa. We phoned and asked them to collect it and send the correct sofa. When the second one arrived it was the same! They said it was the correct one that we ordered despite being a different colour, shape and size! To top off the ordeal because I had bought an evoucher through a scheme at work which entitled me to 6% discount they will now only give me an evoucher back so I am stuck with a voucher for a company I never want to use again and can't trust to use the voucher to buy another sofa when the ones they send out look absolutely nothing like the ones advertised on the website! Furious and disgusted with the appalling service from a major company!

ARGOS SOLD SECOND HAND PRODUCT!!! I bought the diffuser from North finchley argos when I came the home pack was open and product has been used. Every where dirty and finger prints, inside have the a lot of limes and oily. I went store for change they said I have to go sainsbury for return which almost 1 hour by bus from my house, I wrote to live chat she said the same in covid situation time i have to travel for I have get my money back
