“I bought a round trip tkt from Budget Air for a flight on Royal Air Morac. Royal Air Morac did not have record of my return trip - my tkt was invalid and i had to buy another tkt directly from Royal Air Morac in order to get home! I’ve been trying to get a refund from Budget Air since 10/23 and they just give me a run around. They say that the airline owes me the refund and the airline said that Budget Air sold me an invalid tkt. Its insane! There are no phone numbers to connect with Budget Air and customer service replies to my emails by asking for documents that i already sent, telling me to collect from the airline, and that they are working on getting my refund.

When I went to check in they told me that Budget Air had NOT sent them the money for the extra legroom so I had to pay again!! I have been chasing Budget Air for over 4 months to get a refund and they keep fobbing me off! What a bunch of cheats.”
“I booked 4 tickets for Calgary to Tokyo via google flight third part BUDGETAIR. The transaction was accepted and I received the booking number. However, later I received an email from them that “The fare you chose is no longer available from the airline.”
It is totally inconvenient and wasted my time and money by relying on what doesn’t exist. If the fare is not available the payment shouldn’t process at the time of booking. Now more than 5k withdrawn from my credit card and can be held up to 10 days.”

After a 2.5-hour wait and a 22-hour flight, I had to take a taxi to my hotel. When I reached out to them a few days later, they requested my flight ticket information, which I provided. However, they refused to issue a refund, claiming I didn't show up. I insisted that I was there and followed all instructions but got no response. I filed a bank claim, but they repeated the same story to my bank, making it harder to get my money back. It's been two months of trying to resolve this with no resolution in sight. I advise against using this service - they partner with frauds, and by using this services you risk to loose a lot ore than you save.”
“I made a reservation via budget air for a trip from PL to TH - I chose exact dates and hours (departure on Friday, return on Sunday) - company changed hours, which truly make my life harder, 2mths before departure I asked via phone to change dates to original ones - they agreed for this (everything is recorded).
And what they did? They kept original hours but changed days (guess what - flight on that date was cheaper than the one we bought initially).
Right now they are trying to make me a full. They know that flight that we ordered is much more expensive that the one that are giving us.
I’m in Thailand now, whit few days to original flight, they representatives ‘hide behind the procedure’ or leave the chat.
They tell that we need to contact with airlines directly (we did it, both airlines said that our agent is entitled to amend/change ticket).
At the end their representative states that they have to cancel our flight (we will need to pay the cancellations fees - so it means that we are loosing our tickets and need to pay for new one (much more than we paid 9ths ago…).
So if you like gambling with a cheater with a gun - choose them as your flight agent.”

I did it by mistake when i purchased a ticket from Miami to Turkey, instead of clicking Turkish Airline I clicked Budget Air, and since then & I have lots of issues with this ticketing third party! The worst of all there is No Way to contact any of their agents except via a very poor chatting system that brings all the frustration of the world because Not Only they make you lose your money but also no way to speak with anyone !!! Super Frustrating, big mistake from my end!!”

I bought a ticket for an amount of 1130€ on the 2nd of October, they charged the money on the credit card with which I made the payment at the same time of the purchase and 5 minutes later I received an email saying that the ticket I had bought no longer existed with the fare that appeared on the web and that I had been charged so I had to buy another ticket evidently on another booking platform.
The problem is that now I am claiming a refund from budgetair for the amount of the cancelled ticket and they tell me that they can't do anything and that it is the supplier who has to make the refund!? I have written several e-mails asking who the supplier is, as for me it is budgetair with whom I made the purchase, so it is the supplier.
Result: I still have 1130€ blocked two weeks after the cancellation and nobody is responsible for the refund because it can take up to 8 WEEKS!!! for the refund to be made.
PLEASE TAKE THIS CASE INTO ACCOUNT FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO ARE GOING TO MAKE A REFUND WITH BUDGETAIR.”

“I have two dissipute issue with Budget airline booking.
1. I booked my flgit ( with retun flight) for Vistara using skyscanner website using Budget airline Uk agent booking. In skyscanner, budget airline showing cheap pricce in Euros currency. But when i booked my fligh and did payment using my credit card then they deduct in pound from my bank account. It means amount sowing in euros but deduction in pound. Which is purely dissipute and cyber crime.
2. During my return flight Delhi to Frankfurt (which will be on 20th), i have some health problem. So i want to cancel my flight. I already taken a hooper service means i can canel my ticket any time ( before checkin). For that i already paid extra amount 123£ to budget airline. Now today (19th), i want to cancel my Return journey. But budget airline saying, your policy is expired , you cannot cancel your journey. If you cancel your journey, you will not get any refundable amount. This is completely making fool to customer amd trust.it also dissiputes, they are not stands on their cancellation policy.
These above two point prove that Budget airline is making dissiputes and cyber crime with customer.”

“We booked through Budgetair for our 2 week trip to Japan and had the absolute worst travel experience we’ve ever had because of them.
They changed our flight 24 hours before we had to board, and had no explanation or reasoning as to why. We were getting conflicting emails from them and the airlines with different departure times, seemingly because Budgetair didn’t communicate properly to them and moved us to another flight without our consent. They also never issued correct itineraries with all the flight updates/changes, which is why we were confused about our departure time, flight number and getting conflicting emails from the airlines directly.
We have a sneaking suspicion budgetair doesn’t book the tickets until the last minute and will also bump you to a cheaper flight (even though you’ve paid for a more expensive one) and not provide any reasoning as to why as this serves them better in terms of profit. For example, for the flight back home, we originally paid for premium economy. Because budgetair seemingly did not book these tickets until the last minute, premium economy ended up selling out and the airline had to notify us at the check-in gate that we were actually seated in economy.
The communication is EXTREMELY poor. There is no public number you can call in an emergency, the live chat is just a robot, their emails all seem automated and they escalate everything to a “specialised team” that don’t seem to know what they’re doing.
Would highly recommend not using this service, it’s not worth the stress when travelling. Best option is to book through the airline direct even if it’s a few extra dollars - lesson learnt.”
